[Resolved] Axis Bank — check the status of the oneassist service deactivation | |
I complain for this on 23/09/2018, i informed you that because of miscommunication the service was activated now i just want to deactivate this service with oneassist, the relationship number is 5321000. The charged amount is 1899/-. After that i received massage from oneassist on 24/09/2018 that my membership cancellation is processed with service request number 3576511, and amount 1899/- will be credited in bank account within 5 to 7 working days. But it has been more than 7 days and still not get refund and it has not been found that the service has been deactivated. Kindly check the complain status and inform me.
