[Resolved] Axis Bank — Complaint unnecessary deductions but nobody help to me instead of given a complaint in parent bank | |||
I wanted to recharge of rs.350/- in d2h of videocon dt 08 aug 16 by paytm (Internet banking) and deposited of rs.2000/- in paytm's wallet dt 07 sep 16. But both trasanctions are failed due weak internet and both amounts are debited from accounts of axis bank. Both incidents are reported with the parent bank (Axis bankltd. E-block. Cao/js (Trg) dhq. Verified Support Sep 29, 2016 Axis Bank Customer Care's response Hi, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per the confirmation received by the biller, the enclosed transaction has been successfully updated with them, hence no refund is applicable. Please coordinate with the biller and provide us with the reference mail at customer.[protected]@axisbank.com from your registered email ID wherein you had interacted with the biller and they disowned the receipt of the payment.
