[Resolved] Axis Bank — fraud with bank | |||
My Bank owes me around 30k which without authorization they deducted from my savings account. In 2017 I had personally visited the bank to stop my ESI payment against Bajaj and by doing all the needful in Bank (signatures and submitting required documents). They still deducted my money from my bank account. I did try working out with the bank manager, bank FA, bank ombudsman. Still no resolution Currently its 2019 and my case is still not resolved, hence I have stop making my CC payment with the bank, which in return is again the customer loss for cibil scores.
