[Resolved]  Axis Bank — i did not received fastag after 2 weeks yet...

I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag. Transaction no is[protected]...

Change your Bank . Axis Bank is the worst. No use complaining . They just do not respond . Complaining to even NHCI or Fastag is useless. This Fastag implementation has been the worst so far . None to complain to. None to interact . Hint of digitalisation gone awry

Without any information axis bank taken my 590 RS as lien amt.. atleast they should have sent a mail . Its not updated in any of d statements.. My money is deducted by bank without my knowledge. This is not fair. In case of financial emergencies we will suffer not d bank. Bank must value customer voice.
