Axis Bank — Non cooperation by operational head for opening nps | |||
Axis bank durgapur, wb, citi center branch I approach today 2.1.2017 morning to axis bank where i am having sb a/c too for opening nps account for tax saving which is a drive from govt too. I visited counter no 5 a explained my need. It was 1115am. I counter gentleman helped me saying to sit down and he asked operation head mr kaushik to know the method and how to support the customer for opening nps account. Mr kaushik instead of helping, presented rudely that we donot deal with it and tell customer to search from internet and download the form and filled and attached the doc and handover it. We donot take any responsibility. I was surprised to see the behaviour of the axis bank op head with customer. It seems he is against of givt drive and doesn't want to help the customer to open the nps account. If banking personnel perticualrly axis bank will behave like this, then i can say i did mistake and i will surely ask govt why such drive has been initiated. I had booked tickets through net banking but the transaction was cancelled and the money was debited to the online portal. When contacted the portal they asked us to enquire the bank but the bank has given no response to our calls even when tried more than a 100 times..

My NRE account debit has been frozen from 15th dec 16. I submited kyc through home branch srikakulam on 23 dec 16..still in frozen status.reasons for d same?
