Axis Bank — Personal loan rejection | |||||
I have a salary account with axis bank since 3+ years and regulary salary is getting deposited. I applied for PL couple of time but they always reject it saying "Banking score is low" as per gov rules (if m not wrong) cibil score is enough to judge. My cibil score is 765. Immediately Kotak Bank provided approval but this bank is saying NO. Now i don't want to keep this account relation with axis bank but i have to keep this because of salary. I request your team to look into this and do the needful. They provided credit card with limit of 50k, why is it so if there is a issue in banking score.
