In account number [protected]. Huge charges rs 3600/- on 14/12/2019 against cash transactions. Although it was pre-discussed before widhdrol. No charges were communicated and suggest me to take cash in 2 days. Now i am facing issue. A debit of rs 3600 + gst has been raised. Commitment failure. I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable.
