Axis Bank — rs 3600 plus 18% gst debited from saving account [protected]

Huge charges rs 3600/- on 14/12/2019 against cash transactions. Although it was pre-discussed before widhdrol. No charges were communicated and suggest me to take cash in 2 days. Now i am facing issue. A debit of rs 3600 + gst has been raised.
Commitment failure. Please help to revert my charges

I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable.

I've received this message which says that my account is being debited with Rs. 118 on 17th December 2019. Info: Sign. Verf. Chrgs Mandate Regst/ Stop. Call [protected] for dispute.

I don't think I have been subscribed or opted for anything as such. Please help me fix this issue.
