[Resolved] Axis Bank — wrong fastag send by axis bank | |||
Dear Sir, My Axis customer id:[protected]. On 06/12/2019 i have purchase fastag from axis bank vide transaction - ECOM PUR/Axis Bank - E/Mumbai/061219/09:55 as attached receipt. On 10/12/2019 i have received sms from axis that my fastag despatched via blue dart service as screen shot attached. In blue dart the tracking id is given as my vehicle Registration no (WB20AG5324), which is totally fake. but the wallet id mention in the sms - [protected] is correct and i can log in the portal also. Now on 11/12/2019 i have received the fastag which is from SBI bank and not from Axis bank. And i find the tag id showing in my wallet id is not matching with fastag received. So i put a complain regarding this through my wallet With Reference SR[protected]. But till now no response received from either axis bank or from fastag issuer. So now what i will do with this fastag can anybody tell me. i'll not pay any further for new fastag. And axis can't resolve the problem request you to refund my money. Dec 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks for the prompt response from axis bank customer care. Today i have received fstag from bluedart as sms also received regarding the same also. Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
