B. Teleshopping — wrong product delivery

i have received wrong product
i have odered a mobile phone but they send me onion crusher
if they dont send my order in 2-3 days i will complaint in police station

Now they are not responding and my money is stuck. I Need your help. The person who contacted me their no.
