I have place an order on 3rd november through bagsplanet & paid money through credit card, but not received my order till today or not received any communication from bagsplanet. I have sent 7mails but nobody has replied to my mail & there is no contact no. Or customer care no to contact them

Hey. Go to your mail ID. Search for 'Instamojo' (through search bar). There will be a mail in which your payment details at bagsplanet would have been given. In the same mail, you'll find a link saying 'Request a Refund' Click on it. Make an account on Instamojo with the same ID as on bagsplanet. Raise a complaint with "product not received" as the reason, and put your concern in text box. You should receive back your money in 4-5 days.

It is indeed a fraud company and let's raise our voices to Instamojo to block this company and Process refunds to all its customers, so far. Do copy-paste the above process as a comment, in case you find a person being a victim of the same.

    The complaint is against bagsplanet for non receiipt of my consignment against order no 8457 dated 14th november 2017. Though order status says that product despatched on 23rd november 2017. I have made payment online through citi bank credit card /freecharge /instamojo on 14th november 2017. More than 16 days have lapsed against delivery period 11

      My order i'd is 6497
      Order was placed on 11/11/2017. Payment is made through credit card. Assured delivery was 22/11/17. Since did not receive item till 30/11/17, i wrote email to expedite delivery or refund the paid amount. Immediately received email indicating refund will be initiated within 48 hrs. Several reminders sent but no reply. Refund is yet not initiated. Seems fraud company. No contact number is given. Also live chat always off so you can not approach.
      Yes Exactly same happen to me, I place order (#6609) on 10 November, payment done online, still not received this, no tracking id given, no reply from them.

      The order was placed on 10/11/2017. Payment is made of ₹1, 424 through credit card. Assured delivery between 20/11/2017 - 25/11/17. Since did not receive item until today 1/12/2017, I wrote an email to expedite delivery and ask for the updates Immediately even requested to refund the amount. I received an email indicating will be initiated within 48 hrs. Several reminders sent but no reply. Refund is yet not initiated. Seems fraud company. No contact number is given. Also live chat always off so you can not approach.

        I ordered a combo of bags from bagsplanet on 13/11/17 worth rupees 759 and payment was done though my debit card. It was shown online that product has been dispatched from their end.. But it isn't delivered to me yet. Please help me to get the product or refund of my money. They are not responding to any email or any messages on live chat. There is no contact number on the site to contact them.

        I ordered for trollies vide order no.#3535 for Rs. 2127/- paid through Instamojo dated 03.11.17. Till date I have not received the consignment. I have submitted my complaints so many times but to no avail. Please look into the matter and take urgent action for redressal of my complaints.

            I placed an order on order on 10 nov 17 and made payment online. Till 25 nov i have not received delivery. The on line status shows that item has been dispatched from their end but till today i have not received.

            There is no response to my emails and reminder. Live chat on their web site is always off line. The phone number is not given any where. So there is no way to contact them.

            Sir would request you to please let us know if we can get our money back or how to get our order placed from bags planet.

              More people will get trapped if this goes on.

              I'm filing a suite against her, she usually keeps this no. off but is paying for her domain regularly.

              Advice: REgister an FIR at "The Katargam Police Station, Surat & Ministry of Consumer Affairs" also drope her an email and send the complaints to the Registrar of website i.e. [protected]@godaddy.com and their Payment gateway owner [protected]@instamojo.com reporting out the fraudulent incident which might help .

                I placed two orders on line on 10th nov 17. Made full payment using credit card. But still i have not received delivery. The on line status shows the items have been dispatched from their end but till today i have not received.

                There is no response to my emails. Live chat on their web site is always off line. The phone number is not given any where. So there is no way to contact them.
                This is a fraud company and am looking for means to take action against them.
                pl let me know if you have any idea about how to go ahead with it.

                Even i have ordered last day and have done full payment.Please let me know, if any one has received product after ordering it from Website.
                There is no response from the company to numerous emails to process the refund.
                Any idea where to lodge a legal complaint?
                I have ordered bags set for 2500/- rupees, 12th Nov and paid the amount by net banking, message received for confirmation, ten days after item sent message displayed in the site, but till now no information regarding the dispatch. No phone number, no live chat messages, no email from their side. Could not reach them in any way. If any body having any information please pass on. People living in Gujarat can ask them in person.

                  Hi, I am vanaja I have ordered on 29.11.17 - Order ID: #14441 and made online payment of Rs. 1588/- & last communication from them was on Dt: 08.12.17 .                   Fraud is increasing day by day and now they want my debit card for more payment and fraud
                  Pl open the payment acknowledgement email received from Instamojo and select 'Request a Refund' option there. Fill in all the details, Instamojo will coordinate with bagsplanet and arrange for refund.
                  I have received the refund after about a week of request and after about 1.5 months of order.

                  Second who would give you such expensive freebies and above that a discount.
                  I future kindly check if you have a doubt.
                  I honesty hope you all get your money back and pls advise others not to get into such scams.. although the bags displayed were very beautiful

                    Sir i have made payment through debit card to bags planet for delivery of bags on 11th nov 2017. Given time period is over still not received product and there is no contact details on google and address given on site is not physically available my order id is #6688 i being a customer my money must not be wested and in future other customer should not be cheated by this type of company.
                    I want to know whether this type of company exist or not and what iz the possibility to get ordered item or refund to my account
