I ordered set of 2 bags from bagsplanet after seeing their advert on instagram. Am such a fool that even after seeing that they don't have cod option for payment i just ordered. Payment was made via instamojo. On 23rd dec 2017 i got email from them that the order is approved and the shipment will be dispatched by jan 2nd. Order 18673. After that email no communication from them. No contact number and no online help. Hard earned money is looted...

Its been very long when i ordered bags from bagsplanet. There is no update or no response on the order no - 15570 ordered on 16/12/2017. Tried to contact on mail as well but that too got wasted. Money was already paid online at the time of order. It seems to be a fake website just to snatch money from people. There should be some strict action against this website and our money should be refunded back....

I have ordered 3 bags online from bagsplanet.in and the amount is prepaid of rs.4875. But i have not yet received my products and the order was placed on 29th november 2017. They are not responding to my queries and there is no information regarding products. It is highly inconvinent for me so i would like a refund or the products as soon as possible. I have placed an order (13857) on nov 28th. I got a mail from this team on dec 6th that the product is dispatched. After dec 6th, there are no updates. Sent many mails to bagsplanet. [protected]@gmail.com.
Lately i felt that this site is fake and so their email-id is pointed to gmail instead of any company domain.
I request this team to please verify this site existence and ban this from internet so that other buyers will not be...

On 6/12/2017 i have ordered online bags from bagsplanet and according to the bagsplanet website we have to pay online, no cod is available. I made the full payment by credit card. And the application shows that it has been dispatch and will reach us on or before 27/12/2017. I had ordered products of amount 4277. They are linked with payment wallet called "instamojo". I paid the amount through instamojo. But i have not received the products. The items were not received by me yet and the status is still showing expected delivery in 72 hours. Whenever i mail them for enquiry they always reply with same message that they will revert to you in 24 hours. Very disappointed ☹️br...

I had ordered set of 3 bags order 13747 in november after repeated emails received an email that bags dispatched, till today i have not received them....

Even after paid the full amount to bags planet vide order id: 8169 dtd 14/11/2017, the delivery has not been made by the company. I have reminded several times, but bagsplanet still has not replied or replied even. Kindly take up the matter strongly with bagsplanet and do the needful so that my ordered bags can be delivered to me. Bags planet has already taken the payment against this order, but not has delivered me the said bags even after...
