I got order id as order id: #8874
Date added: 16/11/2017.

After this i got following message but not got delivery till date
@24/11/2017
Consignment dispatched/shipped from our end, prior intimation shall be shared with you before delivery.

I send several mails, updated above website under contact us but no response.
Please help

Requesting Facebook to block bagsplanet.in posting to save maney gullible users.
I purchased the item on 28/11/17 from bagsplanet.in website directed from Facebook. But product not delivered yet.

Nobody responding to emails and no other way to reach them.

BIG CHEATING COMPANY!!!. NEED TO FIND THE WAYS TO GET THE MONEY LOST TO THIS FELLOW.

    I ordered 2 sets of bags on 11 november 2017 but till date product has not been delivered. Finally i cancelled the order due to excess delay on 24 november 2017 and still waiting for refund.in reply of my email i am getting only auto genereted reply mail that "they will revert in 24 hours"

    Extract of their last email are as below:-

    I have order no 8319 dt 14/11/2017 with bagsplanet surat base online comany. I HAVE PAY ONLINE RS 2127. THEY CONFIRM THE ORDER . ON DATED 22/11/2017 THEY MAIL ME THAT YOUR ORDER IS DESPATHED BUT TILL DATE I HAVE ONT RECIEVED THE GOODS .THERE IS NOT ANY CONT NO . THEY ARE ALWAYS OFFLINE ON MAIL.

      I have purchased blue geometric shoulder bags 4 piece. I paid by debit card amount of rs.599. On 28th november 2017. I got message that your order is confirm. And you will get delivery by 5th to 8th dec. But time is over and i don't get my purchased item set of shoulder bags. My order no is 9992. Please do fever. I read reviews about this company on google. Now i came to know that this is really a cheater company. This company must banned. So that more people don't be victim's of this fraud company. Thanks.

        My order id :1107, dt.[protected] and paid an amount of rs.1860/- via debit card.

        Still today i. E.,[protected] my order was not delivered despite requests made.
        Further, the company informed to following:

        Dear siva,

        As per the reports received, due to mishandling by the courier person, the product has got defected in the transition and hence they firstly delayed the delivery and when checked by the dispatch team the truth came infront o[censored]s.

        Further, since getting the fresh package and delivering it to you will be again the long process we request your permission to cancel the order with refund.

        Your complete paid amount shall be refunded to you.

        Still to day my amount was not refunded.

        Hence, i requested the consumer forum authorities to take necessary action on the fraud firm bagsplanet and to arrange my amount from the fraud firm.

          Sir i have made payment through debit card to bags planet for delivery of bags on 12th nov 2017. Given time period is over still not received product and there is no contact details on google and address given on site is not physically available my order id is #7688 i being a customer my money must not be wested and in future other customer should not be cheated by this type of company.
          When i contacted the company through the mail, they replied money will be refunded. But till now nothing has be done. I have been sending the mails but no response.
          I want to know whether this type of company exist or not and what iz the possibility to get ordered item or refund to my account

              We had ordered 3 bags from bagsplanet.in on 3rd november 2017, in total of rs. 2149. When they failed to deliver in their given time frame, we asked them about the status of delivery. They asked us to cancel the order in return as they got to know that the products got damaged in transit and assured that they will refund our money in 5 to 7 days. We cancelled, as suggested. It has been 13 days from tge date of cancellation and we did not get our refund. We have tried communicating with them but their 24x7 available assistance is not responding to any of our complaints. We don't know what is the next step or how to get our money back.

                  On nov 6th i placed an order for 3 bags vide order no. 4584 with full payment. I was told that the bags will be delivered within 15 days. After several enquiries, on 23rd nov i got a mail stating that the bags were defected due to mishandling in transit and that they will refund the money immediately.

                  Thereafter i had sent many mails, but no reply so far. There is no phone number to contact them and live chat is always offline.

                  Please advise as to how i can get my refund.

I have received email from email id : bagsplanet. [protected]@gmail.com, confirming payment received with message " payment successfull for instamojo payment id:mojo7b12005a48719201, despite of reminders i have not received any response.

                            I also have ordered Croc effect trolley of three against an amount of Rs. 2127 on 03.11.17. I paid online through my debit card. But till this date I have not received the consignment. I mailed as many as ten times, tried to chat, but to no avail. I am confirmed that this is a fake company. Today I have written to them for refund. As usual their mail confirming the receipt of my mail has been received. But no further communication is expected to be received.

                                1. Order no. 5612 dated7.11.2017 for rs.3801
                                2. Order no.7336 dated 12.11.2017 for rs.2597.

                                I paid both orders through my debit card

                                Though the status in the website is showing as "despatched" from a long time, i have yet to receive them.
                                There is no answer to mails or live chat or contact for tracking details

                                    I had ordered trolly bags for RS.2127.on 12 November2017, as per order no.7512.bit till today no I.formation ..I have written mails and sent queries but no one responds...this is a fraud company or what...please help me

                                    Hey. Go to your mail ID. Search for 'Instamojo' (through search bar). There will be a mail in which your payment details at bagsplanet would have been given. In the same mail, you'll find a link saying 'Request a Refund' Click on it. Make an account on Instamojo with the same ID as on bagsplanet. Raise a complaint with "product not received as the reason, and your concern in text box. You should receive back your money in a 4-5 days.

                                    It is indeed a fraud company, and I was a victim of it. I would like you to raise your voices to Instamojo to block this company and Process refunds to all its customers, so far. We should not let a person or a group to exploit peope, in any way. Looking for your support, for the cause.

                                      Order id#7860...amount paid through debit card Rs.900...received messaged that it will be delivered by 25th november but not yet recieved please help me with this..i have been sending emails and messages on live chat but no response Iam in very much need of the product...please help me in receiving my money back...please i beg of you..I booked the product on 13 november I just received only one message that product has been dispatched but till know I did not got the product...please help me in getting back the money...Its of great value for me Rs.900.

                                        My order i'd is 4923
                                        Order was placed on 6/11/2017. Payment is made through credit card. Assured delivery was 16/11/17. Since did not receive item till 1/12/17, wrote email to expedite delivery or refund the paid amount but no response from bags planet. Seems fraud company. No contact number is given. Also live chat always off so you can not approach
