I have placed my order on 25th dec'17 and make online payment too. As per company my product will dispatch between 1st jan to 3rd jan'18. I have submitted so many compliments in companies portal and also sent several mails to them but not received any respond from there side. Pls help me to know how i get status of my order or how i get refund money....

Have not received any response from them.

Only received a stero type mail mentioning order details.

Have already approached their website, submitted n no. Of queries still no response.

Instamojo and bagsplanet are both fraud...

I have send many mails to bagsplanet and there is no response from them and no updates about the despatch. The date they offered to despatch the order is 29th december 2017 - 1st january 2018...

I had placed an order and my order id is #22794. Amount 2127 was paid online. After placing the order i got the confirmation to receive the product with in 10 to 15 days. But till now the status is reflecting "pending approval"
