Payment Made to M/s. BagsPlanet.com through INSTAMOJO - Request for refund -
Based on Facebook Advertisement, I have purchased 2 sets of Bag Items from a company called M/s BagsPlanet on[protected] by clicking the FB link and paid the cost of the products (Indian Rs.2, 757/-) online using my SBI Credit Card. The payment was handled by INSTAMOJO payment gateway. Later M/s. BagsPlanet send an SMS stating that the Bags ordered by me have been despatched and will reach my address (given above) by the end of November 2017. But the Products were never delivered in my address and BagsPlanet failed to give the address and details of the courier or dispatch details or status of the product delivery despite my repeated reminders and emails, Unfortunately, their website ( https://www.bagsplanet.in/ ) does not contain a Phone Number and the inquiries and efforts to contact them ended as a totally futile attempt. Later I found from another Facebook Post that the Company has cheated many and siphoned away their money they got as online payment in advance without supplying the Products. I found that all the payments were routed through INSTMOJO payment gateway to the company. I can provide copies of the SBI Credit Card Bill dated[protected] and the screen shot of Bagsplanet website showing order no.9171 dated[protected] as an evidence of my order and subsequent payment made Online on[protected]Rs.2, 757/-). I request you take up the matter with BagsPlant and INSTAMOJO and advise them to refund the payment made to M/s. BagsPlanet. Evenif passed on the money INSTAMOJO can reverse such payment and refund to me since the company failed to supply the products or respond to my inquiries for the past more than one month. The company has cheated many such innocent people like me making use of INSTAMOJO payment gateway. I once again request you to kindly take up the matter with BagsPlanet or INSTAMOJO for refund of the payment made by me on[protected] and credit it back to my SBI Card Account or issue a pay order or Demand Draft in my name and forward it to the address given above. I can also provide my Bank Address, if needed on request.
I believe and hope that INSTMOJO will not be a party for such massive cheating by a company will respond positively to this complaint.
