I ordered an MG15CF Marshall 15W amp and an overdrive distortion pedal sum total Rs 12845 and order no. is 22055. They didn't give me a tracking no. I have e mailed their helpdesk and called at least thrice in buisness hours . I dont know what to do ?

I had finally received a part of my order (no.22055) but it has been 6 days since then and the company has been givin g me e mails that tracking details would be sent by 28 oct but they weren't. When called, company told me that my order has not been dispactched yet and would take another 7 days for dispatching.

    Sir i have placed an order with order no 19195 and ordered item was Tama VK52KS - GXS Silverstar Custom 5 Pcs Drum Kit on 10 September 2015. Before purchase i had a telephonic conversation with the bajaao.com customer care. They told me that the drum kit is available and they will deliver my order just after i will make the payment. So i ordered the drum kit and after that i contacted them several times on phone on 14 September, 18 September and 23 September and even i mailed my complaint. These people are highly irresponsible. Every time they insure that they will send my order after 3-4 days but still there is no sign of delivery. I have paid an amount of Rs 63690 and i have suffered from depression and anxiety because its a big amount. kindly help me to get back my money and compensation for all the harassment.

      Products shipped on 07 Sep 2015 after making advance payments - courier partner was Bluedart. Waybill no. [protected]. Expected delivery date - 12th Sep 2015. Products reached Kolkata warehouse on 10th Sep and since then no response. I sent repeated emails and I was promised delivery withing 48 hours everytime. Without any intimation - they are being sent back to the shipper. What is even alarming is that on the tracking page they have written...

      I purchased a set of electric guitar strings and a set of picks. The total amount was INR 565.00 I don't have online banking facility so I had to travel to the nearest Axis bank (which is quite far!) and made a cash deposit of the same amount in their account. The deposit was successful and it was done before 12:30pm IST on 27th July, 2015. However, I have not received any kind of confirmation from the Bajaao Team regarding my payment. The website still shows that my order has not been paid!!! Further, I keep calling at the number provided and I keep getting a recorded voice. And when I try to talk to the executive, the phone keeps ringing and nobody answers. I have even sent them a lot of emails but nobody has responded as of now!

        I ordered a cort cm10g guitar amplifier on 23rd may 2015(order no: 10046).The product was meant to be shipped within 3-5 days but its been 10 days but still no shipping information.Few days back one of their sales engineer assured me that it'll be shipped on 30th may.I have lost my patience and i demand full refund.

          I have Ordered a Professional Mic Bundle from this website(www.bajaao.com) worth Rupees 19000. Order #[protected] Ordered Date: 5/9/2014 Once the product is shipped they are supposed to send me the Tracking Number along with the Link of courier service. I was fedup calling them everyday more than thrice and they never pick up. Also I always called them in the business hours. At last one customer service rep picked up the call on 19th which is 14 days after i placed the order. and claimed that Courier service is PLS express Courier and the tracking number is 221012 I tried to google for PLS express Courier and never could find anything like that.             www.bajaao.com is really dumb company.I wanted to purchase some dj device after browsing their site.They mentioned that they have a So called "product specialist" who can help you in any product.Turns out whenever you call the help line number somebody pics up the phone and says the product specialist is on leave or has gone out for lunch or busy in meeting.Every time i used to call once or twice in a week for inquiry on the product i wanted they would come up with lame excuses.

            Seems the product specialist jackass is starting his own business.What a crap story.Then i was told to drop a mail at [protected]@bajaao.com.As soon as you shoot mail you get a automated inquiry no and you never get a response.Again when i used to call them with mentioning my inquiry no the said to shoot a mail with same reference again and the product specialist will reply within half a our,which never happened on this earth till date.

            This people all bull and crap.Watching more comments about the company i saw people never ever got the ordered products and lost their money.

            This company and people are flaky please don't call or order something from them

              I oredered speaker from their site by paying Rs 9500 through my debit card on 5th April.
              My order number is 7111.
              It has been more than 45 days and the product has still not showed up. I called them many times and but they will offer one excuse after another. Now they have become novel in their excuse. They say they have shipped the product gave me DTDC courier tracking number M62497913 on 16th May. DTDC site says that order can't be tracked. I have try to call them, and they say it will be reflected in due time. I even called DTDC and they say there is no such order from anybody.

              So the situation is even after 45 days of paying the money, i have not received any product from this web-site. I want these people to answer up and brought to book.

                Dear Bajaao team,

                You claim to have sent me my guitar on the last monday 20/10 but i dont think so. When I try to track down the guitar's consigment number D04022287 , the site says, "The consignment does NOT exist." Please note that every other consignment, from D04022280 till D04022295 exist and is dispatched. It shows that they are en route. ONLY mine appears not to exist. When I called DTDC nagpur , they also said that my consignment DOESNT exist. Similar response was met when I contacted DTDC Andheri Nagardas road. They say that they dont know about any such consignment.

                Moreover, the Internet seems to be crawling with people that say that you havent shipped their guitar even after months of payment.( just google 'bajaao fraud') . Your facebook page also shows people expressing similar discontent. When I try to contact you constantly, you do not accept my calls . It seems obvious that some fishy business is going on here.

                Now I have decided to wait for 2 more days for my guitar. After that , I will contact my local law enforcement authorities , consumer forum and so also , police stations in your area.

                A copy of this email is also being posted on www.consumercomplaints.com.

                I now realize it was a mistake doing business with you guys. But I intend to GET what I paid for , or at least , My Money back , ASAP

                I have a similar experience. This website is a big fraud. They have taken the payment and never delivered the goods. And as pointed out they never provide any update nor pick up the calls. Should initiate a chain mail informing people about this fraud.
                I think this website and their business is a scam. I called them many times to enquire about a product but no one ever picks up a call. When i send a request about confirmation of availability of product, there is no response. I just get an automated reply saying that one of the representatives will get in touch with in 24 hrs. But no one ever calls. Customer service is zero. I am sure they are only interested in grabbing our money. I can vouch that they will definitely not ship our product. I don't know how this website is surviving for so long. We should immediately complain and bring this shady business down before more innocent people are harassed and lose their money
