With reference to the concerned subject, I would like to inform you that on being allured by one of your sales executives ( student counselors as you name them), named Mr Vivek George through repeated phone calls in November 2020 and thereafter by the misrepresentation and concealment of facts given by various executives in your enterprise, I had opted for registration of my nephew in Byju's Early learn programme for Class 3. It is noteworthy that at the time of payment of registration fees and signing the documents, I was made aware of my non-negotiable right as a customer to recall the registration at any point of time on being dissatisfied by the mode of learning programme.

After starting to use the product, we found the learning mode and style to be totally unsatisfactory and unsuitable for my nephew ( as well as his parents' opinion) and hence I approached Vivek George within a week to get everything cancelled. He assured me then that everything has been taken care of, along with the initiation of the cancellation process and that I just would have to wait for the next steps to happen from their end.

At the time of registration, I had made an initial payment of Rs 5, 000 towards the course which was done via UPI mode. I was asked by Vivek to provide a letter in white paper authorising Byju's to process a loan account with Avanse for Rs 30, 000 to be split into 12 tranches of Rs 2, 500 each, supposed to start debiting my account on the 7th of every month from January 7, 2021 onwards. He had also clearly mentioned that whenever the package is cancelled, Byju's shall also stop debiting the monthly payouts henceforth. This NACH mandate has not been cancelled (at the time of writing this)even now by Byju's despite informing them last year.

Upon receiving no communication from Byju's, I have been reaching out to the various helpline numbers for cancellation. Meanwhile, all Byju's executives/ call centers have mysteriously stopped attending my calls from the registered number and there was no communication from any of the central relationship advisors ( contrary to the initial days when people used to call me daily). I would be able to connect and talk to an agent only if I call from a number other than the registered number.

I long suspected something was amiss and after much following up in December itself, I could get through again to this person called Mr Akhilesh Anil who again informed me that the cancellation is in process and that they would require to speak to the child's parent (my brother in law, since the child is my nephew) upon which I duly passed it on as well. Unfortunately, they never got back to him while I had to narrate the same story to multiple people at the helpline numbers who kept on assuring a call-back in the next 15 minutes. This would never happen, though.

All of this happened in December while I got an SMS in Avanse's name stating that the EMI debit would start on January 7th much to my shock. I would have made atleast a hundred calls, written similar number of mails looping all Byju's email IDs but till date ( as on March 12, 2021), I haven't received a single call back from the team. Further debits happened for February 2021 while for March 2021, it didn't happen automatically despite my account having sufficient balance and later, Byju's/Avanse collection executives called me and asked to pay them directly as the scheduled debit didn't materialize, again due to no fault of mine on an urgent basis, barring which they would file a report that could negatively impact my credit scores. Due to an absolute lack of any communication or commitment in emails from Byju's customer care, I chose not to take any chances and made a payment at the link provided by the executive, all for a product, that I have been requesting Byju's to cancel since November 2020.

In view of all the above traumatic experiences dealing with the utterly unprofessional work ethic of your company executives, I have been repeatedly requesting and reminding you to cancel my registration with Byju's e-learning programme but till date, all my requests through mail/call have been left unheard and unredressed. I have further requested you to suspend the process of NACH already instituted against my account but the same has also not been paid any need. This is gross misconduct from your part as for the last 4 months, I have made over a hundred phone calls to your customer support numbers, mentor helpline numbers, various employees etc and everytime, they would promise a call back immediately ( either 15 minutes or 24 hours at max) which is purely a fake commitment.

Sir/Madam, by not cancelling the said registration and by initiating the process of pulling funds from my account through NACH transfer mode when I have clearly told and communicated that you shouldn't, you have grossly misused the authorization taken from me and you are requested to stop this with immediate effect and confirm to me in writing about the same.

You are also expected to cancel the programme registation with immediate effect and process my refunds, failing which I shall be initiating all possible legal recourses provided to me as an aggrieved consumer, in accordance with the rule of the land, against you and all of your executives, both current & past, who have been a part of this immense harassment that has been meted out to me in the last few months ever since I subscribed to your product/service and chose to exercise my right to cancel it.

I further request you to stop the misuse of my authorization for automatic money transfer from my account with immediate effect as I have cancelled the authorisation as well as the mandate for you to pull money from my account.

As my authorization for such money transfer stands withdrawn, if at all any amount is pulled out from my account or any charges for declined transaction are levelled against me, it shall be treated as a clear case o[censored]nauthorized money transfer and hence the officials of Byju's shall be held responsible for such monetary loss and other damages.

In anticipation of the impending cancellation of registration as well as the long due refund of the money that has been falsely siphoned off from me through clear-cut wrongful and illegal ways of doing business by Byju's, I'm sending in a conditional note of thanks in advance.

      Purchased Epiphone Electric Guitar from BAJAAO.COM, product delivered on 1st January without Amplifier despite commitment listed on company website and twice verbal confirmation from Product Specialist. More than 2 weeks and no proper response from helpdesk. Have available call recording of product commited over phone. Further product was shipped with no invoice, no warranty card. No response from Senior Management - Sunil Singh (CEO), Ashutosh Pande (Founder & Chairman), Shawn Pereira (Head of Sales), Jay Srinivasan IPAL Funding Manager).

      Thanks for notifying Bajaao as per status posted. TIll date there is no response from BAJAAO representatives or their Senior Management Team. It is disheartening that consumers in India are taken for a ride and there is no proper way to resolve the issues.

          If anyone wants to buy any instruments I'd not recommend anyone of you to buy it from bajaao, reason I've been asking for help since few days but no one could help me out there's no response of my mails nor any customer executive tried to understand the issue nor any solution were given from them, they always disconnected the calls in midst and always transfered my calls and told me I'll receive a call from your end but there was nothing as such, nor any mails not any calls, I bought my guitar in July 2020 i know my guitar is still in warranty period and everyone from the Bajaao team have been ignoring my issue which i feel its too bad and not acceptable, it broke my heart and trust with bajaao that won't ever let me to buy any product from bajaao nor I'd ever suggest anybody to buy any instruments from this site because the the service is worst I've ever experienced.

            I had ordered my schecter bass guitar on the 4th of October, received it by the 10th. I immediately realized that there was a problem with the guitar. The pickup had a problem of a buzzing noise.
            I told them about this by the 13th and they came back to collect the guitar by 18th.

            Since the 18th I have been without my guitar, there after sales team has been so horrible in corresponding with me about the problem and I still don't have my guitar 22 days later.

            They have not told me when I will be getting the guitar back nor have they responded to any queries of mine about compensation for such an inconvenience that they have caused.

            Such horrible after sales service, I have never seen before.
            Absolutely pathetic

              I ordered an item from bajaao.com, and they are unable to deliver the product. So I told them to cancel the product and refund me the price. The order id is 275595. Ordered 04 Sep, 2020. The order initiated on 17th sept. They told the refund will reflect within 5 to 8 working days, but I have not receive any refund from them. Please help me with that.

                I purchased an Ibanez IGB541 Powerpad Designer Collection Electric Guitar Gigbag - Gray and the product i recieved has started to break down after a few days of mild use.The cloth has started to come off and i am clearly dissapointed with the purchase.Clearly not what i hoped to get after spending 2500/- on a gigbag.I wrote a review in their site an they have not published it and i dont think they will and they have not replied to my mails yet.

                  They sent me a soprano ukulele bag instead when i ordered a concert ukulele bag. I have called them endless no. Of times in last 1 month. I feel cheated. Everytime they say they will exchange it and dispatch it in "48 hours", but they don't. They are playing with mental health of their customers and harassing them. They don't tell the truth.                     I ordered behringer cmd touch tc 64 controller. Prior to booking, the item showed in stock. I ordered and completed the payment on 13th aug. Shipment was supposed to be on 28 aug. The tracking status did not change. When i followed over mail to support team, i was replied the product is not on stock!

                      It's been a month i ordered an instrument and they didn't deliver it, they postponed delivery date 4 times and the customer service illiterates ' can't call them executives ' are so arrogant and rude when i asked them about the issue they said either wait or cancel don't waste our time. Those guys took my money and never delivered and saying amount reversal will take 2 months approx. Big frauds
                      They took money from me and wasted 1 month of mine, i want them to pay me for my loss of time. I want a penalty to be imposed on them when they take money knowing they can't deliver the product.

                        I bought a headphone from this website last year. It stopped working last week. I have been trying to contact them, but the customer service no. is always switched off, and no one is replying to the email. It is still under warranty for repair.
                        Date of incident, when the headphones stopped working was last week- 30th July 2020.
                        Date I first tried contacting them was 3rd August 2020.
                        I would like my headphones to be repaired or replaced.

                          I have ordered 3 items from bajaao on 22-07.. And cancelled it on 27th because i got my preferred colour guitar here in my state.. I called the customer care number.. They told me that it had already shipped and reached gurgaon.. So it will take 3-4days to get returned to its place.. Then they willrefund me my money.. But today is 4th of august.. It's not refunded yet.. I called the customer care number after every 2 days.. Today they told that it reached assam.. And they don't know now when will it return.. They told feom gurgaon it will be returned to them nd today it reached my state.. What is going on.. I have not returned it after it reached my home.. So i want my money back asap.. Coz i have ordered something else an i need my money.. Please refund me my money..

                              On 1st July 2020, I ordered a Schecter SGR C1 Electric Guitar from Bajaao's website and made my complete payment including additional shipping charges. Some details about the product given to me by Bajaao are given below-

                              On 8th July 2020, I was updated that my item was fullfilable and its ready to be shipped via Fedex Economy and when i looked it up in the Fedex's tracking site, it showed "Shipment information sent to Fedex"

                              This is where the problem begin. As I am writing this complaint its 17th July 2020, it is showing me that Fedex hasn't received the item yet Bajaao is telling me that its "ready for shipping". On the top of that, i was given the delivery date of 21st July 2020. There is no update on my product and when i tried to contact bajaao they told me it will be "shipped soon".

                              I totally understand the lack of proper manpower in these tough times but at least they should give me proper updates about the product and ship it because it has been 10+ days as of now since they told me its ready to be shipped.

                                One month ago on 20th may 2020 i ordered two products and i paid 20, 191 rupees via online payment, the estimated delivery date was 30th may 2020 nd the courier partner was fedex
                                Due to some issues fedex returned my product to bajaao
                                I contact with bajaao they told me "we will reship your product"
                                Then on 23rd june 2020 they reshipped my product but from 23rd june to today (14th july2020) the status is showing in the couriers website -"pick up failed shipment is not handed over"
                                I called bajaao so may time still they are not handing over my product and continuously giving useless nonsense reasons but not giving any solution and my product

                                  order dispatch delay

                                  Ordered a fender sa-105ce on[protected]. As on today[protected] the order has not been dispatched. Neither did i get any communication regarding my order from bajaao itself. I have tried calling the customer care but didn't get any appropriate reply, they are also changing the estimated dispatch date every time i call. I have tried emailing the helpdesk but got no reply

                                  I have placed an order with bajaoo on 25-May-2020, despite charging Rs 450 for shipping the item is never delivered. They gave tracking no and the item was in transit, reached my city. but never delivered, courier people said only the label has come to them and not the actual item, I updated this info to bajaoo (painful to reach their cust care). they waited the courier (label) to get returned to their warehouse (They were never bothered to reship), at last it was returned to their warehouse on 24-Jul-2020, even after that also reship has not happened, ever since e-commerce boomed in India, I have never come across this worst service. They dont care a damn for customer. and please be careful while placing order with them, in case any bajaoo people see this my order no is 241677

                                    My Bajaao "Pre-paid" shipment was scheduled to be delivered today forenoon by ECOM executive. The person called me up and said he can only deliver the shipment after 6 pm. However, at around 6:30 pm he called up and asked for the OTP before the shipment would be delivered to me. I told him that I will give the OTP to him when he arrives with the shipment in person. Hearing this, he disconnected the call. When I tried to ring him back, it led me to ECOM voicemail. He has not called me up since then or delivered the package.
