[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Bajaj Car Insaurance Review - Bajaj Cheated Me | |||
I bought my car insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz. I bought a second hand Ford Figo Titanium car and I took fresh policy for that. All parts photos were taken at the time of policy. But when I got an accident your surveyor denied my claim. My car's rear tyre was fell into pit on road and it got dis-balanced. For this i took my car to a mechanic and he told me for replacing rear tyre's connecting rod (defender) and he repaired the tyre temporary. I went to my Home in evening and called Bajaj customer care for claim. They told me that surveyor will come to me for survey but no one came and i took my car to Ford service station myself. After that the ford advisor took photos and sent photos to the Surveyor office. Now surveyor office people are saying that they will not give me claim because CAR is repaired out side. But the mechanic which repaired my car did only some screw tight near rear Tyre's suspension. The surveyor is saying that defender of car was repaired but the mechanic never touched that part. It may be repaired by the previous owner of CAR. I asked to send me all photographs which were taken at the time of insurance and match the defender photo to those photos. Is that my fault that i bought a second hand car. All photographs were taken at the time of policy so company should match them. I need my claim and you can not cheat me. I'll go to online forums and review websites and write there about the cheat of Bajaj. Was this information helpful? | |||
