[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — inordinate delay in name endorsement on car policy | |||
I have purchased insurance for my vehicle in oct'17 through policy bazaar. Car and rc were then in my employer's name. Subsequently on receipt of rc card in my name, i have requested bajaj allianz for name endorsement. As and when requested, i have submitted :- 1) updated proposal form. 2) new rc card in my name 3) noc from the previous owner 4) copy of earlier insurance policy. Vehicle inspection video uploaded on 6th jan 2018, and acknowledgement sms recd from policy bazaar with inspection id ref. Also received an acknowledgement sms from bajaj allianz for payment of rs.57/- with transaction reference no. Dt. 09th feb 2018. As hyperlinks received for payment of rs.57/- from bajaj allianz and policy bazaar were not secured, has been done by team lead of policy bazaar. Since then both bajaj and policy bazaar have been dily dalling name endorsement. Was this information helpful? | |||
