[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Need attention for claim | |||
I have purchased a led micromax tv 49" in pai international, under bajaj finserv, madinaguda, hyderabad. Took an extended warranty. Policy number : og[protected]-00181680 Asset invoice number : madi-1109 Asset invoice date : 20-oct-2014 Now i have a small repair in the product and bajaj allianz has denied and cancelled my claim without any notice. On further inquiry i was informed that the claim cannot be processed without invoice. But we have a valid policy document with all the details of invoice included in the same. Further i was not convinced how a policy document cannot be authentic since a policy cannot be generated without an invoice in the first place. My claim is pending for almost a month now.
