A few months back I booked a Bajaj Chetak electric scooter online through their web portal (https://www.chetak.com/). I am residing in the Trichur District of Kerala and the system didn't stop me from the booking and the initiated payment of IRS. 2000.00 on[protected] Booking no. EBAL[protected]. After a couple of days, their agent from Cochin called me and informed me that they can't deliver the vehicle to another city and it is restricted only to Cochin. Also, she asked me to get some id proof from Cochin to move ahead with the purchase. I told them that in this case, I don't want to buy the scooter and requested them to cancel my booking and refund the money. But they didn't process my cancel request and refund. Kindly look into this matter and get me a refund of the full amount as the cancellation is not due to my will.

Getting too many problems while using chetak electric bike.
also every time we put chetak for servicing we get delayed support.
Plople are really not supportive to their customers.
We are really not happy with the bike working nor the service from chetak representatives.
I want complete refund and don't want this troublesome bike which is of no use for us.
We gave chetak electric bike for servicing on 15 April still we have no updates on the bike servicing.
