Bajaj Auto — Bajaj Chetak electric scooter not working service center not responding.

I got the delivery of Bajaj Chetak Electric scooter in October 2022. Fist servicing done. From 08/05/2023 i am facing issue with the scooter. Scooter's D (Driving mode / R ( Revise mode) is not working. For this issue i contarct to Sai Service and they provide me the contact number ([protected]) of Chetak Service center fugewadi, pune. This is only one service center in my area (PCMC). I tryed this number every 15 min for whole day 09/05/2023 but no one is picking this phone. So there is no proper channel to reach the Service center. I am leving 15 km away from the service center. How can i reach with not working scoorter. If Service center provied proper contat number we can ask the query and slove. This is very wast service center. Can anyboday look into this.
