I have paid full payment on 30/05/2022 for chetak.The showroom dealer told me vehicle will be ready to deliver in one week after clearing RTO permissions.So he messaged me on 5/06/2022 vehicle is ready to pickup.
I took the delivery on 12/06/2022.
While taking the delivery they told me you have to come within 45 days or 1000km whichever is earlier for first free service.
After 2 days of calling workshop for appointment, they picked up the phone today, I asked about first free service, they told me your 45 days has been over yesterday i.e 14/07/2022.
I told them I took the vehicle on 12/06/2022, 45 days should be considered from that date.They said me it will considered from date of invoice.I told them vehicle was not ready on 30/05/2022 and asked them to consider atleast from the date 05/06/2022 when showroom called me to pickup the vehicle.They said they can't.
I called customer support.They said it's not 45 days but 30 days only (new information i got).Customer support ma'am told me it's all written in chetak app vehicle service terms and conditions.As a customer, no one informed me about that before.
So to conclude I am taking my first free service by paying additional payment. Was this information helpful? |
