Bajaj Auto — complaint regarding fog on headlight | |||
I'm a long time customer of bajaj, and I recently purchased dominor 2019 model merely 45 days from pioneer bajaj, trivandrum kerala. Nowadays it has some problem that fog is appeared on headlight and I approached several times bajaj authorized service centre regarding this issue but their response made me disappointed. They stating that all dominor have the same issue and moreover there is no provision to replace it. And I'm not satisfied with customer service.this is my 4th bike I'm purchasing from bajaj and I had never faced this kind of customer service. In future if any major problem occured may expect this kind of reply from the service centre. I need a strong solution for this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
