[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Critical issue PULSAR 150 turns off suddenly during running never restart | |||
Hello bajaj. I am highly unhappy and fed with your dealer VST bajaj sevice. Here is problem description, My Bike pulsar 150 2012 model 20000kms completed turn's off suddenly during running itself almost 8 to 10 times, it never restarts untill local mechanic disconnect and connect CD connector under the petrol tank. It's very critical issue. so I given service in VST bajaj authorised service rajajinagar Bangalore. Service staf[censored]nable to fix the issue. I feel they are amatures on core domain and don't have knowledge on core electrical and sensor part, they replaced unnecessay parts saying issue fixed and bill was 1500rs on 12 Nov 2016. But issue reproduced bike turned off on yesterday night 19 Nov 2016 at mid of the highway road at 10PM. They are no repair shop and i was with family. Can you imagine the situation ..?, All these becoz your service team was unable to point out correct reason hence fail to resolve the issue. Who is responsible for customer discomfort and panic situation..? I am suffering on every ride because of purchasing your company bike and also spending hard earned money on service hoping issue will get fixed. After paying huge money multiple times for servicing with your authorised service center they completely failed to analyze and resolve the critical issue. What kind of service you provide to customers. Due to BAJAJ two wheeler purchase my life is screwed. You can call me anytime and get my issue fixed ASAP. Else I will lodge complaint at customer court. Hope you understood loyal customer pain. Note : Releasing various models alone will not help to keep the brand name high.
