I have purchased an Avenger 150 CC bike (Chassis Number - MD2A85CY7GCG86281) on October 13, 2016 from your Sri Vinayaka Mobikes Pvt. Ltd (10382)., Kachiguda, Hyderabad.
I have taken my bike for servicing on November 02, 2016 to the same showroom's servicing centre, wherein I was informed by a mechanic that two things Trip Meter Knob Cap (rubber cap) and Avenger Logo in the middle of the Handle bar were missing.
I am sure that the show room did not provide me with these items at the time of purchase. I have informed the same to the servicing centre, where they said it is the customers responsibility to check all the accessories of the bike while taking delivery. I questioned them that, how can I question this as I am not provided with any checklist to ensure the presence of all the accessories? The servicing people are mum on this issue and they guided me to the sales section from where I booked the bike.
The person in sales bike made me sit for half an hour to advise me to meet the Works Manager. I met him in the ground floor of the building, to my surprise, he was so adamant and arrogant even in listening to what I was saying. The only sentence he was telling on requesting the CC TV footage of the day I bought the bike to verify whether these accessories were there or not is, "I do not have responsibility. I dont provide you CC TV footage. You meet sales manager."
I was so discouraged and came out of his cabin calmly since I did not want to argue with a person who did not care even to listen what I am saying. I proceeded to the bike and spoke to a mechanic, where he said that, you cant get the knob elsewhere, if possible, you steal it from others bike when you find one.
So many doubts raised in my mind, why the works manager is not providing CCTV footage.

    Sir,

    I have observed a deduction of payment from my SBI bank account of Rs. 99 on 24th of November, 2016. This was done without my knowledge.

    What I remind is, I have taken a loan in past from Bajaj Finance which I have paid completely on time as per agreement. After that there is no communication from both o[censored]s. Now suddenly a payment is drawn from my account. No idea why.

    Immediate action shall require to revert it in my account.

      This is keep you informing that the Bajaj service center people are not doing any proper service. Am Completely Fed up even my Bike is on due for next one Year Till my Second Service i was very happy but after availed the Third Service i don't feel its my bike that much of problem i have faced & Facing. why the Service center people are behaving very worst i don't know what kind of action you people are going to take please find the below problems which im facing,

      1) Millage is Very Less 40Km/1.44L
      2) Front Break (Disk) is not Proper
      3) Back Break is not Proper

      Bajaj is presenting the ECS payment twice in a month.Also once I made the payment they are not updating in their system.Due to this they are charging bonus charge and all.Some month they dont presnt the ECS for that again overdue charges.This is too the core.

          I made a mistake by purchasin this rs200 bike. the nearby srvc center is not servicin this bike and this other center says bring your bike here by yourself we won't give any pick n drop center but at the time of last service they gave me pick up service and now they aren't. i feel like just because i don't live nearby i can't get these services. Really a big Mistake. Could have gone for other better options than this bike!

            Haldwani, kashipur and Rampur service center are unavailable with Air filters for the bike Pulsar AS150 since from last 4 months. My bike getting worse than worst because of it and not filing the complaint to go for court. These kind of service stations must be either closed or monitored properly. If My bike will be in bad condition, Bajaj must provide me with new bike as it itself responsible for lack of services.

                I bought one avenger street 150 on 16/10/2016, after 728 km of running one gasket cover (Dh 101154) is worn out. Chain cleaning and consumables (Lb[protected] & lb[protected] also charged. The parts are damaged like this, how can i replace it.
                I cant believe this from bajaj, i think this is a foul play of dealers (Kvr motors, calicut)

                  I booked the bike on 2nd nov 2016. and issued the cheque and documents to them on same day. dont know wats wrong in hdfc bank cheque and received a call from bajaj executive malad showroom on 5th nov 16, so transferred amount via other cheque on same day and payment was also confirmed by them . At the time of booking i told them i need Bike on 14th Nov 16 as its a gurunanak jayanti. when that day i went there they said RTO has not given the number and we will let you know i said i came from 30 kms far an wasted my time so the guy from showroom said before coming call atleast once . then on saturday 19th nov guy told me RTO is issued the number and you can collect the bike on 20th nov 16. icalled in the morning but they didnt answer i went there and spent 3 hours and found that all accessories which were promised are missing also the bike tax paper are missing .

                  i again refused the delivery . if this is the harassment level then i request please return my money with interest.

                  best part is your guys has misplaced the tax paper and said take the bike no one will ask on the road about the same.

                  my trust from bajaj already gone and i wont recommend the same to anyone .

                    Critical issue PULSAR 150 turns off suddenly during running never restart

                    I am highly unhappy and fed with your dealer VST bajaj sevice.

                    Here is problem description,
                    My Bike pulsar 150 2012 model 20000kms completed turn's off suddenly during running itself almost 8 to 10 times, it never restarts untill local mechanic disconnect and connect CD connector under the petrol tank. It's very critical issue.
                    so I given service in VST bajaj authorised...

                    On 16th aug'16 i had given the bike for its 3rd free service. Post service, the bike handle would continuously wobble when i ride. Since then, till date (19th nov'16) the issue has not been resolved. The bike was checked by multiple people and lastly they say that there will be wobbling. The adviser says dont ride above 60kmph you will not have any issue.

                      I want inform you when go in (het bajaj workshop, sivranjani cross road, ahmedabad) that time i was face some problems in my bike like speedo meter not work and clutch hard complaints related..
                      Yesterday thay guys was informed to me your clutch cable, speedo meter cable with router for replacement than i also give approval for replacement.
                      But tomorrow when go for take my bike delivery that time my bike was not start and after technicians repair my bikes start switch then problem is solved, but again i'm facing another problem. now when i see my bike front wheel is rotate to so hard.. and brake pad also touch with brake disc metal metal, my brake also not working properly and front wheel also moving so hard... so i'm telling this very poooooor services in this dealer...3rd class provides... give return answer in mail..

                      I purchased Bajaj CT 100B motorcycle, initially the bike was good, but after 45 days of my usage the bike started giving numerous problems, such as starting problem, low mileage, hinderance in shifting of gears. Even this was bought to the notice of the concerned service personnel, nothing is solved.

                        I bought this bike on 7th March 2016 at Rs 97, 500.
                        Within a week battery problem start and when I went to a service station (Partap Auto, Chandigarh). they replace the new battery .
                        After 3 months (after 1st service) bike engine oil got leaked from the right side of the engine part.I again went to the service station, they open the new bike engine and resealed it.(ENGINE OPENS IN LESS THAN 4 MONTHS, IS THIS OK?)
                        After 1 month I came to know about the new problem of my bike that is Sudden Change in the gear automatically while riding.its my 3rd visit within 5 months .and still the problem is not fixed till now.
                        After 1 month of my 3rd visit, I faced again a new problem leakage of oil on the left side of the gear. ITS MY 4 the unusual visit my bike . I again took to the agency and they again open the engine (ENGINE AGAIN OPENS IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS, IS THIS OK?)
                        Again Now I am facing a new problem of the oil leakage on the left side of the rear shock absorber .
                        Its Less than 9 months from the purchasing date and I am facing new problems regarding engine, shockers, gear .

                        Tell me it's okay from me who is mad for THE BAJAJ PULSAR Series from my childhood .

                        Please help me out I wanna change the bike with new one .which has no problem like that .

                          My vehicle get destroyed by accident on Sep bt till not material is not available..if you are manufacturing bike then u have to manufacture parts also...i am waiting for last two months my bike is Bajaj Pulsar150AS. Few items only i need but it is not available in whole Jharkhand. if you cant make the parts then u no need to make bike also we have to face lot of problems due to this.

                            My bike bajaj V15 is almost 6 months old. It is having quite a bit of complains.
                            1-a oil leak (started just 2-3 months after I bought the bike)
                            2- the vehicle starts to vibrate badly when i take around 60km
                            3-now just a few days back my friend took my bike to a stationary shop, on the way he had to take a traffic stop, when he took the vehicle the exhaust broke off from the vehicle engine. Now i am vehicle less for like someday's. When we checked what the problem was we found that its broken from the engine hold itself. I took this bike as it was new model and it had some history in it and it showed many genuine features of a bike in that price range. But for me now i am having more of expense. When i went to the showroom to show then the oil leak few months back they said they have cleared it. But after the service in a few days’ time i could still see the oil leak in the engine it looks like there is a coating of oil all over my engine when showed the local work shop as i lost home in the service center they said that the gasket of the bike is broken i mean in the time of 6 months i have this lot of complains and issues. I feel disappointed.
                            Kindly guide me to solve my problem with no cost as it is still in warranty period

                              I hail from ajmer and i own a pulsar 220.
                              My bike had starting problem. And it has been lying in the bajaj workshop for more than a month. The workshop is unable to source a part.
                              There is no support from bajaj head office, i have written many mails and tried to contact them over phone. Filed a complaint online.
                              But i haven't got a single reply yet.
                              I am stuck and dont what to do know.

                                  I hail from valasaravakkam, Chennai.
                                  I recently purchased Bajaj Avenger 150 Street from Vishak Bajaj, Bharani Industrial complex, 22, Arcot Road, saligramam, Chennai -93. The vehicle on the date of delivery showed 10kms ridden the time I moved the vehicle from the showroom. I drove up to 3 KMS and found my horn stopped working and I immediately called the showroom and they asked me to bring back my vehicle the next day. After 2 mins I found that my vehicle had stopped and not getting started I again called the showroom and the sales man and manager came and to my shock they said, "the battery is fully drained"... How come a bike that too a new one had a drained battery? He took back the bike and then delivered it yesterday only. The showroom person "politely" said, " go lodge a complaint. Let's see what happens".the replaced battery drained again at 68th KMS.

                                    I have bjaj discover 150f registered in jan 2015 and bike is under warranty, facing issues due to engine vibrations and functionality issues, reported multiple times but nothing happened. bike has just reached 6700kms and showing couple of major n minor problems.. engine is not working fine ..currently in showroom for repair ..also they have told me to pay some additional money for the engine part which is totally wrong as my bike is under warranty and this is the manufacturing defect due to which I am facing issues multiple times even bike is under additional AMC and serviced on 21oct 2016.Why should I pay if the issue is from their end .The bike is not producing the good output also the parts are not robust.General manager was well behaved but I am not satisfied with this defect since from the bike purchased I am facing this issue.currently, major issue is - as they said there will be piston replacement and valve as well.A well maintained bike running just 6700 kms issues with engine? I want a straight clarification if the same issue is not able to be fixed by the service center from couple of servicing and each time they say it will remain same and if the warranty period will expire who will responsible after that if the engine will breakdown????? ..I am not tolerate this anymore as I have paid already enough for the same issue.If you are unable to fix this issue replace me with the new one .The bajaj discover 150f engine of mine is no more reliable for me now bcs it stooped two times in between the lonely roads and i have struggled too hard to drag that dustbin .I want this issue fixed not rely what the service center says bcs they cant do it anymore.
