My vehicle get destroyed by accident on Sep bt till not material is not available..if you are manufacturing bike then u have to manufacture parts also...i am waiting for last two months my bike is Bajaj Pulsar150AS. Few items only i need but it is not available in whole Jharkhand. if you cant make the parts then u no need to make bike also we have to face lot of problems due to this.

    My bike bajaj V15 is almost 6 months old. It is having quite a bit of complains.
    1-a oil leak (started just 2-3 months after I bought the bike)
    2- the vehicle starts to vibrate badly when i take around 60km
    3-now just a few days back my friend took my bike to a stationary shop, on the way he had to take a traffic stop, when he took the vehicle the exhaust broke off from the vehicle engine. Now i am vehicle less for like someday's. When we checked what the problem was we found that its broken from the engine hold itself. I took this bike as it was new model and it had some history in it and it showed many genuine features of a bike in that price range. But for me now i am having more of expense. When i went to the showroom to show then the oil leak few months back they said they have cleared it. But after the service in a few days’ time i could still see the oil leak in the engine it looks like there is a coating of oil all over my engine when showed the local work shop as i lost home in the service center they said that the gasket of the bike is broken i mean in the time of 6 months i have this lot of complains and issues. I feel disappointed.
    Kindly guide me to solve my problem with no cost as it is still in warranty period

      I hail from ajmer and i own a pulsar 220.
      My bike had starting problem. And it has been lying in the bajaj workshop for more than a month. The workshop is unable to source a part.
      There is no support from bajaj head office, i have written many mails and tried to contact them over phone. Filed a complaint online.
      But i haven't got a single reply yet.
      I am stuck and dont what to do know.

          I hail from valasaravakkam, Chennai.
          I recently purchased Bajaj Avenger 150 Street from Vishak Bajaj, Bharani Industrial complex, 22, Arcot Road, saligramam, Chennai -93. The vehicle on the date of delivery showed 10kms ridden the time I moved the vehicle from the showroom. I drove up to 3 KMS and found my horn stopped working and I immediately called the showroom and they asked me to bring back my vehicle the next day. After 2 mins I found that my vehicle had stopped and not getting started I again called the showroom and the sales man and manager came and to my shock they said, "the battery is fully drained"... How come a bike that too a new one had a drained battery? He took back the bike and then delivered it yesterday only. The showroom person "politely" said, " go lodge a complaint. Let's see what happens".the replaced battery drained again at 68th KMS.

            I have bjaj discover 150f registered in jan 2015 and bike is under warranty, facing issues due to engine vibrations and functionality issues, reported multiple times but nothing happened. bike has just reached 6700kms and showing couple of major n minor problems.. engine is not working fine ..currently in showroom for repair ..also they have told me to pay some additional money for the engine part which is totally wrong as my bike is under warranty and this is the manufacturing defect due to which I am facing issues multiple times even bike is under additional AMC and serviced on 21oct 2016.Why should I pay if the issue is from their end .The bike is not producing the good output also the parts are not robust.General manager was well behaved but I am not satisfied with this defect since from the bike purchased I am facing this issue.currently, major issue is - as they said there will be piston replacement and valve as well.A well maintained bike running just 6700 kms issues with engine? I want a straight clarification if the same issue is not able to be fixed by the service center from couple of servicing and each time they say it will remain same and if the warranty period will expire who will responsible after that if the engine will breakdown????? ..I am not tolerate this anymore as I have paid already enough for the same issue.If you are unable to fix this issue replace me with the new one .The bajaj discover 150f engine of mine is no more reliable for me now bcs it stooped two times in between the lonely roads and i have struggled too hard to drag that dustbin .I want this issue fixed not rely what the service center says bcs they cant do it anymore.

                Hi sir,
                I am Binil P Vino, my contact number is [protected], i own pulsar RS200 with ABS. vehicle no: KL 17 P 2864 taken from popular bajaj vytilla at 10/05/16 . I have given them my bike for service thrice but i need to take back it to them the very next day after their service.But they never resolved any of the issues i pinpointed. Each time after service severe issues are made by them.They not even provide my tool kit that they have taken while servicing. Even at free service i need to pay high bills on their service .They told me they have changed 10 warranty parts of engine and also the back suspension, but they never give me the bill of the above warranty parts. After each service my bike's tuning get worsen and i need to take it back to them. The power of the bike is very poor also its performance and braking...heavy noise is now hearing from my bike after their service.Totally ever worse service i experienced...Heavy disappointment... I am not even satisfied by their washing too...How can a service center be such a sluggish and head ache to valuable customers...They have got a sluggish response and take lot of time for delivery after service.. I need to repay my cash and compensation as i have taken this vehicle in finance... I can't bear this ignorance any more...

                I have taken a Bajaj Avanger 150 Street in February 2016 from Bajaj finance loan number-L2WBHU04091947. I have cleared all the amount and requesting for a soft copy to send to RTO, so that I could transfer the vehicle to my name. For last 2 weeks it's not sent.

                  Every time bajaj support receive my complaint mail and redirect to the local dealers. I know complaint from the engine which you manufactured dealer cant able fix it what they will check and get signed. Currently because of your vibrate v15 (vibration). I had a severe problem and health issue. I need proper solution or dont make me to move consumer court against bajaj product. You are promoting and cheating indian people buy name the army vehicle to unfinished your product. i lost hope towards your product and your brand. Please change the name to V15 to vibrater 15.

                    As I have purchase Bajaj Motor bike Discover 125 M on May 2015, but Feb 2016 wall was gone out, again in the month of September clutch plates was gone out and today is the starting problem, since 2009 I am using bajaj bike with hope I have purchase my first bajaj bike platina with replacement of Hero honda, and again I have purchase discover bike in the year 2012 against replacement of my old Platina, but this time I am getting so harassment, my house is 23 kms from my office that is why every three years i am replacing the bike but in these days you bike are not coming with proper way.I am very much offset with bajaj now I am going to purchase TVS because no faith with Bajaj.

                      Sufficient time was given to the service team, was instructed from our side to do whatever is necessary on the bike. still when we asked why our indicators are still not working, the mechanic there became violent and started blaiming us. then when we asked him to replace it now, he became so much arrogant and asked me so rudely, first to go n ask in the service centre if that part was available or not...

                      I was a loyal bajaj...

                      I have purchased v15 on 18th aug 16. we have been asked to drive only in 50 km speed up to 500 kms and after service we have been assured that it can go more than 80-90 easily. but the vehicle is vibrating if we go even in 50km speed. this is not worth the advt that you give and will de spoil bajaj name. pls take immediate action to replace the vehicle through jai bajaj, sanatorium, chennai 47 from whom we have bought the vehicle. else we will be forced to go to consumer court. my consumer i'd is [protected].

                      Engine needs to get tuned for the first 1000kms and after that you should be able to feel the performance but in ur case vehicle is vibrating so suspension need to be checked and check about that vehicle performance in autodrive website

                        The worst company and and the worst service provider in the world...
                        I just hate this company. Please don't buy from this company... They don't provide original product.. within 1year their products start to break..they don't even replace their bad product.. whenever i go to their service center which is VISHAKAM BAJAJ at sodepur.. they said only one thing we don't have this item because this is our new product in the market...The worst part is that they put my bike for last 15days...

                          The problem in engine noise is not solve yet & i would like to inform you that, last from 1years 10 months i am using bajaj pulsar 150 d. T. S. I bike, but the service and communication by showroom in agra really its is very bad & poor.

                          I have gave my bike (Pulsar 150 cc) for servicing again on 23.10.2016 the service was not done properly. And he said engine noise due to crank problem.
                          When as my bike engine is in warranty period he said the warranty has been over.

                          So please consider my request and solve the issue

                          Note: please note that the sale invoice copy of servicing parts has also attached with this mail.

                            We visited Dada Motors and we were asked for V15 bike. He told us about
                            the features which we like and make our mind to purchase. But when we asked
                            him for the rate he told us Rs 71, 854/- on road price.(Quotation is
                            attached below for your reference). But when we check this on
                            www.bikedekho.com it shows us Rs.66, 506/- on road price.(Image is attached
                            below). And when we checked companies site (Bajaj Auto) they also shows the price i.e. Rs.62, 830/-

                            *Can you clear us that why this difference in rates ????*

                            Either the local dealer is cheated us or the online info is doing fraud.

                              This is the 5th Time i had a bad experience from SARATHY AUTOCARS KOLLAM. am sorry to say bad service from this dealer. My first experience that my bike had a complanlint of oil level indication in speedometer, after the oil is changed the indication signal appears so went to sarathy kollam they says the oil indication switch is compaint so have to replace it i said ok replace it after replacing same complaint again i call the advisor he says they have to check it, i again came to service center i have to travel about 20 Km one side for your service dealer they checked the bike and says oil level is high thats why oil level indication signal appearing they leveld the oil and said that bike is ok, i returned and again the same problem i called the advisor he says we have to recheck the oil, the indication switch is only 100 Rupees so i dont take the mistake seriously. The next time my rear disc barke is jamming i go to sarathy kollam they checked the bike and says the minor and major kit of caliper brake in the rear is complaint they replaced it and they says barke is ok but again problem brake jamming unfortunately am not in my home for a few days so i cannot go to sarathy. Yesterday ( 24/10/2016) i go to sarathy kollam i service my vehicle again i indicate that rear brake is jamming i says no more repairing on the caliper just replace it they checked the brake says caliper has to replace also the mas cylinder kit of the rear brake is complaint so it has to be also replaced i says ok whatever you guys do r brake has to be perfect they replace all the spare parts they says i pay the money without ang negosiation but there is no brake and a leak in the mas cylinder which is new. Am going to file a case against bajaj and sarathy in consumer court i spent lot of money no am untrust bajaj vehicle i prefer other
                              My vehicle no As 01BW224 three times I have got free service, I have put some problems 1) Starting problems, 2) chain spocket Problems, 3)Gearbox Problems. None of the problems solved, only washed my bike and delivered me. As I am a working person I could not stay with your technician. Your technician done nothing.

                                Baught ktm duke 390 (mh 27 bl 1603) in august 2015 from sterling ktm @amravati.after 6 months battery start draining.got srviced at SAI bajaj pune(as i was studying in pune), after 3 days of servicing battery drained again.after so many conplaints battery got replaced but the replaced battery also got drained after 6 months of changing.i cant do anything as the warranty card was with the service station.got bike serviced at pagariya [protected]@aurangabad(bike ride from pune to amravati).but they cant find the solution and suggested to change the battery.changed the battery but different brand.company fitted was exide now i choosed amaron.please see the solution to the battery problem as most of the KTM owners are facing this issue.waiting for your response.mail id:piyush zambani.[protected]@outlook.com

                                  This is the complain reagrding the bike i. e vikrant v15 which i have purchased on 18th of oct, 2016 my
                                  Customer id : 11501514.
                                  My first complain is 1) the bike i have received with 2 different tyres one of mrf & other of euro grip
                                  For which i have noticed and told to dealer but they said many times it comes 2 different compnies tyres
                                  In one bike, which is not possible to come any of bikes & asper discussion with your executives
                                  Mr. sachin (main office pune) said that it is not possible 2 different compnies tyres in same bike and also
                                  I have checked other bikes in showrroom having same compnies tyres. now kindly check & revert and provide
                                  The clarity for the same.

                                  Secondly 2) the bike is getting heat very fast after 2-3 kms drive which is also dealer saying it happens
                                  Regularly till you get first service after 500-700 kms drive, is it possible?

                                    From Date of Purchase likh hai.
