[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto — denied warranty

Dear sir / madam,

I own a dominar abs 2018 model chassis no md2a67ky3jcb13033, recently noticed a linear crack on the rear alloy wheel and approached mr. Amit (Service advisor) at bagga link in kirti nagar, delhi to claim warranty on 21/04/2019.
He requested a photo of the defective alloy wheel, which was provided but no service advice/ job sheet generated by him.

On 23/04/2019 he informed me that warranty claim has been rejected and i have to claim insurance for it.

On insisting to speak someone senior i was referred to mr. Pranay gupta (M. [protected]) on 24/04/2018, he assured me to look into the matter but without any proper inquiry rejected the warranty claim.

The whole matter is handled in a casual manner by just looking at a photo.

The bike is serviced regularly and not mishandled to the best of my knowledge
I request please look into the matter and do the needful

Battery always low
If I ride bike 100 kms and after that battery indicator shows low
Why this happen please solve this problem?

I bought a new pulsar 220f two months ago
and its rear shock absorber get leaked within 2 months i want it to be repaired in warranty

Yesterday morning i took my bike to serVice center and note down some problems in bike, when i took back my bike yesterday evening and checked, the problem still there, no service by service centre.
Its so pathenic by service center.
No any qc checked by service center before handover the bike
