    Hi, My account was debited of amount 117/- from ICICI Bank. Ac no.[protected],

    Transaction Date 20 th May 2019,

    Details of Transaction : - CMS/[protected]/Bajaj_Auto_CD_4050CD01

    I am not using any Bajaj Auto service. How come any one deduct my money from my account without my permission.

    This is purely Theft.

    Later, on 22nd May 2019, I received a call from Person saying he was calling from BAJAJ AUTO, He started why I put complain on COMPLAINT BOARD site & said he wanted to give my money back.

    He started asking me my Debit & Credit card no.s, I said I will give u just my account no. He started arguing with me saying he can only deposit my money with my debit card no's. I said him I am not fool. U transfer money in my ICICI Bank Account. Then this person started giving bad words & I Cut my Phone.

    I think this fraud person is active on consumer complaints Board. so he called me.

    TrueCaller Details of the fraud person I received Call from saying he was calling from BAJAJ AUTO...

      I would like to inform you that bajaj_auto_cd_4030cd00 deducted rs 117 from my icici bank account on 20th may 2019.

      Can i know the reason why you people have deducted this amount from my a/c. I had taken an loan long back with bajaj when i purchased a fridge long time back in 2012.

      It is very painful to see that company like bajaj finance are deducting money from savings account without any kind of information or any consent.

      Please take necessary action and reimburse the money. Please get back to me on [protected].

        Your sangli deller of twoweelar have very werst condisions for cridet card payment. First upoal, he is taking 2% extra for cridit card payment. And also he is not given printed bill of exp. On that same day, he is calling next day for bills. So please define me "your policy for payment", with cr. Card. As a coustmer. It is very bad policy of your deller and its very bad for bajaj companies emage. Our contry is going towards digital payment and your policy is demolish this policy. Date of incident-20/5/2019.

          pulsar 150cc - clutch problem with new bike

          I have bought my pulsar 150cc on 25th dec 2018 and 2 times already clutch plate has been changed at bajaj service centre. However, still i am facing problem with clutch. Even they have charged me for replacement. Its a new bike and still the problem exist. Because of this problem i was just missed to meet with accident. Now because of this problem even i am facing my life risk and bike is only option for my commute. If company cannot resolve...

            I own a dominar abs 2018 model chassis no md2a67ky3jcb13033, recently noticed a linear crack on the rear alloy wheel and approached mr. Amit (Service advisor) at bagga link in kirti nagar, delhi to claim warranty on 21/04/2019.
            He requested a photo of the defective alloy wheel, which was provided but no service advice/ job sheet generated by him.

            On 23/04/2019 he informed me that warranty...

            (This is meaasge sent to bajaj customers care through mail and still pending from 4days - not registered complaint on dealer)

            Dear sir,
            Myself mahesh kumar, having pulsar 180 (Ap21q0411) and pulsar rs 200 (Ts07el9109)... Am having complaint regarding service of pulsar rs200... I regularly gets service done in talwar bajaj, kukkutpally, hyderabad... Whenever i check for billing paid service charges are more compared to other bajaj authorised service centers... This time i went to get service at 45000 km for my rs... I got quotation of 5500 rupees (Other than battery and front disk plate)...in that general paid service charge is 1000 rupess, they jus change oil and wash the vehicle, when i asked for chain sporket change and fork cone replacement they are charging extra 1000 rupees... Fork cone and chain sprocket comes under regular wear and tear products which needs to replace at specific intervals... Even they are charging for air filter replacemnet charges of 200 rupees... So when spares like chain kit, spark plug, cone set and engine oil are costing around 3300 and just service cost they are making for 2200, is this low maintenance cost of bajaj bike... Even my scross car paid service charge is 2000 which is less than a bajaj bike service... I can agree if they open engine or hectic works done, but simple general spares changing also they charge this much amount... They even treat harsh to the customers, for general service they want to keep vehicle for 4-5days... When i asked for one day service they are not responding and told to get service outside... If this is response from bajaj authorised service center how can we belive bajaj near future... Can i get answer for below

            1) how will be service cost vary from bas to bas (Bajaj authorised service centers) in same city

            2) how can they charge more for regular wear and tear spares which are changed at regular intervals... Even for spraying for chain they charge 100 rupess (As oil spraying on chain doesnot include in paid service of 1000 rs)

            3) how many days it takes to get general service done (Even bigger cars are get serviced and deliverd with in a day)

            4) are there any separate charges for opening of parts, like air filter cost is 250 and replacement cost is 200, as they need to open tank or panel... Then what for they are taking 850+tax 150 for general service.

            And am very much fed up talking with this guys as they don't have genuine answer for double charges., they jus tell we have to open panels so we take double amount... So i request bajaj to answer all this and register complaint from my side and please provide me that complaint number... Based on your reply am looking forward

Actual problem has not been cleared and you people are closing complaints without justification... It is almost 2weeks since am followup bajaj customer care, team pulsar and consumer forum...               I did servicing today and it was an horrible experience for me. The bike was stopping after few kilometers drive. And i was totally frustrated now please help me. What should i do and the service centre is not responding.
              When i visit a local garage he said that the engine valves are damaged means he said the compression is low. But it was never a problem before then i asked that guy what should be done then he suggested that it is total fault of the bike repairing then i came to notice that the service centre is very poor because they damaged my tail lamp also but i ignored it because they argued that they don't give warranty of an electric part so i agreed but this is a major issue only happened due the garage poor knowledge and rough servicing attitude. Because the repairing will cost around 4-5 thousands and i will not be able to pay this much amount.
              Due the fault of service stations poor quality i need to suffer. The bike is running like 5km and then stooping and when it gets cool then it starts but it was never a problem.
              Please help me in this issue. This is totally the fault of the garage which is authorised service station of bajaj motors india.

                self-starter is not working

                I tool brand new avenger street 220 abs bike on may 07th 2019. And i facing issues with self starter.

                Battery of the bike has completely damaged/gone.
                Also other self-start related parts are not working.

                He service of "hsr amba bajaj, shop no.2, no 2795, 27th main, sector 1 hsr layout, bangalore" is pathatic.

                I bought... From the mentioned showroom on 06.04.2019. I was told will get crtm docs within 8 days and after several follow ups still am waiting for the same.

                In addition when i called and enquired about the delay i have been given reasons like election duty, showroom closed, etc.

                Height to it is when i am arrogantly asked by mr. Rohan kadam that "why i bought the vehicle" from their showroom.

                I want my docs and i guess there's nothing wrong in asking the same.

                Hope the necessary action on it.

                  I had an accident on 30/04/2019 immediately submitted my bike to gsm bajaj service centre located near sabzi mandi khandsa road, gurgaon haryana 122001. Insurance agent visited and completed formalities on 03/05/2019 till date i didn't got my bike also the accident incharge mr. Rajinder is having very careless attitude and talk with me very rudely.
                  Needs immediate resolution else it will be escalated to next level

                  Yesterday I gave my bike for service in supreme Bajaj showroom in (lunger house HYDERABAD) they did such a worst service that I'm very disappointed, they don't now how to talk with customer, when I asked about service their ans is like this we do like this only we can't do a 100â„… service, such a worst answer, plz I want my service properly.

                    I have bajaj pulser since 2009 and don't have any issues since last service from - suman autos in sector 2, noida.

                    I have given my bike for service and after almost 3 days they have given my bike and shows me invoice of rs. 7651/-

                    Ok money is not and issue now from that day what i was start facing see:

                    Firstly, they didn't provide me test drive after service their engineer take bike and came after 2 minutes and said pay the bill and all is ok and i have to go office so i did.

                    Next day when i was on my way to office and my bike was at speed of 40-50 kmph and suddenly gear shifting lever came out from the bike and my bike got dis-balanced, i was lucky because all the bikes/cars driving parallel or behind me slowed their speed.

                    Reached to service center again i asked them and also i have explained them how i was lucky otherwise i was in hospital (No interest - if i used to pay for new gear box they will happy assist me).

                    I have told them no one take it seriously and one boy came and tighten the gear shifting lever and said it fixed now you can go.

                    They got the money now what the # issues you have they only get interested when you pay again (Ok that shows me bajaj service engineers greedy in-tension).

                    Second problem:

                    Don't know what they did or why when i was on my bike at the speed of 20-30 kmph. I realize its bubbling never this happens before facing this first time after this service.

                    Third problem:

                    After 4 days of service i faced 2 problems at same time i. E. When i was coming from my office in night at 9 pm suddenly my headlight stopped working for 10-20 seconds and then again its working.

                    Lets imagining you were on the highway and your lights were off suddenly, then what can you see and the worst is neither other drivers can see your bike.

                    And the next is my left side indicator stop working from that day.

                    Fourth problem:
                    Self is not working properly (Frustrated totally).

                    Fifth problem:
                    Pickup and mileage both goes down.

                    I was thinking to write since weeks but didn't get time.

                    Sometimes i used to thought have they really did any thing in my bike so i can recommend any one or say they do quality work - totally worst experience and really worst people in suman autos have.

                    Didn't not get any assistance from your side.

                    Get call from Suman autos and person named Mr. Suresh Tomer.

                    As I have stated all my problems clearly here and in email as well and all these problems and visited again when they call me and what they did I will let you know:

                    Before visiting I have all ready called him like I was coming and please be ready as I have also salaried person and have to visit office timely.

                    OK I was there and met him he was busy with new customers because I have already told him all the issues I am facing after your costly service ( What I realize there You have already paid 7500/- now he is busy with others to make some more money and regarding your problems who cares).

                    Finally, Mr. Suresh get time and came to my bike call someone and asked him to take ride, he came back and waoo suddenly all my problems get resolved by themselves.

                    1) It means Self-Starter is OK although they have worked on him( what work GOD knows) and its normal for them some time it miss simply in open words - PAY me I'll do other work.

                    2) Your Gear Shifting Lever didn't came out since that day it means it OK ( If you would like to ask me to check and have to change something you will again have to PAY - although you have already paid them)

                    3) Pickup is ok for them so I din't ask anything.

                    4) Bubbling issue gone I was wonder Suman Auto have some magical adviser/manager like - Suresh, like I was realizing bubbling issue my 2 other friends complaint me for what you have paid that much its really hard to drive on High-way where single mistake cost your life ... and Bajaj Suman Suto Service adviser/manager is saying there is no bubbling issue they told me some new story have to change this add this and this is PAID again( How GREEDY Bajaj's employee here)

                    5) Finally, after all issues they solved themselves only talking to each other they said we will check the light issue.

                    Now here is the main ISSUE - they come with a form called it JOB CARD and what I see there is written all my problems and in front of my problem they written OK. Just standing in front of me and talking to each other and all my bike issue resolved. Mr. Suresh saying me to Sign here - Why should I sign you didn't check my Starter, you didn't check my bike alignment why I was realizing bubbling after your costly service, you didn't call anyone to check Gear Shifting Lever why its come out you did nothing and asking me to sign.

                    This is how Bajaj Service Industry works - Just pay they will listen and check other wise whatever you paid didn't consider once you leave they have done noting just showing you on paper this-and-that and you have to believe on them again have any problem just PAY.

                    All the problems are as-it-is one thing I learned how Bajaj service is and how Greedy people their.

                    Never Ever Going to Recommend for Bajaj and If any one in my circle mistakenly purchased Never visit Suman Autos.

                      I bought pulsar 180f from dewan bajaj lajpat nagar new delhi on march 23. It has run 1500 kms, 1st service done after 500 kms from tcs bajaj okhla new delhi. Just few days after one fine day bike wont start on ignition. I tried all possible ways, finally after repeated chokes it started but could not drive due to lot of engine play and engine repeatedly shutting off. Some how i managed to drive n push it to service centre, they made some adjustments in petrol tank which resolved the issue then and i was assured it wont reoccur. Today may 11th again same issue happened while i was on my way to home in middle of road at 1/pm, and again engine wont start after repeated chokes, and when it started engine had a lot of play and repeatedly shut down. I pushed it all thew ay to my home for nearly 4 kms. Just 2 month old bike caused this serious engine issue, i have lost trust of this bike. Both bike n engine still jnduer warranty, i demand a replacement of this bike.

                        I have purchased bajaj avenger 150 street and using it since 2 year. My bike had front disk break problem from the day i purchased. Sri sai bajaj, hospet, bellari dist, karnataka-583201 failed to identify the problem in every service. Later, i went to local mechanic and he found the problem. The problem was break oil was not pumping out from major kit at all. He suggested me to change the major kit and i have order in the showroom for the parts 2 months ago. Again showroom showed it's irresponsibility and since 2 months they failed to give a small part. If the parts are not available in showroom and showroom failed to get the parts then whom the customer should contact is the question. Also, i am really unhappy with the service which sri sai bajaj given till now. Please expedite this request and suggest showroom to make the customers feel happy. I am waiting for small part since 2 months till now i didn't get.

                          Hi, karthickraj from chennai i purchased bajaj avenger 180cc on 17/12/2018. From the second day am facing issue in handle bar & break for this issue i given bike in service center 7 times but no proper solution. 8th time while driving bike smoke in the bike due oil leakage from engine. Still not taken bike from service center. Need replacement or refund. No proper response from sales & service side from the dealer and company side also.

                            Its a pleasure to be a proud bajaj pulsar owner for last 9 yrs. I almost enjoyed riding my 135ls for last 9yrs since 2010 and clocked it over 60k kms. Now upgraded it to neon 150
                            But surprisingly i didn't got as per my expectation. The bajaj's authorized dealer rolta bajaj completely broke my trust and faith over them. At the time of booking vehicle whatever promise they made, didn't followed religiously. Before booking i had words with sales executive regarding choice of pulsar bike with mrf tyre varriant (Which i had on my previous pulsar last 9 yrs). And he assured me to provide me the same. But i got a model with eurogrip tyre instead of mrf which i got to know after delivery. When i complained very next day regarding this, they ignored and had put the blame on my shoulder itself.
                            Even after 25days of vehicle purchase, i didn't get my rto vehicle registration number plapl yet. Neither i was communicated before from their officials regarding status update nor i got any text message of notification. When today i called in their office and enquired for registration status, they informed me that today is the last day of registration for which i need to reach rto office within 01hour which is approximately 40kms away from my residence. I was shocked to get such reply from rolta's officials in a very short span of time today as i was busy with my job assignment where i work.
                            Somehow i managed my office and rushed to rolta bajaj's showroom at vip road kolkata and spoke with the proprietor mr. Rajesh goyel. He tried to convince me by his own logic. Her executive tried to provide false justification of notification, against which i showed the prove of message and call details of my contact number. However i provided my feedback verbally to mr. Goyel (But don't have faith whether that will work or not).

                            I am completely dissapointed with the service provided by rolta bajaj dealership for this. Hence i shall never purchase bike from their dealership not even refer anyone to go.

                            I know i have already purchased the vehicle and made the payment, so nothing could happen now. But i believe my feedback will help other consumers if proper action taken by bajaj authority.

                            Now i rest the case on your fine & wise sense of judgement. Faith on bajaj products will always be there for its fine quality and service.

                                I given my bike for repair in anjita bajaj ajmer near sofiya collage on 10 december 2018. They return my bike after repair on 24.01.2019. On receiving my bike i told them sheet is changed they put other old sheet on my bike. I complain for this my face to face and on mobile also and they reply we will change again and again same reply but till date not changed my bike sheet. I want my original sheet. Please take action for this. Its a cheating with customers.

                                  I have purchased avenger 220 cruise bike from kalyani bajaj mathikere bangalore on 16th april. They are harassing me like anything. They have not given me any documents during purchase of bike like service booklet. Then they told me that i shall get bike registration done within 7 days. But its been 20 days and bike has not been registered yet. Everyday i call them first they try to insult me like i am there slave. Then they say sir you will get bike no tomorrow. They are acting like some pimp. No manner, no culture, and one girl name usha talk like #.
