[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto — Garve Bajaj Wakad collected a Unauthorized Payment of 9,538 INR via my debit card for a service bill of 3,538 INR and now refusing

On 11th of Feb 2021 i serviced my bajaj discover 125T at Garve Bajaj located at 247, Wakad Rd, Kaspate Wasti, Wakad, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411057. It is a authorized service station listed by Bajaj Company. After the service i visited the garage on 12th FEB to pickup my vehicle i was given a bill of Amount 3, 538 INR (attached to this complaint) but when i gave my debit card to the Garve Bajaj billing department to make payment they swiped my card for 9, 538 INR without informing me. i got to know by the payment receipt which came out of POS machine they used and bank sms that i have been unauthorizedly charged 6000 INR more than the bill amount for no reason. I raised this issue at the workshop billing department and i was assured that i will get refund via google pay UPI by the end of the day and was provided with number of account department head Mr. Sanjay Gupte at Garve Bajaj. Today is 13th Feb i called mr. Sanjay Gupte today morning who told me he will make refund by the end of day and now he is not picking up my calls anymore. I have also raised the same complaint and shared feedback with bajaj as ISR:850622 but no one is helping me. Please help me get my money back else as a last resort i shall register complaint with Cyber Cell for unauthorized Fraudulent Transactions against Bajaj Service Centre. I no more believe that Mr.Sanjay Gupte who is now avoiding my calls and requests has any interest in returning me "MY OWN MONEY" because he must be involved in this fraudulent activity must be going for a valentine holiday with my money tomorrow. all the service centre bills showing invoice amount and POS machine receipt of Garve Bajaj showing that i was charge 9, 538 INR against a bill of 3, 538 and attached to this complaint. Please help me get my money back
