My name is Saurabh kumar Iam purchase pulsar 125 as on 13.03.2023 from JPS Auto in Alambagh in full cash. At purchase time dealer has told me your first service will be on 500 to 700 km either 45 day at today my bike will be run for 630 km then at morning I reached on service center for bike service at 11.30am the care taker of service center told me you take your bike at 3 to 4pm after I completed all paper work Iam back to my home after 20 min I receive call from service center that your bike will be completed you come and take your bike then Iam say ok . Then I reached on service center with my friend he have 22 year work in auto sector rite now he's running own 3 workshop he saw that engine oil and gasket cover not change but employee as said sir we have done all work then agrument started between me my friend and service center employee the agree to show your enging oil and gasket cover then finally result will be come out engine oil and gasket not change and they generate bill Rs 581 at time infornt of my eye then they change engine oil and gasket cover even not washing bike also this kind of service you provide to your customer . I am unsatified with JPS service center and requested please take action against all employee of JPS . Iam just attached video of before engine oil change and invoice
