self start problem

My pular 220 DTS-FI is giving very very poor performance its self start keeps running even when the key is of and the only way to stop that is to unplug the relay switch manually other wise it stops only when the battery is down ...Please some body help me regarding this problem as i have already changed 2 relay switch.......

Fuel Meter Not Working & Rust in Brake Disk

I Bought the Pulsar 150 CC Byke from Pondicherry Rajarajan motors, I Have Given 1st free Service to the same Service Center Once Passed 500 Kms. After that Fuel cage not working & Rust Formed in Front Brake Disk . I Have Visited 4 Times to the same Service center for these 2 Complaints. Service center Refusing to Servicing it. Bike not start in rain conditon

Sir,

mileage,gear,and disc problem

i m suffering from mileage problem...my bike gives 29.76km/l average mileage, where as at showroom they said bike will give an average mileage of 55kmpl (highway mileage)...my bike gears stuck, n make noise, my bike isn't able to accelerate, its high speed raises to 97 kmph...not more then that...i have visited service center 6 times in 2 months, but no one helps, no one listens to me...HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELPPPPPPPPP, i need BAJAJ TO help...

I have purchased bajaj ct 100 byke bearing no. WB 54D 3014 from Roy Auto Centre, Bolpur throuh Car loan from State Bank of India, Shantiniketan Branch. I have alredy made payment in full. But till the date I have't received NOC i.c. No bojection Certificate from your end.

Engine Oil capacity

I have 150cc Pulsar DTS-i. In its Owner's manual, engine oil capacity is written as 1000ml. I used to take my bike to nearby Service Station for servicing. They replaces the engine oil alongwith other checkings and charges for 1200ml. Upon questioning, they replied that engine oil capacity of 150cc Pulsar DTS-i is 1200ml. I'm really confused. BAJAJ PULSAR 150CC Complaints - front wheel wobbling

there is front wheel wobbling when i cross the speed 45km and it is upto 70km i get the wobbling, the sales center say that it is a compny defect.

Engine sound

1. Engine sound get changed ones it travel contionuesly
after 50km.
2. At 85km/h and above speed engine smells like plastick burning.

please let me know whether these can be repaired.
i bought my bike on 20.08.2008....

gear slippage and clutch hard

Sir

this is a complaint which I am facing from the day one that my bike's gears slips at 4 th gear oftena and the clutch becomes hard after 500kms from service . I had complained the same to Authorised dealer about 05 times but they just do eye washing job now my bike has covered around 10000kms

Engine problem and High reparing cost

Hi,

We have Avenger with my brother. We had purchased this bike last year . Due to lack of time we are using this bike very occassionaly. Two weeks back When we took it out for the ride, its piston got blocked suddenly. Hi all,

I am writing to express my serious concern and dissatisfaction with the repeated issues and poor service I have experienced at your Bajaj service centre located in Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai.

After handing over my bike to the service centre, I was initially told the problem would be resolved, but the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. The bike was kept at the centre for nearly a month, and I was charged approximately ₹12, 000. However, within a couple of months after the service, a similar noise from the engine — which was the initial issue — started recurring.

Recently, I submitted the bike again for servicing, and this time it was held at the service centre for nearly three weeks, during which no updates were provided regarding its condition or progress. On 9th July 2025, while riding home, the bike broke down in the middle of the highway and shut down completely. I had to arrange for the bike to be towed back to my residence, which is around 15–20 km from the breakdown location.

When I contacted the service advisor, they denied any accountability, claiming that the work was completed and images were shared. While I acknowledge the photos were shared, this entire process is beginning to seem like a money-making strategy rather than genuine service. Their apparent lack of expertise and attention to detail has resulted in me facing new issues with the bike every 2–3 weeks.

This is not only financially draining but also extremely unsafe and inconvenient. I request a thorough investigation into this matter and demand a resolution that ensures my bike is repaired properly — without any further unjust charges.

Looking forward to a prompt response and appropriate action.

    Please find below complaint against Visaka Bajaj (Dealer) Kolkata - sodepur, girja, Pin Code - 700115.

    I have Purchased a Bajaj Chetak 2903 on 22nd April 2025. Since I have purchased this vehicle I am just feeling so bad that why I trusted this brand.

    I am facing the issue since received the vehicle regarding the Range. I have taken few snaps of the range and battery issue I have faced.

    I have visited the service center 3 times and they are saying that we have updated the software now I need to drive and check whether the problem still exists or not.

    We are fools that first we will purchase vehicle by paying so high amount and then we will keep on visiting the service center to resolve the issue we are facing.

    If the issue with the vehicle is from the first day it means that this is a manufacturing defect and showroom has sold me the same. Even though the sales person Ankita has not guided me at its best so that I would haven’t purchased the same.

    Firstly I visited OLA to purchase the S1x the range was better than your chetak with less price. Just because they said that it will take upto 1 month to get the vehicle with registration I denied to book that. Then Ankit from Bajaj told me that I will get the vehicle within 1 week after purchasing. But I received the vehicle after 15 days. I was feeling so foolish that why I purchased this chetak it took similar time for the delivery.

    In short :

    I have been sold a defected vehicle by the dealer.

    I have been misguided with the features.

    Now my issue is not being resolved anyway.

    Why a customer will have to face these sort of issues and visit the service center every time after paying so much of money?

    Because we are fools we trust the brands only.

    I need a s strict action against this issue because bajaj has sold me a Defected vehicle.

    I am also uploading few pictures kindly check.

    I need an immediate resolution to this. And sales persons should be polite and fully guided.

    This is my loss of money and I want my money back and company just take your vehicle back.

    Suggestion - This company must be penalised in high priority as there are most complaints over the internet and social media. The company is just looting others and making money no resolution no seriousness by the company. I have already emailed them everything and tweeted as well but no response.

    Requesting the consumer forum team to tae a strict action we are already suffering hard to make money and in this way the company is doing fraud.

      I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the Bajaj Chetak 2903 EV scooter that I recently purchased from your rambhag showroom. Despite my high expectations, the vehicle has failed to meet even the basic standards of reliability and performance.

      After just one month o[censored]se, the scooter encountered a battery fuse issue, which resulted in my vehicle being immobilized for approximately 25 days while awaiting a resolution. Although the battery was eventually replaced, I was disheartened to face another issue on 5 june 2025, when the scooter, despite being fully charged, failed to respond and showed no range.

      the vehicle was taken to the rambhag service center. However, this recurring problem has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I am extremely disappointed with the performance and reliability of the Bajaj Chetak EV and regret my decision to choose this vehicle.

      I request immediate attention to this matter and a permanent resolution to the issues I have been facing. I also seek compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by these repeated failures.

      I hope that Bajaj Auto Ltd. will take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to restore my faith in your brand

            Respected Sir/Madam,
            I am Satej Mahamuni, residing in Wai, I am On 31st March 2025, I went to the showroom of dealer Swami Motors (Sagar Mandhare) in Wai (Satara) to buy a Bajaj electric bike, but the bike showroom is not available, so they did not take the booking; After that, they called me on 21st April 2025 to book and I made my booking with Kamal Motors in Phaltan on 21st April 2025 and I got the receipt of it. And then the owner of Swami Motors (Sagar Mandhare) demanded the full amount of the bike from me. I paid the full amount of Rs. 1, 09, 000/- on 23rd April 2025. It has been 26 days since I paid the amount, but I have not been given the bike yet, when I asked the reason why they are not giving me the bike, the people in the showroom are saying that the bike is not coming from the company. If the bike was not with the dealer, then why did they take the full amount from me. I am inquiring after 2-2 days, but I am being told that the bike will be available after 4 days. I have taken out a loan and paid the money, but my interest is still on it.
            So please I hope to get proper help from you.

This has been informed alot of times and for the same i have visited the service center still from Incharge more from sai service bajaj there has been no improvement and no gurantee for the less used Pulsar 220 MH11VP5060 of mine Mr. sushant pisal.

              Hence, i request you to provide me with each loss my bike and i have suffered of being there for several times with no conclusion. This message is to notify you for further customer complain procedure

                My bike, No. UP16DL9454. I mention to the service center every time that its engine is doing a problem, but they say it's a normal thing.
                PROBLEM NO 1- BIKE STOP SUDDENLY IN RUNNING.
                PROBLEM NO.-2- ITs break down his speed suddenly, (bike reduces its speed like there is no fuel bike but i maintain about 3 lit fuel. normally)
                problem no 3- its engine leaking i think because there oil outside always as mentioned in photo. last service they did was due to your chain problem and then i changed chain and other things after that same problem i faced. The service center always makes money instead of solving problems.
                Problem 4 - it's kick-free some time (especially when the bike stops in running ).
                ALL THE ABOVE PROBLEMS FACED SINCE THE BIKE WAS PURCHASED.
                OTHER SAME BIKE OWNER ALSO FACE PROBLEM NO. 2
                I ALSO MAKE VIDEO OF THIS PROBLEM.
                ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEM ALREADY FILED A COMPLAINT EARLIER.

                NOW SERVICE CENTER READY TO OPEN ENGINE, HE FINED ENGINE HAS PROBLEM LIKE HIS PISTON AND OIL LEKAGE, AFTER FILE COMPLAINT IN CONJUMER FORUM AND HE DEMOND CHARGES FOR ENGINE OIL AND CLUTCH PLATE AND OTHER CHARGES, I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I PAY, WHY IS HE NOT PROVIDE SERVICE WITHIN ONE MONTH WHEN I BUY BIKE. AND ALSO COMPAINT TO BAJAJ CARE AFTER 1 ST SERVICE. AFTER 2.5 YEARS HE READY TO OPEN BIKE WITH MANY CHARGES. WHY I PAY IF YOUR SERVICE CENTER NOT LISTEN PROBLEM WHICH LEADS TO OTHER PROBLEMS IN BIKE.

                but in app of bajaj show work completed
                yet service center said they do not i have spare part till the time.

                  I would like to draw your attention towards the quality of hand lock provided in Bajaj Platina bike each model is easily unlocked with key of other bajaj platina bike.This is a very big issue in related with security and privacy.
                  So, please alter the key combination of each platina bike in future to avoid theft of bike.
