    Bike servicing

    My name is saurabh kumar Iam purchased PULSAR 125 as on 13.03.2023 from JPS BAJAJ ALAMBAGH LUCKNOW at purchasing time dealer told me my first service held be on 500 to 700km either 45 day which one earlier but now at 26.03.2023 my bike run at 650 km so I reached on JPS SERVICE CENTER at 11.30am after all paper work complete he told me you take your bike at 3 to 4pm beacuse of rush in service center it's ok Iam back to my home but after 20...

    I purchased a new bike RS200 from CG Bajaj. From the date of purchase the service center CG Bajaj from Panvel had some or the other problem.
    In first servicing they incorrectly assembled the electric wiring and due to which the fuse kept breaking. After that bike kept stopping suddenly while driving
    I struggled for 6 months now running from one service station to another. But none of them are able to resolve it. Even today It stops and very much embarrassing on middle of street.
    It is high time now the BAJAJ SHOULD TAKE SOME ACTIONS. As they have given me a faulty vehicle

      Pulser is my favourite bike

        My bike is not giving milage
        It's giving 32km per litre, they said that bike will give 60 per litre, but it's not coming milage, i reached showroom nearly more than 10 times with same problem, but no one is taking care about that and no proper manager, no proper technicians, and not responding properly, pulser is favourite bike, but iam not satisfied with this showroom and not satisfied with my bike, waste management, waste bajaj

          This is to inform that my pulsar 150, 2020 bs6 continuously showing missing complaint from 2nd service onwards .royal Bajaj ettumanoor dealer changed battery first then again they changed O2 senser, throttle body at intervals of two three months .again this complaint continued and changed throttle body, total of three throttle body have been changed .also changed throttle body sensor three times and agin changed ECM. But the complaint doesn't resolved. Now they asking me to change fuel pump . All these improper diagnosis cost my time and fuel.kindly take action on this otherwise I am going to file a complaint on consumer court and also seek help from social media .

            Dear Sir,

            I am very sorry to inform you I am facing thousands of multiple issue in my new bajaj pulsar 150 dtsi bike DL-10AC-7508 I bought this on[protected]

            From first day I am facing engine light on issue, sometime all meter lights bilking issue & back disk break jam issue in my bike when I reached service center for my first free service they assure me to resolve all this issue but till now I am facing below mention issues in my bike till toady

            1) Suddenly bike off when we run this bike on road after multiple off and on then its self NOT working
            2) Race / accelerator not working properly
            3) Rear disk break not working
            4) Gear jam problem mostly
            5) Show loosed wire in my meter beck side due to this facing some earthing issue
            6) Bike not run above 60-65 speed
            7) Clutch too much tight when we change gear

            Requested to all of you please resolve my bike issue or replace my bike on urgent basis otherwise I will take legal action against all of you

            I enclosed todays job card again I submit my bike to service center

              I have left my bike for service in Jai Bajaj autos Adyar Chennai for a problem of bike not moving and getting off after acceleration.They told the bike is ready after service and I went there and not a single complaint was rectified and I got my bike the same.This was really worst experience for me .                 Bajaj auto debit 117 amount from my account. Remark of bank is bajaj_auto_cd__5820cd22 . I have tried to login in bajaj auto, but no any mobile is registered with them. Bajaj auto doesn't provide the any communication without phone. I don't know why he deduct 117 from my account without permission. As i know i was taken a FURNITURE loan in 2016, and loan was completed and i have NOC against that loan. Then why bajaj deduct this amount without any intimation.

                  I went to get my fork seal and fork oil changed because the fork oil was leaking and they changed it.. i also mentioned general service or 350rs which they did not do and they charged me for 4 fork oils but they used only two.
                  And they were also talking to me rudely.. which i did not like

                      Matter - Bank harassment’s over call for not paying emi from last 2 month ... but we are not denying them that we I’ll pay ... we have ask them for a particular time .. but we couldn’t have done the payment on that day...We have already paid more then a 50% of the amount...and we have already told them we I’ll pay full amount by last of this month... That is 2023

                              14Mar2023 debited 117 amount from my personal bank account. Reference ID CMS/[protected]/BAJAJ_AUTO_CD_458DPF01 I have closed all EMI one year before. How debited this amount without any confirmation email, message or my knowledge. Do revert this amount immediately ASAP.

                                When ever I visit this service center I never received any minimum satisfied, I have visited this service center because my bike showing ICU notification and before 10 month my bike's battery was dead so went this service center to change it and fix my problem but what they for battery change they took 16 days after calling them so many times and after servicing my bike when I went there they replace my 2 small parts which I know that's parts are there on bike bht they told they are missing that's why we changed it so 150₹ it's not a big amount so i leave it but after 16 days when I reached there to get my bike they want again 100₹ for battery change they says this is money for that guys takes my battery to exide care so i gave them but when I check my fuel ( there 3 liter above fuel were missing) and immediately I show them they gives me silly reasons for this and they didn't give me my fuel and i show them a proof also so they were saying don't know who did this and they don't have any CCTV they told me to when you will back again for the next service we will do something with it so how I do believe that i will get my fuel back I spend 1200₹ with free service and i have get from there brake wire and mobil filter 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I m going to raised legal action against bajaj auto mobil including this service center and i have also a proof

                                  I had purchased one Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC motor cycle on[protected] through Ernakulam Popular Bajaj, an authorized dealer. in a few days o[censored]sing the vehicle, it was noticed that the engine turning of[censored]nexpectedly during the journey. At first it didn’t seem like a complaint. But later it is realized that the engine shuts off by itself after 2 km running of the vehicle. Later, I have raised a complaint in Pioneer Bajaj, Jagathy, Trivandrum ([protected]) and Kallingal Bajaj, Nedumangad ([protected]). They have tried to resolve the issue by replacing some the parts of the vehicle. But the service centers have not given an exact reply regarding the actual complaint or how to resolve it. In short, I have not been able to use this vehicle satisfactorily even for a single day. Now, I am quite disappointed. Serious complaint within 5 months from the purchase date is considered to be a manufacturing defect. The complaint has not been resolved till date despite examining the authorized service centers.
                                  I am a retired Army person. I bought this vehicle with my hard earned money. I have purchased the vehicle through CSD canteen. I have made complaint in this regard to the Bajaj authorities and no response has been received till date. Considering the above facts, I humbly request you to kindly intervene in this matter and please be given proper directions to the authorities to replace the vehicle or refund the cash at the earliest.

                                    Few day ago i went to authorise service station for service my bike when they do servicing they broke half sparkplug in my engine nd then they said its all my fault owner have to pay all the faults its owner own risk . Nd when the spark plug not comes out they said we can't do anything u have to carry out the engine outside and you will have to done work from market local shop. Why would i will pay off to do that things even its not my fault. Till now my bike in in there service centre with no work on it . Even i contact my time to customer support executive bajaj they raised a quary, complaint but they didn't contact me from there side.
