        14Mar2023 debited 117 amount from my personal bank account. Reference ID CMS/[protected]/BAJAJ_AUTO_CD_458DPF01 I have closed all EMI one year before. How debited this amount without any confirmation email, message or my knowledge. Do revert this amount immediately ASAP.

          When ever I visit this service center I never received any minimum satisfied, I have visited this service center because my bike showing ICU notification and before 10 month my bike's battery was dead so went this service center to change it and fix my problem but what they for battery change they took 16 days after calling them so many times and after servicing my bike when I went there they replace my 2 small parts which I know that's parts are there on bike bht they told they are missing that's why we changed it so 150₹ it's not a big amount so i leave it but after 16 days when I reached there to get my bike they want again 100₹ for battery change they says this is money for that guys takes my battery to exide care so i gave them but when I check my fuel ( there 3 liter above fuel were missing) and immediately I show them they gives me silly reasons for this and they didn't give me my fuel and i show them a proof also so they were saying don't know who did this and they don't have any CCTV they told me to when you will back again for the next service we will do something with it so how I do believe that i will get my fuel back I spend 1200₹ with free service and i have get from there brake wire and mobil filter 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I m going to raised legal action against bajaj auto mobil including this service center and i have also a proof

            I had purchased one Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC motor cycle on[protected] through Ernakulam Popular Bajaj, an authorized dealer. in a few days o[censored]sing the vehicle, it was noticed that the engine turning of[censored]nexpectedly during the journey. At first it didn’t seem like a complaint. But later it is realized that the engine shuts off by itself after 2 km running of the vehicle. Later, I have raised a complaint in Pioneer Bajaj, Jagathy, Trivandrum ([protected]) and Kallingal Bajaj, Nedumangad ([protected]). They have tried to resolve the issue by replacing some the parts of the vehicle. But the service centers have not given an exact reply regarding the actual complaint or how to resolve it. In short, I have not been able to use this vehicle satisfactorily even for a single day. Now, I am quite disappointed. Serious complaint within 5 months from the purchase date is considered to be a manufacturing defect. The complaint has not been resolved till date despite examining the authorized service centers.
            I am a retired Army person. I bought this vehicle with my hard earned money. I have purchased the vehicle through CSD canteen. I have made complaint in this regard to the Bajaj authorities and no response has been received till date. Considering the above facts, I humbly request you to kindly intervene in this matter and please be given proper directions to the authorities to replace the vehicle or refund the cash at the earliest.

              Few day ago i went to authorise service station for service my bike when they do servicing they broke half sparkplug in my engine nd then they said its all my fault owner have to pay all the faults its owner own risk . Nd when the spark plug not comes out they said we can't do anything u have to carry out the engine outside and you will have to done work from market local shop. Why would i will pay off to do that things even its not my fault. Till now my bike in in there service centre with no work on it . Even i contact my time to customer support executive bajaj they raised a quary, complaint but they didn't contact me from there side.

                Hello bajaj auto,
                This is to share my experience of my new pulsar rs 200 which i bought from swastik bajaj Baradwari jamshedpur, jharkhand on 18/06/2022.
                I ride the vehicle for approximately 2600 km only. But the problem began from 20/02/2023.
                Had a very poor experience with the vehicle, simultaneously problem is coming. Vehicle power is shutting down after releasing the clutch and raising the accelerator and same was informed to service Manager (MR TAAJ)of swastik bajaj service centre (Near Howrah bridge )sakchi.
                He said that that he did not get the real issue behind this breakdown. On 25/2/2023 he said that after replacing the sensor the problem will be solved but sensor price (4000) will be charged.
                ON 26/2/2023 i also complained to bajaj auto toll free number but ther was no feedback after this complain.They close my call without my concern . Reference no is ISR-1366114.
                I admitted my bike on 22/02/2023.identified the problem .
                Withot problem solving and without taking my signature they closed the job card.
                Its my request to resolve the issue as soon as possible or else i will take some serious action.
                Service provider is not compatible with Bs6 engine they do not know how to do work with Bs 6 Vehicle. Give them a proper traning or else’s they can spoil bajaj name brand in our east region.
                THEY WORK LIKE UN PROFESSIONALS.
                THEY BEHAVE VERY RUDELY.

                  This is to inform you that in Bajaj Service Center, Sohna, Ganpati Traders.

                  Due to careless ness my headlamp got broken and now service center owner saying to claim by insurance and now after 2 days he also giving excuse for that he is unreachable to insurance company.

                  Even this mistaken happen due to their carelessness and my headlamp of Avenger 220 cruise got broken Estimated cost 2300/-.

                  Please take action on this on top priority. This is very Bad experience that i faced in past 5-7 years with Bajaj.

                    Sir my name is deepu singh Loan No. L2WALG06448756 Sir i took the bike bajaj ct 100 in November 2018 i filled the EMI as per 12 Months time after that on december 2019 i went to vaibhav motors from where i had taken the N O C there i meet roopesh who got the bike finance i told him sir give me the N O C of my Bike he said it frome the one to whom he has given his installments now it does not matter to us after a few days i went again, then i met vaibhav sir i told them my NOC has not come yet said what will he do with it, want to sell the bike, if not then leave it, if it does not come after that my bike was taken by the recovery people on june 2022, they said that you have one month time to get rid of the bike i did not money at that time so i went to naraina head office exactly one month on 18 july 2022 they said your bike is sold they sell my bike without my permission i have all the evidence.

                      I handed over my bike for service in Jan. There was no response from them for more than a week. After dropping in at their office again, I was told over phone that replacement of parts would cost 3650. At no point was there any mention of other major charges.
                      1. When I went to pick up my vehicle - bill was charged at 11, 000.
                      2. There was a dent on the vehicle.
                      3. The date of vehicle handover was changed on the job card to a week later. When asked about this, the staff said they will change it to whatever date is convenient for us!
                      4. The RC is in my name but the bill was issued under my vehicle number, but in the name of someone else.
                      5. There was an unexplained "Outside Labour" charge of around 5000, for which
                      5A. No breakup or explanation was given about what service was done outside.
                      5B. No permission was taken from me before handing over vehicle outside.
                      6. I contacted Aakash Bajaj - the local office and the ASM in Chennai - both of whom have still not offered a resolution.

                        I have given bike for servicing to VANDANA BAJAJ, Raipur on 20th February 2023 . I given for repairing front wheel which got jammed, headlight as it is not working. They called me to inform about disk break caliper was damaged so have to replace it with new one to clear the jam in front wheel. I said okay for replacing.
                        Again they called me on 21st February 2023 morning as my bike got ready, I asked in that call about all the work got completed and they said yes, whichever I have listed in job card got completed. But when I went to service center for taking back my bike, I have checked the things which I said for repairing was not completed. The front wheel was still under jam. When I asked with them they saying disc plate was bend. But they not checked it before and when they returning the bike after service they saying about the issue. Finally, for which purpose I given bike for service was not resolved by them. Second important thing is my bike meter working fine while giving the bike for servicing but now that was also not working. When i asked them they saying it got burnt. I need my things to get resolved. I want my meter to work as same as earlier, they made it damage and now saying it was already damaged. There were no manager to look after these things. There was no proper response from any staff who working over there . After that, I did compliant with Bajaj customer care for three times, the dealer putting status as resolved, actually issue was not resolved and not got bike from them.

                          I didnt get proper service for my pulsar 150, my bike's head light didnt work and speedometer displsty didnt work this the problem of my pulsar 150, so i give my bike to the service centre yesterday (20/02/2023) 09:30am. i didnt get any call from the service centre, so i call the service centre and ask for the service is done or not, i dont get proper responsen and the exicutive say you came tomorrow and get your bike.the today (21/02/2023) i call to the exicutive and ask my bike is ready or not and he says dont because that mechanic was take leave for some reasons, then i goto the srvice centre and check my bike that was no proper service, only water wash and oil change and spark plug change, didnt service the headlight and nothing is to do, and the labour charge was 800 for oilchang and

                                i had done a service (sv bajaj). located at govindam ghaziabad.they open my half engine the do something in my motorcycle (up14ex7643), my problem in vehicle comes after 3 service engine is knocking and having a tak tak sound i don't know what the hell but the mileage i am getting is 15-20kmpl...after that i took my bike to shiva bajaj located at ghaziabad after service i thought my motorcyles problem will be resolved but the problem i am still facing i recently purchased this brand new bike for me but i am facing this major issue my motorcycle is still in warranty but all there service center doesn't took my problem seriously i want my problem resolved asap! otherwise i am going to sue you!!! and labour court!!! as well because i don't have any other options i am a service person i need bike for my daily office-home i complaint so many times but all of the service center taken me granted

                                  10 days before I bought Pulsar N160 Dual ABS. They have take more amount comparing to other dealers surrounding me. As well as they did not provide prober purchase bill including with RTO, Insurance/other charges any. They have only provide invoice bill with Ex-showroom price for that too I've asked them so many times. I need help and resolution for this

                                    I got my Bajaj platina’s 2nd free service done from Popular Bajaj (OMR Bajaj - Chennai) on 14th Feb 2023.

                                    I was charged Rs.920 for the service.

                                    There were some irregularities in the bill and I was charged Rs. 88.50 on account of HEX file updation and Rs. 117.99 on account of outsource job. These two items make no sense for a bike service.

                                    On enquiring the accountant and service advisor had no answer to it.

                                    It’s a loot in broad daylight. Unnecessarily I had to pay 20% extra for no good reason.

                                    Really not expected from Bajaj.

                                      Dropped my new f250 on service. Dislocated my number plate and broke my left rare indicator.
                                      I noticed after i drove almost 20-30 km that my indicator not working which was a great danger for my life.

                                        Hi this is regarding the digital payment option in your Bajaj showroom in kanyakumari district. Showroom name : Athen Bajaj . Location : marthandam, Kuzhithurai and Nagercoil . It’s been more than 2 years I’m informing the staffs to promote digital payment or card payment, but they still only accept cash payments ( please note even small vegetable vendors use phone pe or gpay ) . It’s been very difficult to pay the amount after getting the serving done due to non availability of cash in atms or no atms nearby . They will say they have gpay however they won’t allow customers to pay through that … worst Bajaj dealer Athen Bajaj .
