Maine panaji goa bajaj sitara auto shop se avenger 180 street (model march 2018) bike 16 april ko purchase kiya, aur abhi 3 mahine bi nahi huve ki bike ka lock set kharab ho gaya hai aur battery main bhi problem hai. New bike ko itne jaldi kharab nahi hona chahiye tha. Aur service centre Panjim, madgaon dono jagah woh part available nahi hai. Part lane ke liye 12 din lagenge keh rahe hai. I have purchased avenger 180 Street on 23 may 2018 from your authorised dealer survoday bajaj motor's silver park Mira road
I'm extremely unhappy with the vehicle because it's only 2 month & I have already faced major issues in my bike the 1 was carborat issue & 2 was bike starting problem. Your work shop mechanism has agreed to inspect my vehicle & agreed to fix the problems under 2 years warranty however when I collected the vehicle after some few days it started again same starting problem in my bike
I would really appreciate if you could organise my problems or arrange a new bike or return my money as I am sure you can appreciate as I totally rely on my bike for transportation.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably if however the matter is not satisfactory by this month end . I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the court
