Gentle reminder-13 (Issue not yet addressed) Dear all concerned, With ref. To the trail & isr-164403 & isr-170501, email pls be informed that i'm using the motorcycle in a very pathetic condition which may turn up to any uninvited non-favorable situation, further, any un-eventuality or loss in any manner shall be a result of lack of service by bajaj motors. I feel either the issue is not taken up seriously or there is something drastically wrong with the bajaj motor services. My agony still remains unattended as: 1. The inferior material used during manufacturing resulting in full deterioration of fuel tank at this early stage. 2. No concrete response received regarding the availability of new fuel tank from bajaj motors. 3. The issue is very serious in nature making the financial & mental loss to self, no clarity on compensation is being clarified by bajaj motors.4. The issue is being prolonged the intention to harass the customer 4. Intentionally forcing the customer to accept and pay full price for inferior material/spare part. As per consumer protection act 1986 read with amendment act 1993 with effective 18.06.1993 the manufacturer is supposed to provide & ensure availability of genuine spares in good condition up to 10 yrs from the date of official announcement for discontinuation of the product. However, if we assume that bajaj has released and discontinued the product then also the fuel tank is to be provided by the authorized service center in brand new condition satisfying product parameters, also, the quality inspection report to be provided if demanded. I hereby once again request all concerned to expedite the availability of new fuel tank or waive off 100 % material cost on the available spare. The cost of the available fuel tank with the dealer may be negotiated up to 25% of the cost to be born at my end. It's very bitter experience of mine with bajaj motors after sale services. I hereby request all concerned to take appropriate action in this regard else i'm left with no other option to take legal opinion in this regard. Further, pls be appraised that all the communications made in this regard verbal/electronic shall be treated & will be provided as documentary evidence.
