I purchase new pulsar 150 on nov 2016. I observed sound from the chain sprocket. I took to service center he said problem with inside engine parts. Because of that engine starts vibrating too much and engine is heating too much. Even though many more complains are there. Then i submitted bike for 3rd free service to sort out the problems. He has not repaired anything seriously and returned back with changing of e. Oil. I was disappointed like anything with bajaj pulsar 150. I know everything about bikes. It was problem absolutely from manufacturing or assembly. I am requesting bajaj to do failure mode effect analysis on my bike and qa inspection/verification. I will be support with you bajaj if you really want to do favour for your customers.
