I purchased platina on 14 of january. On road cost is 56700 this include registration charges. This month 5th they will provide registration asking me to bring 650 for registration. The promise is not kept. Also for free service i paid 550, why do u call this free service. Pls reply my grevience.

    Sir,
    I am having your bajaj finser privilege card no. [protected] since 2015, i had availed your loan facility at the time of making of your card once only, there after i have not used your card. I had closed and submitted al documents alsoat the completion of emi. Now i don't understand you have deducted amount of rs 117/- for annual inactivity fees. I am surprised as nothing like that was mentioned earlier. I request you to immediately refund my amount and also cancel my card with immediate effect. Hope to get response and positive action from your end immediately, else i have to take the matter to consumer forum.

      Distance from my office (Trinity circle) to my home (Hsr layout, sector-1) is 12.4 km via hal old airport road. It was 1st feb'2018, i took auto from my office around 7:10 pm. This auto driver who said his name is gopi told there is some construction going on in koramangala so he will take me via hal old airport road and will cost one and half extra from the normal auto fare. So it would have cost me around rs.200-250. I told its okay its only 2km extra from the koramangala road, so i sat in the auto, as i wasn't getting any ola or uber. The auto driver was driving very rashly, as i got hurt on my head because he didn't lower the accelerator seeing the bump on the road. When i reached ejipura signal it show 15km in his meter reading but actually it is around 7km. I asked him that his meter is reading wrong because the distance from my office to ejipura is 7km. He started saying there is nothing wrong with the meter, he is driving auto from 10yrs and no one has complained about him yet. It has crossed the distance because there is so much of traffic, and started giving baseless reason. When i reached my home around 8:45pm, meter reading showed 22km that is rs. 301. And adding one and half extra on the fare, i have to pay him rs. 450.

      I hope the concerned authority should give that driver some nice teaching so that he think on looting his customer.

        I have a dominar 400 non-abs... The issue is the coolant runs out within 500 kms of running. I have send my bike for servicing for several times..6 times to be exact, the service center has changed the engine head, shaft and packing. No use. The coolant still runs dry and the company is not responding.
        Made a request for change of the faulty engine but no revert.
        Fraud company... "haathi paal liya"
        Most substandard product of the year.

            I purchase your bike pulsar 160 ns on 22.01.18 and its battery not work properly
            Bike troubling me at next day its self is not working i had face many problem because of this kind of bike. I am going in next day on showroom and asking for problem he said you go on service center i am also gone service center and he repair my and he's not repair properly and i am going again in service center and ask for problem but they are not doing strict action on my bike.

              Dear sir/madam,

              After so many calls (Complaint id - isr288043), mails & visit at bajaj authorized service centers now tired of bajaj service providers team & sending this mail. I have serviced my bike through your authorized service center on dated 29.01.18. Your invoice no scibm[protected].

              The service is very poor. As i went to service center bajaj leader road allahabad & also bajaj patrika center and reported about the problem many times but i am still facing the same problems. The mechanics and the staffs there are very irresponsible. The only only thing they are doing is sheding the bike and returning me as it is by convincing me from last three days whenever i visited they gave the bike with one new problem. My kind request is to please take proper required actions against them and provide good service.

              I have call to both centers manger (Mr. Roopchandra) so many time but not getting any positive response. So waiting for your positive reply.

                I have given my pulsar bike in bajaj showroom (Lb nagar branch, hyderabad, telangana) and they have took 3 days to complete.

                It was improper servicing they have done and within 1 day again the problems of the bike started.

                I went next day to the showroom to resolve the problem, they are saying that no mechanics available now.

                  pulsar 150 engine problem

                  I purchase new pulsar 150 on nov 2016. I observed sound from the chain sprocket. I took to service center he said problem with inside engine parts. Because of that engine starts vibrating too much and engine is heating too much. Even though many more complains are there. Then i submitted bike for 3rd free service to sort out the problems. He has not repaired anything seriously and returned back with changing of e. Oil. I was disappointed...

                  Bajaj auto is deducting money from my sbi savings account. This is without my permission or knowledge. This has happened twice now. I have no loan account or any connection with bajaj. How is it justified if they can debit my account at will without any reason or intimation? This is fraud and i wish to raise a complaint against the group.

                    I am hasmukh bhai a" purchased the bajaj vikrant v15 on het bajaj maninagar, ahemdabad through finance. The condition of the vehicle was good for 1st 2 months, later,
                    Problem 1 started. The engine gets off automatically while driving and heats up. Initially on a fine day, i started for interview from my home, the engine stopped automatically near secretariat and never started again. Due to which i was not able to attend the interview and took the vehicle by towing from there to service centre at ranigunj. They fixed the issue but it was not fixed permanently. I had the same issue for two months and finally got it fixed by visiting service centre multiple times.
                    Problem 2 started, the chain problem was started in the 10th month were there was a heavy nosie. I took the vehicle to the same service centre. The asked me to pay to get this fixed, as i had 3rd free service i submitted the vehicle before the service period. From there the chain issue started and there is still some noise comes up while driving and pickup and mileage was totally reduced from there.
                    Problem 3, started from last one month, where there is a new noise coming from engine and engine gets heated up dangerously for a 10-15 km drive and said the same thing to the service centre people and submitted the vehicle on 12/20/2017 for 4th service within a year (1st paid service) told all the issues about engine heating, pickup, mileage and noise coming up from engine. They told they will get this fixed took one day to get the vehicle serviced. I took the vehicle from service centre on 12/21/2017. I took the vehicle to home and then the same noise started from engine. I made a complaint on bajaj website, a representative from service centre called and told to bring the vehicle for inspection. Very next day i took the vehicle to the service centre, the representative over there is saying that this is a normal issue. I am very upset about the kind of response i got from the service centre who do not want to investigate about the issue simply saying this sound comes up in all vehicles

                          I purchased a ns200abs version on 28th december in bhoomegha motors santhekatte udupi karnataka, they delivered me a bike after the complete payment through dd. After delivery he told that odometer and speedometer is not working because of sensor problem and he convinced us that he will correct it next day. He postponed this for long time and never repaired.. Still odometer shows 3km. Its been 1 month.. On 27feb he told us take bike to manglore which is 65kms from udupi. I ride till there and thy failed to repair, thy also changed sensor and it didnt work. Now they are telling its a wiring problem and it has to change complete.. One thing i want to ask bajaj, did i purchase second hand bike???. I am frustrated please shut up and take back bike and refund my money or provide a newer bike

                            I took a pulsar 220 on 17th of this month. From the first day i am facing problem with my bike head noise. I have contacted the dealer many times but they are not responding. Every time they just saying to come on next day. I am very dissapionted by the service and the product. The noise is so irritating. I have visited showroom 4 times they are not listening evey mechanic is taking a test ride and giving different openions, some are saying it is a noise of timing chane. Please respond as soon as possible.

                            my problem is not solved and i am recieving message from bajaj that your problem has been solved. if you cant do it then please be clear i will contact some other mechanic. This the wrost experience with bajaj. The showroom consultant are not behaving properly. if you cant provide proper services than stop these type of dealers, stop fooling the customer

                              As bajaj pulsar 200ns do not comes with fi (Fuel injection) in india, customers who wants 200cc fi variant, is forced to buy tvs apache 200 4vfi as it comes with fi.
                              Bajaj is selling fi variant of this bike in foreign countries bt not in india, beng a indian company bajaj is doing partiality with the indian consumers and selling outdated technology and low quality stuff in india. Why?. Is it indian customers can't spend few thousand of inr more than yor foreign customers?

                                I brought new pulsar 150 after one month o[censored]se its having an knocking sound in chain and chain cover contact point. After some more use it has an kut kut noise in front engine sprocket and gear shift also get harder. Then i visited the nearest service centre sprocket issue solved but chain knocking is still continue after asking they give me the reason that it is normal contact noise between chain and chain cover but i found it very annoying and unrequited, this ruined my whole mood of riding.

                                    I "mahesh kumar a" purchased the bajaj vikrant v15 on 12/22/2016 from deccan bajaj (R. P road) through finance. The condition of the vehicle was good for 1st 2 months, later,
                                    Problem 1 started. The engine gets off automatically while driving and heats up. Initially on a fine day, i started for interview from my home, the engine stopped automatically near secretariat and never started again. Due to which i was not able to attend the interview and took the vehicle by towing from there to service centre at ranigunj. They fixed the issue but it was not fixed permanently. I had the same issue for two months and finally got it fixed by visiting service centre multiple times.
                                    Problem 2 started, the chain problem was started in the 10th month were there was a heavy nosie. I took the vehicle to the same service centre. The asked me to pay to get this fixed, as i had 3rd free service i submitted the vehicle before the service period. From there the chain issue started and there is still some noise comes up while driving and pickup and mileage was totally reduced from there.
                                    Problem 3, started from last one month, where there is a new noise coming from engine and engine gets heated up dangerously for a 10-15 km drive and said the same thing to the service centre people and submitted the vehicle on 12/20/2017 for 4th service within a year (1st paid service) told all the issues about engine heating, pickup, mileage and noise coming up from engine. They told they will get this fixed took one day to get the vehicle serviced. I took the vehicle from service centre on 12/21/2017. I took the vehicle to home and then the same noise started from engine. I made a complaint on bajaj website, a representative from service centre called and told to bring the vehicle for inspection. Very next day i took the vehicle to the service centre, the representative over there is saying that this is a normal issue. I am very upset about the kind of response i got from the service centre who do not want to investigate about the issue simply saying this sound comes up in all vehicles.

                                    The service center at Giridih & its mechanic are not giving perfect solution for my bike's srarting problem. Till date made me to spend Rs 2600/- but not solved. Mechanics are not good to solve it. Service center is poorly managed. Nobody gives quick response.

                                      I have purchased a bajaj discover 125 cc bike from shree bajaj, darbhanga (Bihar) having registration no. Br10w / 8498 and i have done my first service of bike on 04/03.2017 and second service done on 12/09/2017 at bhagalpur (Bihar) (Authorized service center of bajaj)

                                      My problem is that i got an average milage of 30 k. M.in city and 40 k. M. Outside city. I made several complaint but no one is hearing our problem.

                                      Please look into the matter and do the needful action please.
