[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — RC not issued till date -Torrent bajaj Ranchi | |||||
Dear Sir, With due respect I have purchased the Bajaj Torrent Bike Avenger 150 on 24th June 2016. All the payments related to Rc were done and got temporary Reg no- JH01 AP (T) 4223. Till Date I have not received the RC of the above purchase. The details of the Customer are :- Name :Ashok Kumar ram Engine No-:-PDZCGC26620 Chasis No- MD2A85CZ1GCC07829 On contacting the dealer on [protected], ruthless executive behaves Like as she is not bothered about customer service. Denying to disclose her name and stating that its company policy to disclose their name and said she has joined 3 months back so would not be able to tell me the status and she disconnected the call. After many call back they did not picked up the call and bothered to help me out. Please help me out or else I will go forward with the compliances due to not getting services from Bajaj.
