Bajaj Auto — Regarding poor service in Pioneer Bajaj Service Centre, Trivandrum, Kerala.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Rebish K.R, my complaint is regarding the quality of service provided by PIONEER BAJAJ SERVICE CENTRE, JPN ROAD, KANNETTUMUKKU ROAD, THYCAUD TVM. On 05th April 2022 Morning, I gave my motorcycle Bajaj Pulsar 180 (KL08AQ1399) for paid periodic service and I received it back on the same day evening.

Then starts the series of problems. The next day I lost both the brakes and on 7th April I went to the service center and complained about the brakes. Also told them about a jerky feeling on the handle. They resolved the first issue and completely ignored the second issue. I don't have the time to argue with the service person because I need to travel to Kochi the next day and I left the center.

After a few days, a bad noise comes out of the engine while starting and while driving engine performance lacks. The jerky handle issue also remains the same. Sometimes the engine suddenly stops and creates a big noise while starting. The next day, I lost my brakes while driving and somehow I managed to stop it on the busiest road in Kochi.

I have to bring this issue to your kind attention because I trust Bajaj and believe Bajaj Service center provides great satisfaction to all customers. So all my bike services are done only at Bajaj authorized service centers. But if your service agents behave like this, how can we trust your service in the future? I sincerely hope that you will take up this matter with serious concern.
