I had taken a Health Insurance Policy through Bajaj Capital but I didn't get any Documents .I gave so may calls and mails but they didn't reacted .If this thing happens any Emergency one life may lost with those Irresponsibility Activity . This Is One Of worst Service .

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a Bajaj Capital Customer for the past few years; I had invested in HDFC Top 200 Growth and
also at HDFC Equity Growth Fund.

When I went to your
office at BF-192, Sec-I Salt
Lake 700064 Kolkata, West Bengal branch for redemption for the first time on
31st December, they had taken the form along with the needed signatures.
But as the partial amount was credited
to my linked A/C, I asked about it to your BF block Office. They said that we
said to redeem only one of the funds IN SPITE OF TELLING TO REDEEM BOTH AND
ALSO PROVIDING THE CONTACT NO IN CASE OF ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS.

However by seeing your service, we dropped the idea of
redeeming the second one.

On 24th of
March, we decided to redeem the second one that had not been redeemed by your
office as the NAV's were at a good rate that day. We had again went to your office that day and submitted the redemption
form and told him to check properly if any other formalities need to be done as
we did not want any sort of default this time. He said casually to submit the
form and move on.

On 1st of April, the money was still not credited, and we decided to
ask the office.

When we called the
HDFC CUSTOMER CARE, they said that no redemption request had come yet, thus
we had again called up your Office.

This time
the man had answered the phone saying that 'YOU HAD LEFT A SIGNATURE''As I
replied that you had checked that time and everything was correct, he started
yelling and saying that if you make mistakes, what can I do!!!Shall we then
leave our office and search for your details???

If this kind of nuisance keeps on
going at your office, then I think it’s
better to complain to your higher authorities such as consumer court.

This is not a new
thing that your company has been doing for past 5 years.

Sorry to say that I am discontinuing all my investments done via
Bajaj Capital and don’t want any further phone calls on my no calling me every time for new schemes and in
case we say we are not interested, they start using filthy languages.

The biggest liars of the world are kept in bajaj capital company. I taken a policy of Bharti Axa in march 2013. That time they given me a VIP Package along with this policy. They told me that they will give me two night and three day free stay in the selected hotels as per given card by them. Now when I am trying to contact them for booking my hotel they are saying that it is not possible. We can not give this. They are not picking up the phone also, and I also talk to their senior management like zonal manager he is also saying the same. I will not suggest any one to go with bajaj capital. This is the biggesy liar company of the world. They will say you many things at the time of policy giving by them after that they will forget you and never come back to you. I will say a big CHOR COMPANY is bajaj capital.

I am an Advisor in Bajaj Capital Coimbatore RS Puram Branch. A customer of mine, Mr. P. Saravanan, has taken a National Insurance health Policy 3 years before and continuing it till now. Previous year Policy #: Policy no.351800/46/12/[protected]. He has paid the renewal premium as said by your staff in Coimbatore branch on 28th Sep 13 for Rs. 11815/- and the cheque has been cleared on 3rd October 13. After 10 days we received intimation of short of premium. So I again convinced customer and Paid Rs. 4832/- vide cheque on 23rd Oct 13 and same cleared on 30th October. But till now the customer has not received his policy copy. He is calling and harshing me like anything. I can't answer his queries. When ever I call up the coimbatore branch, to know the status, either the concerned person does not pick the phone or says yet to come, once come will give. I need the policy number at least to convince the customer. Meanwhile, I request you to let know the status of the same. I really feel ashamed of giving a poor service to the customer. As I am the representative of your Bajaj Capital, he does not want to interact with anyone else. So he is putting pressure

The above being listed as POC for KYC formalities declined accepting the form.They asked to do some investment without which they would not accept the KYC form.This is against the rule as they are listed as POC under CAMS and need to accept the KYC form after verification.

A seminar was held at kamal hotel at moga on 24th oct.2008.It was organized by Mr.vinayak and Miss.sandeep along with other co-representatives of Bharti axa. The company member gave very credible speeches on the growth of deposit made with the company ,they also assured that all the deposits will be invested with the government sector and can be withdraw after the expiry date of three years with the good growth which will be 20%of our deposits.
Keeping in view the growth incentive as explained by representatives we deposited our hard-earned money @75000per year continuously for three years.
I am very worried about my money because i gave them 2,25000 by three yearly installments.I was badly shocked when i received a call from bharti axa (executive sunny) at 30/03/2013 (13:29pm)and came to know that i hav to continue this policy for 7years otherwise i will not get the any of paid money and they will terminate my policy.secondly they invested my money in private sector but when the issued me their executives sandeep kaur and binik told me that they would only invests with government sector.
Nextly i already paid 3 instalments by chq of 75000 yearly from 2009to 2011 but they are saying that they have rceived only two instalments.

please understand and help me because no one is helping me ,and company is not ready to solve the issue even after the my written request,i want my money back included profits.looking to hear from you soon.

I am a resident for sankrail. We also happen to be long-time customers of BSNL. Today (thursday,[protected],i got a call on our BSNL prepaid numberfrom a person by the name Shyama (Mob no. [protected]) claiming to be from BAJAJ CAPITAL. She said our number had been selected for a special offer that is in tie up with BSNL - a free lifetime Insurance cover of Rs. 1 lac from BAJAJ CAPITAL. She further told that we would get this absolutely free and we would not have to pay any premium or EMI or any amount whatsoever. We were just required to come in to their office with our Election ID proof and collect our original policy document from them.
The address given was:

She asked to come in at 5 pm today at liluya station... and A free insurance cover of 1 lac? For Lifetime? With absolutely no payment or premiums? Where does the amount come from then? Not unless someone is sponsoring this!
I then proceeded to check the website of BAJAJ CAPITAL. There was no such offer listed. Then I checked BSNL website. Nothing there either. Weird! I then contacted the toll-free customer care number of BAJAJ CAPITAL .The agent at the other end wasn't aware of such an offer either. I was advised to contact the registered office in my city. I then contacted the registered associate advisors network office for BAJAJ CAPITAl. I told the agent there the reason for my call, and other details such as name, phone no. and address given by the caller. She immediately told me that the company claiming to be BAJAJ CAPITAL on Residency road was a 'BAJAJ CAPITAL COMPANY Ltd' and was in no way part of the 'BAJAJ CAPITAL' group and that I should investigate the details properly before any investment as BAJAJ CAPITAL would not be held responsible. I then contacted 'Just Dial'. They had BAJAJ CAPITAL registered on MG Road, a BAJAJ ALLIANZ elsewhere, a BAJAJ FINANCE Lending service elsewhere but no BAJAJ CAPITAL on Residency road.
So, this fairly convinced me that this is a fake company abusing the 'BAJAJ CAPITAL' name.
I then contacted the mobile no. given asking for Shruthi pretending to query for further details.
It was another lady who then called for Shruthi and then finally I got her on the line. I asked her to give me the details once again as she had spoken to my dad earlier and I would like to know the details as he wasn't clear. She told me the same story again that out BSNL number had been hand picked for this offer. Yes this was a lifetime general insurance cover for a sum of Rs. 1 lac, absolutely free. I asked her to explain how this works. She said she will get another person to call me back and explain the details. I got a call back about 10 mins later. When I asked her to explain how this policy works, she just said that the details as explained . So I said, 'we just need to come in there with our ID-Address proof and no deposits required, you guys would register us?' And she said 'No, there is no registration and all. Everything is already done. You just need to come to collect the original document'. That was funny. No registration! No premium! Just show your ID and Address proof and there you go.. your lifetime insurance cover of 1lac from Bajaj Capital! When did life become so easy??
If this was the case and considering the plethora of customers with BSNL, there would be a literal stampede at that claimed office, BAJAJ CAPITAL would be making headlines big time and we would be hearing about this in every newspaper, news channel and surely every customer care agent of both BSNL and BAJAJ CAPITAL would be glad to confirm this info. But No. No one was even aware of anything like this.
When I pointed out to this Shyama that I had checked with the registered office of BAJAJ CAPITAL in MG Road and told her about was advised to me, she quickly became defensive claiming that that agent had given wrong info and that they are very much part of the BAJAJ CAPITAL group and that she has been with the company for 3 years now as if that should show the credibility of her words or that company. When I asked if there was a still more senior person, say, a manager or someone, I was told that she happened to the most senior point of contact there. I lost it there. I couldn't take any more of her bull s*** or her crappy attitude. I told her to go on with her fake calls elsewhere and not to disturb me ever again.
But certain things puzzle me. When I called the MG Road office of BAJAJ CAPITAL and enquired about this company, the moment I told them about residency road office, the agent told me it's in no way related to the BAJAJ CAPITAL Group. So they were aware of the existence of such a company, so why no action taken about it? Does BAJAJ CAPITAL know that this fraudulent group goes about calling people introducing themselves as calling from BAJAJ CAPITAL and not revealing their real identity. The BAJAJ CAPITAL Group is quite well-known and most people recognize that name immediately. And that automatically makes people believe in this incredulous offer just because it's BAJAJ CAPITAL! This not only dupes people but also spoils the name of BAJAJ CAPITAL.
And another, is there any entity that can be contacted by the public to lodge a complaint about such fake companies? Some organization, a number or an email id who can take in this complaint and take some action?
Well, I have done whatever little I can to stop other people from getting duped. But will I get answers to my questions or will this blog really have any impact? That's a million dollar question!

hi i went to velacherry branch to find good mutual funds in sip and savings, they gave me the bad insurance product and hide the maturity period
and same in mutual funds misguided me by hiding lockin period for every installment.

later i recognised and changed my insurance through insurance provides and went to same branch and asked to cancel my sip in mutual funds they gave me a form to cancel it after filling they said they will cancel in month but even after 3 months they didnt respond, no response from them again and again

I would like to make you aware of the facts in Kolkata which is happening with new recruitments, they are not being handed over there appointment letters and salary for the last 3 months even they are working on regular basis even on sundays.

This matter has been also been informed to the HO HR Ms Sunaina Mattoo and Salary Accounts Dept. Mr Phani Bhushan, But there is no response for salary quiry from there end.

I would like that concerned people and higher authorities to look into the matter and do the needful and check this melpractice as most of the new recruits are leaving the co. with bitter experience and which can create a bad name against the company.



I would appreciate if all the dues of recent left executive who have left recently from ur Hungerford Br with heavy heart is cleared.

I am highly disappointed with Bajaj Capital Services. Through them, I have started 3 SIPs out of which only Birla Sunlife MF is working and
rest are not working due to right documents are not reaching to vendors - Reliance and DSP Blackrock.

Multiple times their executive came and taken the form with docs but no result. Why did ECS mandate form not reached to them?

Also mutual fund portfolio reflected is completly wrong as per my self-tracking and discussions with MF players.

Apart from that I have taken Kotak Life policy[protected] through them but neither I have recieved document since 5 months nor this is reflected in my portfolio board.

I am fed-up with their services. Due to your wrong-doing, every month my bank rejects incomplete ECS mandate through DSP Blackrock and Reliance.

Even after giving brokerage, this type of services and pain leaves me with no option but to cancel the portfolio and ask for compensation.

I am an orthopaedic surgeon and I had taken a health policy tailor made for Bajaj Capital clients with the National health insurance on being persuaded by broker from Bajaj Capital.The details are as follows-

The policy was due on 30/3/2012.I had gone to the broker and filled in a cheque of the prescribed amount on 21/3/2012,i.e 10 days before the expiry limit.To my surprise i was informed that my policy has lapsed after 30 th march and nobody can do anything about it now.I was also persuaded by the branch executive to forget about the policy now since the parent company is a P.S.U and rendered it totally irresponsible as if none was their fault.I now stand to lose a lot and in severe grief for no fault of mine.I feel cheated and am considering a legal battle forward. Please take a note and help the earliest.

I've purchased Mutual fund from Reliance Mutual Fund through Bajaj Capital in the year 2008 through my ICICI Bank a/c. Later date I closed my ICICI a/c which was a salary a/c. Now for last three month's I've put two requests to Bajaj Capital for Bank change and redemption of my MF. Every time I've forwarded the orginial Bank closing statement from ICICI, Bank Chnage request & canecelled cheque of my HDFC Bank a/c. According to Bajaj Capital, they've placed the original documents to Reliance Mutual Fund office of Nehru Place two times. Both the times Reliance has not provided any receipt. I've sent 6 to 7 reminder to Reliance Mutual Fund but not received any written response/update.

Please guide me how I proceed to get my money back.

Yesterday we received a call from Bajaj capital at our BSNL land line#. Her name was Aishu, She was inquiring about my Dad who is no more. Twice or thrice my Mom has just hung up saying he is not there. Yesterday she demanded information from Mom saying every time I call you say he is not there, please give me a date & time to talk to him. That is when she disclosed that he is no more, then she has asked if the information about children, when my Mom asked the reason for it. The lady has said that my Dad had taken a insurance policy for 1 lakh & the policy has been matured now & we have to collect the money immediately. She has given her contact details & also told that you need to come tomorrow only to collect or the money will be written off as the date would expire. My Mom told her that we don't have any records of such policy & we also don't have the policy to claim. The lady Aishu said that is OK, please bring the telephone bill or ID proof to prove that you are his wife & since we have all the details about the policy we will give the money. My mom has requested her that my daughter & son in law both are working they will not be able to come tomorrow(Friday) can they come & collect it on Saturday. She has denied saying tomorrow is the last day to collect the money.

On Friday morning me & my husband tried calling that number @ 8.30 AM, but theree was no response. However she herself called us back seeing the missed call to my husband's number @ 9.00AM & he was already on his way to office. She said the same story to my husband & specified that there is no need for you mom in law to come; it is more than enough if you & your wife come with the address proof & also the proof to prove that she is related to insure. Since my husband was not well & he had to be hospitalized to undergo Angiogram on the same day, I called up that lady Aishu & requested her saying my husband his not well, please let me know if I & my mom can come & collect the policy money. That lady was so rude she started saying I just called your husband he said he is ready to come & now you are coOKing up stories, I politely told her that he is really not well he might agree to come but being his wife I need to take care of his health right. My God you will not believe her reply she said OK you keep taking care of you husband & we will keep 1 lakh with us only & you will lose the money forever. We are giving money & you people are not ready to come & collect. She also said that we had sent a notice 3 months earlier & you people missed to act on that also. We are so sincerely calling you to give your money & you are not ready to come. Since theree was festival on Monday she said our office will be closed on Saturday & Monday & then you will not have any opportunity to get the money.

Just to keep my Mom's words in spite of all this we went to the address provided by the lady "Bajaj Capital" Barton Center 2nd Floor Unit 210. MG road Bangalore. She also specified that we need to be there by 2.00PM. In between she called three times to confirm if we are going there. I was a little skeptical here as to why she is calling us so many times if the policy is expired & nobody is claiming the money the company will be very happy to keep it as profit. Anyways we had decided to go we went there. My husband was already in the office early today as he had to be hospitalized in the evening. So we thought we will go to the hospital directly after attending this issue in MG road. We spent money on taxi & finally reached there to find a shock.

We reached the office & inquired for Aishu the lady in the reception said that Aishu is on leave & she had explained all the details to her & she will only attend us. OK then she started filling the form taking our ID proofs. Again I saw some kind of fraud there, she said the policy will be issued in my husband's name & I Will be the nominee. I said I am insured’s daughter & it has to be transferred to my name or should be given to my mom why is it your filling the form in my husband's name. She started telling all stores & I was not convinced. Finally after posing more questions to her she disclosed that there was no policy as such in his name they just called to give a fresh free policy for 1,00,000 that will be valid for one year & from the second year if we wish to continue we need to pay a certain amount of premium ever year. I was so angry I just wanted to thrash that lady. We just started questioning her asking why did they give false information & call us here to give a new policy. We also explained that we came all the way here even though my hubby was not well just because they assured us to pay money.

At our surprise there came a guy from inside & started shouting at us & abusing us. And there also came a lady who started speaking in the same sense. We were really taken back, first of all we have spent so much money took off from office & went there & on top of that they are abusing us only. I think they have kept trained people like this so that who ever comes there doesn't agree to take the policy they just play safe like this. I was really angry & I started shouting at him & my husband also shouted at them. When we started shouting at them they even made a statement that I will see that I something bad happens to you & I know what I need to do. Later we just came out as we had to go to hospital also & my husband was already tired. Then I called the number of Aishu, as usual they said she is out & she can't attend the call. Somebody by name Srinivas who claimed to be her Team Lead spoke to us & started saying that his employees would not give such information & we are just creating stories on them & complaining about them.

This is the kind of cheating Bajaj capital is doing to people. They are not even registered office. We were very upset with this event. We were already upset with my husband's wealth even after telling them about this they have played such a dirty trick on us. I don't know how long this people will survive cheating people like this.

I was amazed to see so many stories that happened similarly when I googled about bajajcapital, am amazed why nobody is taking any action on them & they are happily doing business, enjoying the fruit troubling people. I seriously would be happy to see some kind of action taken on them. However I am going to give a police complaint also just with the hopes that they would take some action on them.

Thought I will also share my experience so that like me others don't waste their time and money in this scenario.

I am Edwin Samuel Kadia from Vadodara Gujarat. I purchased Met life policy from Bajaj Capital office at Vadodara. Address is Advisory, 2nd floor, Sivangali Complex, opp. Swaminarayan Temple, Harinagar, Vasana Road. I have paid 33000/- but till date I have not receive any policy documents or any other thing. I rang up at office many times on office number but no one picked up I inquired at office, but it is closed. I also found that, my cheques have been deposited to personal account. I gave two cheques of 15000 of SBI bank chque no is 610078 cleared on 19/08/2011, another cheque of Axis bank Dahod, cleared on 6/9/2011 cheque no is 130685 and 3000/- cash on 24/7/2011. I am also given receipt of met life and receipt no. is[protected]. I found that the amount is deposited in his account. I rang to toll free number for number of times but they also did not trace the detail for the same. From 18/11/2011, Mr. Mauik Panchal is delaying by giving time and not giving any details of the policy Before two days he gave me policy no. which is 20113324. But after inquiring for met life, I came to know that it is not on my name but Mr. Maulik says I will get the policy in a week. Following is the details of the staff at office;
