All ORIGINAL documents, along with the Policy Original Bond & all ORIGINAL Premium Receipts were handed over to Aditi Chakraborty, one of the Bajaj Capital Employees, about 2 month & a half back. Actually I had to surrender the said Bajaj Allianz Policy No.- [protected]. But now I am unable to get any response to my mails, SMS & calls to her. Mr. Abhijit (Team leader of Aditi, when she 1st contacted me) & Mr. Pathik (Team leader of the team Aditi currently is in) are also unable to ensure that I get my documents back. Seems either the docs are lost or destroyed.

hi this is seema sheikh from jabalpur i had worked in bajaj capital insurance broking ltd since 13dec2006 to 5aug2008 i have applied for pf withdrawl on 20 june 2009 but i have not received my pf till date what should i do?

Our Father, Late Haridas Mukherjee was a regular client of Bajaj Capital, who passed away on August 22 this year. He left Mutual funds worth Rs. 19.00 Lakhs approximately keeping us, the two daughters, as the nominees.

We approached their Salt Lake Branch, Kolkata, for transfer of the said funds in the name o[censored]s, i.e. his daughters, who were the nominees.

We are in need o[censored]rgent funds for repayment of loans and other unfinished jobs started by our deceased father and we were told that we shall get total help from them regarding the whole process. One Mr. Arnab Datta took the total resposibility and he told that everything, including the stamp papers etc. would be arranged by one Mr.Ashok of that branch. We opened an account with that branch as suggested by their staff for getting support in transactions etc.

We were in touch for some time and we were told that things are on the move and and any time those documents would be processed and then they will call us. Then after a week, there was a complete loss of communication and feedback. The person concerned was not even holding the telephone.

After around 25 days, suddenly we realised that they have not done anything in this regard.

We are suddenly now in an emergency situation but still there is no move from their people. We lost 25 valuable days for this indifferent attitude of their staff. We are utterly dejected and we expressed the same to them, but with no results. We did not expect such a shabby treatment from their staff.

We put forward the above to you, with an expectation that an urgent action from your side would be taken so as to complete the job on an war footing basis.

Dear Sir,

This is a very bad experience that I had with Bajaj Capital. I opened the FDR with JP Associate amounting Rs40,000/- and the Reliance Power SIP on 19th October'2009.

This transaction was done through your Vaishali branch sector 4 and Mr. Bansal was the financial expert.

The check for for the SIP was returned and I have not received any FDR certificate from JP Associate.

Even after my regular follow-ups, no body is responding properly from your branch.

Can somebody help!

Hello Sir,
I am Sandeep Dhiman From Jind City. I was applied for my pen card dated 17 Nov. 2008, but I am not receiving my pen card. I am also complaint for this two times but I am not receiving my pen card.
My first complaint no is:-1115687 and second complaint no is:-1173374,
I think that my home address is not found by the postman so I want to change my address.
My last address which is in my pen card form is H.N. 433/15, KRISHANA COLONY NEAR MAHADEV DHARAMSHALA, SAFIDON ROAD JIND HARYANA PIN CODE- 126102.

I have submitted my mother's PAN Application at BAJAJ CAPITAL, Nehru Place New Delhi. They did not give me any receipt for the fee. They asked me to take a photocopy of the application form on which they had put the processing fee sticker containing number[protected]. There is no status update available online and the staff at Bajaj Capital is not at all helpful.

Please help me and let me know what is the status of my card. Also please let me know how can i escalate my complaint and expedite my application as the matter is very urgent.

It has been 10 months since I & My Husband - Avanish Mishra had aaplied for a Life insurance policy of Birla SunLife ( term policy ) of Rs 1 crore each through Bajaj Capital IN Gurgaon

Both the policies were approved and issued. However there was a typo error in my Husband's Policy and hence not accepted the Policy document when handed over by the relationship manager. We filled all the forms required to get the corrections done in the policy in March 08 itself.

I have been following up with BirlaSun Life Sales manager - Vikram Aditya and also Bajaj Capital team since 30th June 2008 . ( I am forwarding you some of the emails ). There have been several follow ups on call and have not yet received the policy document. and there is only follow up from one side - i.e from my side .

Earlier i had very good response from both Birla Sun Life and Bajaj Capital till the policy was applied for. Once i paid the premium, i have not witnessed service and inspite of regular follow ups, i dont have the Policy Document for Avanish Mishra ( my husband )

request you to look into this matter.

I have submitted my KYC Application form to Bajaj Capital 5 months ago at Indranagar branch and have not received my KYC number till now. Concern person out there is very careless and that may be the reason as at the time of my documents submission she did not verified my papers with original (as per procedure) and no receipt was given to me. I have no track record and when I approached them for status, they are saying that I have not submitted to them as I don't have proof and need to apply fresh. This time she is asking for originals even to check. But what about my previous one? I want status of that. What to do?
