Hai sir/madam, Chintakunta bajaj electronics in hyderabad goes to buy a washing machine . There we selected the bosch-wat2846sin company washing machine. I have an hdfc pre-approved, person related to hdfc is doing paper finance without pre-approved. Alraedy told two times but he was doing paper finance without compliance. Negligence says that if asked what pre-approves. Rude says we'll do it. Goes to store manager (Prabhakar) ask the information but says that if his behavior is very bad and rude, he says hdfc debit or credit will be taken by 18% percentage interest on bosch washine machine. Wrong information provided store manager (Prabhakar) is that the credit card emi also takes the interest of the original bosch company. How to make a bajaj electronics maintain manager provide rude information with customers. bajaj electronics head office get proper action to manager. I just been to one of your store here in karimnagar district(telangana state) to buy washing machine...To my surpise, the store manager was talking very rudely when I asked about the product...
I still kept quite for sometime and asked him to calm down and asked for his name politely...
He started showting even louder at me infront of all other customer as if I came for some robbery...
You can get the clear video recoreded from CCTV footage of your store.
I will definitely not leave it here if you are not taking any action on him and I want him to say sorry else I will reach to consumer forum too...
Please share mail id to which I can send receipt details of products which my friend brought from the same store before...
