Bajaj Finance And RBL Bank — Credit card

I have been receiving SMS from Bajaj and RBL bank that i owe them 1148 RS on a credit card that i have never seen. I have been miss sold a loan by Baja Finance ealier but i do not have enough evidence against them on it as the person came to my house and gave me wrong information on the loan and took my sign later i i was told on the welcome call that the rate of interest was 15% along with a service charge and an insurance of 6 thousand which is much higher then the market rate, however my complain right now is against the Bajaj and RBL credit card that they say that i have but i dont before they expoilt me again i need help.

Dear Concern,

I have applied for your rbl credit card 2 weeks ago as i can see in credit card status online that my card is in embossing pending in application status.
What does it means that embossing pending.
Can Any one help me in this concern.

The same exact thing has happened to me. I also got an sms one day that my Credit card application has been sanctioned. I have no clue when I submitted the application. I however applied or a loan with Bajaj Finserv and they seem to have slipped in this cobranded credit card inbetween. Now, even though I have asked for closure of the card with in their lookup period, they have now sent me a bill for the card which I have never seen or used.

Was their any solution to this?

I submitted my KYC documents to your representative after completion of your application formalities more than a month back for co-brand card and Your representative told me that you will get your Bajaj RBL bank co brand card within 21 days but still I don't received any update on this.

This is really disappointing service and I have contacted to [protected]@rblbank.com but they said that this will be taken care by Bajaj Finserv team so writing you this mail to you before taking forward with consumer board (Govt of India)

Is this the way you are treating your customer??

Now 31 days past and you are promising that you will get combined platinum super card from Bajafinserv and RBL bank within 21 days then why you need 31 days to act on application number BFLC[protected].Your representative taken all my necessary documents Aadhar card, PAN card copies month back and you send acknowledgement mail that is in trail mail and promised that you will get your combined platinum super card from Bajafinserv and RBL bank within 21 days. So what is the value of your commitment to customer??? 

On Tuesday, 27th June 2017 at 5:24 PM your bajafinserv customer care officer Priyanka told that Super card is gone for embossing purpose but no further status after this and asked me to call RBL Customer care for further status. When I called to RBL they said they don't have the status and only Bajafinserv would be in position to help you. Even if you see the previous mail in below trail mail they had clearly written that wecare team will help you if you write but wecare team is showing very careless behavior that they even not thinking to reply customer at least on the mail.

same thing happened to me its been 2 months now and these bunch o[censored]nprofessional people told me that i am a privileged customer who uses their EMI card and pays things on time so they are offering me a free platinum credit card.they sent one guy over to my place to collect my adhaar document after that no updates nothing.i have mailed them also but i doubt they will get back to me.pathetic experience this time with bajaj finserv.

I'm Logeshwaran I maintaining credit-card account with you which is called Bajaj Finserv super card and 💳 number is [protected], I got the card was this month January only and before card receiving your person said in phone verification time, Sir you have to use this card before 60days, for expense in above rupees 2999 then you will get 12000 points and membership fees will be waived, but now you charging me, what's happened, I just notice my statement and am shocked, 😱😱😱😱😱

I'm using rbl my card app that also not update in my points 🤔

so I request to you please kindly check our details and waived that amount and clear that issue.
