I'm sahil her I have complete electricity bill is very high this months small family I not using Ac gezar coolar not but only 2light fans ferag 2rooms fan TV that's it this month electricity bill amount 4300 changed have pick of bill and my meter is very fast then 1floor meter is very low and 2months electricity bill amount 362 please raise this complaint as per regards bangalore 560045

      Regarding billing of electricity usage

      Address: Vinayakanagara BSK 1st Stage Bangalore-50

      Sir
      I am herewith would like to bring some issues for your consideration.
      From June 2022 to May 2023, I have paid Rs.14635 but I have received the bill for Rs. 10350 only. Here I found some discrepancies while billing and updating the data into bescom portal. So please kindly solve this issue at the earliest.

      Hi, I am Jenees from Bangalore living as a tenant. We have seperate bill and for the past 1 year I am making my payments on time as I setup autopay for it. Till last month bill I did not see any arrear amount. In this month bill, I see an arrear amount of ₹265 which I did not know why it came. I would like to get a clarification from @BESCOM regarding the same. I’m attaching the recent bill here.

        Incorrect Name in the bill

        Team,

        Name is mispelled in electricity Bill of my house.

        correct Name is AVINASH CHALLAKERE MANJUNATH and CHANDRIKA R

        Mispelled name (Wife's Name) is AVINASH CHALLAKERE MANJUNATH and CHANRIKA R

        Need to be corrected as soon as possible.
        Kindly find attached Aadhar details and electrical bill for your reference....

        But, the name is printed as CHANRIKA R

          Dear BESCOM Officials,

          My name as per Aadhaar is Nechuru Gopalakrishnan Srinivasan. However, by mistake it is being mentioned only as "Srinivasan" in the electricity Bills. Kindly do the necessary corrections at the earliest. I have attached my Aadhaar Card for KYC.

            I am living on a rented flat. I pay the entire amount of my electricity bill every month but even then receive arrear amount in every next month's bill. I am not sure why the arrears are shown when I am paying the complete amount before the due date ?

              Double Payment of electricity bill again in May 2023

              When I tried to pay the bill by internet transfer from my bank, I encountered an error saying payment not complete. After that, I paid through credit card again.

              Now I see that the internet transfer is successful and the billed amount has been debited from my account.

              This means I have paid twice the same bill.

              Can you please tell me what I should do to rectify the problem?...

                        Has taken off the electric fuse without any intimation. This is the worst possible professionalism. We live just above where the stole the fuse they can just inform us and it would be resolved at spot but nope they want to elongate the process. We have already paid the electricity bill and if there were any balances whatsoever we would have paid on spot. I want this to be resolved ASAP.                           I live in Brindavan layout, kavalbyrasandra, RT Nagar, Bangalore-32.

                          There is a transformer installed on a narrow 20 ft road. Bescom has given permission for 3 to 4 new buildings with more than 3 units of houses without the transformer installed at their buildings. The load on the transformer is increasing with time. I request you to either shift the transformer to a wider road, or else to P & T colony where more empty space is there or make it underground to save people and nearby houses.
