      I Took temporary connection during my house construction and now converted that to a permanent meter connection. the caution refundable deposit of Rs 30184 was paid initially . After i converted to my permanent connection i was suppose to get full amount refund back however i have received of Rs 14608 as a refund.

      Request you to look into this matter and provide me the account breakup and refund the remaining amount to mu below account numbers

          Hi,

          I'm Dipankar Chatterjee, BESCOM Account ID: [protected].

          Because the Bill payment was not reflecting in the BESCOM Mitra App, I paid the April 2021 bill (amounting to Rs. 883) twice, on 26th April.

          The Receipt ID/Transaction IDs of both these payments are:

          1) Transaction ID: WA42071040, payment date: 26/04/2021 (This was paid through net banking in BESCOM Mitra app)

          2) Transaction ID: VHDF[protected], payment date: 26/04/2021 (This was paid through BESCOM online payment portal) .

          Kindly request BESCOM to adjust the second payment of Rs.883 in next month - May 2021 - bill.

            With due respect, I would like to draw your attention to the No#24 K B Sandra Aditya Nagar and I would like to state that the residents of above-said location are facing fluctuation in electricity which is affecting the electric appliances adversely. This is to state that most of the time voltage keeps on fluctuating and this is causing a problem to everyone. I request you to kindly look into the matter and

            We have called the BESCOM number and technician visited once and did nothing to fix it . Further calls to BESCOM did not help. No one visited and or tried to fix the issue
            I request you to kindly help us by resolving the issue as soon as possible

              The electricity bill for the month of April 2021 is extremely and unreasonably high. I am pretty sure there is a fault in the meter, or while the reading is taken. It is not possible for us to consume so much electricity in a month. Also, we don’t have appliances like AC. I don’t know how come the bill is so much. Normally my bills range from[protected], buts its Rs.1901 this time

                There is a huge tree at 1st Cross, SMR Layout, near site number 24,
                Keregudaddahalli Bengaluru-90.
                The branches of the tree is touching live wires. Covered wires are damaged and touching to tree branches. During raining and heavy wind, spark noticed from the wires. It may incur loss to lives.

                It is not possible to trim the big branches of this tree since BESCOM wire is under these big branches !
                The growing branches have covered BESCOM wire for a length of 20 feet.

                Will the BESCOM authorities take action immediately to cut such trees ?
                Threats to human life with BESCOM damaged wire touching huge tree

                    Pls note that it is very close to the Balcony, where children move around.

                      Dear Sir/Madam
                      In front of Santosh Apartments in 2nd Main Road, Amara Jyothi Layout, Sanjay Nagar, Bangalore, the branches growing are touching High Tension wires quite often causing arcing.
                      Further, the branches have come down touching even the pedestrians as well as the balcony railing of apartments. During wind/rain there is every chance of human beings getting fatal shocks.
                      Request prune these branches ASAP.

                            Hello Team,
                            We are staying in KHB colony, Suryanagar everyday there is a half current or no proper power supply from 5-6yrs. Already our colony people have given petition to Bescom but till now no use. No one have come to see what's the issue. The connection to the transformer is not proper & all our electric appliance are getting repaired due to this half current & fluctuations. could you please take this matter seriously there are 1000's of people living in that colony so please look into this soon.

                                I'm a resident of Banda road kogilu layout, yelahanka there is an electric pole which has bent on my house and there are too many wires connected to it and also there is overhead tank which is near to it and excess water flow causes water to fall on those wires on the pole
                                It's a risky scene

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  Today, BESCOM staff have come and removed the fuse in my electricity post, I did not know it the person has not informed me. The power was not there for the whole day. I raised a complaint and had to call the JE ([protected]) multiple time to get the power back. Finally the BESCOM fault rectification staff came at 9 PM and restored power by putting the fuse back.

                                  When I asked them who did it, they gave me the number of Basavaraj ( [protected]-Meter reading guy).

                                  I would like you to investigate the matter and compensate me for the LOSS. I could not access internet and could not work today because of this.

                                  Please let me know the name of the individual who is responsible for this, as I need to raise a complaint against them in the consumer court.
