Hi,

Amazon have already processed the refund of amount 1749rs on 12 november 2018 but till now it is not credit in to my account. I called the customer care executive for charge dispute file against bank but they are not helping in this issue. Kindly take action against bank. Kindly provide the full details & it happened again & again. Why no one taken action? Bank also not help in this also? Why they delay so much & if they unable to help customer why they are hried?

      A refund has been made by amazon on 29/10/2018 regarding a product which i've ordered through the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

        I applied for internet banking password on 1st nov-2018, that suppose to deliver in 7 working days and it dsnt delivered,
        (First complaint) :
        Firstly i received the user id and that wasn’t informed me from the bank,
        And i asked to bank that i have reviled the id not the password, so they replied that first i will receive the id, password will take 4 more days.
        After 4 days i went to bank they told me to come after 2 days.

        (Second complain - lack of information) :
        After 2 days, i went and meet imima medam, she told me i have to apply online for password, she didn’t knew it before, but another staff of bank earlier told me to apply from bank by filling the form,
        She said i have to do it online by myself.
        Imima madam told me that what she would do if password is not delivered, and then she told me that my password is delivered to another branch (Previous branch), she behaved rudely and answered irritate.

        (Third complaint - behaviour) :
        Then i spoke to uma madam she told me that password is in another branch and we need to apply from the start, and it will take more 7 working days,
        She doesn’t even know that user id comes in currier at customer's home, (Lack of information) and she debate with me and asked me to show proof. And she told me that i have to inform to bank that i need password in this branch. There is no sense in her statement
        Then she told me if its urgent i have to go to mumbai to take the password..

        They talk rudely and they are irresponsible..
        There is no name plates on staff's table...
        They don’t have any id card...
        And i asked imima madam her name, she doesn’t even tell her name and replied rudely.

        They don’t have complaint book in bank.
        Luckily i met manager today – even he wasn’t available previous 3 times.
        Its been 16 days and still i have to wait 7-10 working days and branch manager doesn’t event listen my matter properly.
        And its bank's mistake that they have delivered in wrong branch.

          I apply for debit card but it is not received on my address till the date given by branch the officers says that it is come on your address but it is not come on my address till can i check online status of my debit card if it is possible to check then please tell mi how it is check. I have need of debit card as early as possible then please tell mi my debit card status.

                  I have sent an application at the abhay khand indirapuram branch regarding email id registration and it's been more than 2 weeks my email id hasn't been register with my bank account. I need to take out my bank statement. Kindly register it asap.

                  Such disgusting and poor services are not acceptable. They don't pick calls. All the time their system isn't working and they say the staff is not there, we are busy with the other work. It seems customer is not all their priority. Really dissatisfied with the services and kind of behaviour with the customer.
                  Kindly look into the matter and find the application attached.

                    My complaint id no 638639/12.11.2018,
                    I m very fedup because online complaint management system sending the mail like that : dear customer we are unable to refund deposit amount due to customer had access cash and took all notes_ban-regards bank of baroda.
                    This type of reply given to the customer by management system...

                    In case no resolution is obtain with in a fortnight i shall be complaint to take up the matter with the banking ombudsman.

                          I have order from amazon & order cancelled & amazon processed the refund but amount not reflect in my account. The refund of 439 rs reflect in account till 11 nov. 2018. Kindly take a action. I want to dispute charge file against bank. I have already mail from amazon of refund processed. Kindly take action. They have provide the reference no & transaction no but either bank & bank customer care executive do not help either we told to transaction no. Kindly help & action against bank.

                            Cheque was deposited in the bank and now bank is saying they haven’t received it. Simply a fraud. It was deposited on 15th of October. It’s very easy for bank people to say they are not responsible. How irresponsible bank of Baroda bank is
                            In my Mobile mconnect app. Stop due to user ID LOCKED.so open user ID.

                              My account was debited by rs. 439 on 6/11/18 at 5:10 am. And i don’t know for what it was. It shows the payment is done to govt. Of mp. But i didn’t made any payment that time. I want the solution and refund back in my account asap. It was an unauthorised payment. And they didn’t took my permission for making the payment. I need the solution as fast as possible.

                                I ordered for 4 items (2 sunsilk shampoo bottles, 1 lakme serum, 1vaseline bodylotion) that got damaged by amazon itself on route according to the message i was delivered by the amazon and i had already made payment for all these. But even after amazon didn’t deliver the product and till date i didn’t get my money refund. Also even after calling to the customer care service for like 6-8 times i was only consoled and didn’t get any solution from them. Also i’ve made pass book entry to check whethet i’ve got the refubd or not but no entries from amazon has been made into it. Please fix this problem because it has been a month since i’ve orderd the product and fail of amazon in refund

                                  Sir/ma’am, I went to deposit an amount in the bank at scheme 54, vijay nagar branch, indore on Nov 12, 2018.I wanted to deposit ₹28, 700 in which there were 200 coins of ₹10 and the rest were notes of ₹2000, 500 and 100.Sir they refused to deposit coins citing reasons that nobody else takes coins.We have a valid currency and we have a right to deposit.Please look into the matter as this is disheartening that despite having valid currency we are not allowed to deposit it into the bank.

                                    I have account in Citi Bank, I used Bank Of Baroda ATM in metro station Peenya Bangalore, I tried withdrawing Cash of Rs. 2000/- I did not receive any money from the ATM but cash was deducted from the account.

                                    Could you please assist on this.

                                        Refund was processed by amazon.in on 19th october, but till date, it has been 24 days and i haven't received the refund in my bank account. It's a huge amount of ₹7000/-. Upon contacting amazon, they are providing me with a reference number of transaction from their end: rrn_[protected]. Please help asap. I have contacted both ends, i. E., bank and amazon's customer service team, both are not agreeing of any kind of error from their respective ends. Please help asap.
