I booked train tickets online (Debit card) on 07/10/2018 through irctc application, but the transaction didn't go through and 195.98 rupees got deducted from my account once... And its been 3 working days still it hasn't been refunded.. And irctc say they have already refunded the money.

    Refund of rs. 749./- has been made by amazon on 29th of september2018 regarding a amazon prime member ship (Order number is[protected].
    "the reference number of the refund is ref852568
    But, the refund has not been received yet.
    Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. U r staff is very rude... Gandhingar branch.. Sec 11.. A woman having specks.. She is very very rude.. She s not giving me a form for charge dispute.. Thatsy u have to come here.. Do legal action.. N solve me out..

      I visited bank of baroda kalina santacruz east mumbai branch for passbook printing. I am having old passbook i told him ok you change the passbook and give me new passbook i am ready to wait bluntly staff told me i am not going to do you need to visit your home branch which is prabhadevi.
      Can you please explain me the meaning of anywhere banking???

        I have ordered an item in amazon and payed through cash on delivery and then i have returned it as it was different product they provided me tge refference no[protected] to track my refund please help me to get my refund and file a charge dispute to get my money and also request to check where the refund is stucked and if not resolved i will definately take legal action

          On 28 sep 15000 got debited from account but cash did not received from atm. Already raised a complain. Since last 1month doing follow up with bob customer care service representative but did not got any resolution so far. Floor manager - waseem, shivam, wilfrit promised to take my request on priority but no action taken yet. Few of their associate put my call on hold and after 10-15 minutes keeping me on hold they hang up my call without any intimation. Worst experience ever had.

          They have raised a complain for rupees 1500 instead of 15000 . 1500 got credited to my account. Still the remaining amount of rs 13500 did not credited to my account. I really don't know what these people are doing on my request. No did not received any email or call from their end.. it's almost more than 1 month I am following on the same request and did not received any revert from Bank of Baroda executive. Bad experience with Bank of Baroda executive customer service experience

          Balance was deducted without widrawl at bank of Baroda ATM, katchery, katra, allahabad... At ATM of bank of Baroda katra branch, ATM has no money, but when I entered my Indus Ind bank debit card... 500rs amount was deducted from my account... Please initiate my refund as soon as possible...

            I am having my salary account xxxxxxx3761 with you thru’ your sanpada branch. I had issued cheque (Cheque no. 9) for rs.44162.
            Today it came for clearing but its got bounced stating that insufficient funds.

            1. We have deposited rs.40000 directly at atm before 7am.
            2. Also recd that a mgs from u stating my account avail balance is 44679/-
            3. Till that period cheque not came to my account.
            4. We got the sms @20:47 regarding this cheque bounce.
            5. After that we checked the statement in there its clear that the cheque very well came after the amount deposited.
            6. The same thing also confirmed by your tele caller mr. Praveen, as per him the cheque came for clearance at 4pm.

            Now we need this

            1. Why it got bounced?
            2. Inspite of balance how come the cheque unpaid without your knowledge.
            3. I need this to be sorted out and need the refund for the dishonor charges and give me a bankers cheque. So that i can pay my payee. (For his bouncing charge)
            4. If you are deciding everything before opening of the branch then why we are receiving the sms at 20:47.
            5. Amt was there in my account and the cheque came in by 4 pm you had more than 5 hrs with you if you working time starts by 8 or 9 am also then also my cheque was returned that to without my knowledge.
            6. Your guy told that the its your rule that the amt should be deposited in the account 24hrs before the cheque come for clearance — please mentioned where in the account opening from this clause is mentioned.

              I have transaction of rs 1810 on 29 aug 2018 via aeps. My amount deduct from account but not credit to csp account. Transaction is failed but my amount not credit till date. Csp told me that my amount is refunded with in 72 working hrs. He gave me rrn no and said to go my home branch for calim my amount with this rrn number.
              I also give an application with this rrn number three time but my problem
              Not solve till date.
              Please clear this matter as soon as possible.

                I can talk to phonepe executive they can say than we can't debit money from your a/c and they can say that fill the chargeback form the money was refunded in my account.

What is meant by a lien amount.. And lien amount cannot be transferring on net banking..?? And sometimes its showing available balance in google pay or phone pe including this lien amount.                       Sub. Breach of contract due to vindictive attitude, negative motivation of
                      the Management of Bank of Baroda in renewal of Baroda Health Policy
                      to the existing Policy holders, request your kind intervention of this vital
                      issue
                      Ref. 1. Notice displayed at the Bank of Baroda, Naihati Branch informing
                      that they will not renew Baroda Health Policy from November 2018
                      as they have discontinued tie up with National Insurance Company
                      Ltd .
                      Sir,
                      On behalf of all the customers of Baroda Health Policy Holders of Bank of Baroda we lay before you the following facts for your kind intervention
                      1. All on a sudden Bank of Baroda displayed a notice that they will not renew any Baroda Health Policy from November 2018 as they will discontinue tie up with National Insurance Company
                      2. At this old age and as a retired men it has come to us as a bolt from the blue in this hard market after continuing my policy several years together.
                      3. We have become customer of this bank being attracted of the Baroda Health Policy.
                      4. We were assured by the bank management that we will enjoy this policy life long and tie up with the National Insurance Company Limited will be continued.
                      5. As such, it is nothing but Breach of Contract and betrayed with the customer of your bank, you can not discontinue Baroda Health Policy at the midway of the existing customer without any suitable and compatible alternative.
                      6. So many of my friends including myself opened fixed deposit of huge amount being attracted and considering the facility of your health policy
                      7. I have opened this policy and continuing years together to secure my treatment in my old age.
                      8. If no action is taken we will withdraw our FD and Accounts from your Bank and we will have no alternate but to seek legal help and complaints to consumer forum.
                      As such, you are requested to make an arrangement so that existing customer of Baroda Health Policy holder do not deprived due to the laps on your part.
                      Hope, your good self will look into the matter to find out a solution for the existing customers.

                          I devender kumar s/o ex army personnel resident #28 palam enclave zirakpur punjab.
                          This complaint is against the bank of baroda, kalgidhar enclave, zirakpur
                          Distt. Mohali punjab pin code 140603.
                          I have done 4 year diploma in mechanical engineering tool and die from central tool room
                          Ludhiana and i am also a permanent resident of new zealand. I came to india last
                          December to start a start up business
                          Under pmegp programme so that i can settle here and also help to provide job to others as
                          Well.
                          So i applied for loan amount of 10 lakh under pmegp (Prime minister employment
                          Generation program) in
                          February 2018. It took a while and finally sanction my project. After got approval i went to
                          Bank of baroda
                          As i have an account with them which is 8 years old in zirakpur branch punjab.
                          I took a student loan amount of 9 lakh from this bank for my higher
                          Studies on
                          The term of payable in 5 years which i return them back within 2 years
                          Time.
                          Have a very good cibil score checked by bob itself.
                          Have my own 2 floor shop cum office to run the start up.
                          Have my own 3 floor house in zirakpur.
                          My father is retired army personal now on pension.
                          Which makes my strong credibility to return the loan said by bank
                          Managers
                          Itself.
                          The approved pmegp application was uploaded to bank server on 13th july 2018 but just
                          Because bank
                          Sr manager mrs ranjana chakraborty didn't know how to open bank portal on pmegp i
                          Seek help of a dic
                          Mohali personnel and he helped her to go through it.
                          Mr. Avinash shahi asked to submit the documents needed which i submitted very same day.
                          He asked me
                          That he and the sr manager mrs ranjana chakraborty will visit the site and my home. But
                          Even after a
                          Week gone they still never bother to visit so i asked them the reason. They said they don't
                          Have time to visit
                          It together. So i request them and take both of them turn by turn in my personal car to visit
                          The shop and
                          Home.
                          I also took sr. Manager ranjana to my uncle's project site (The same i am trying to set up) he
                          Is also a retired
                          Ex air force personnel. After visiting both assured me that everything is perfect with no
                          Reason to decline
                          Your case we will approve your loan as soon as possible.
                          After another 2 weeks gone and there was no response from bank side i visited bank and asked for the
                          Reason of delay. Then she asked me for a guarantee. I ask my father to become guarantor
                          For me. He did
                          The same.
                          After that mr avinash told that it's clear now the loan will get disbursed soon. But again after
                          A week when i
                          Asked them why it's not done till now then they asked for collateral property documents as
                          Security.
                          It's a crystal clear case that they are harassing me mentally and physically from
                          13th july 2018.
                          When i asked them to give me in writing that why my loan is not approved even after
                          Providing all the
                          Documents then the sr manager mrs ranjna chakravarty told me that she will not provide in
                          Writing that as
                          It will put her job in danger.
                          In new zealand i was getting a monthly salary of approximately 2.5 lac per month. Just
                          Because of very
                          Rude and inappropriate behavior of bank staff my 2 months got wasted.
                          Its clearly mention under pmegp prog without asking any collateral property
                          And seeing the
                          Customer's credibility bank should provide the loan.
                          I just want to know that bank has not a single reason to reject my loan file then why they are
                          Not giving it in
                          Writing when i have already given them a guarantee then why they are asking for collateral
                          Property
                          Documents??
                          I want to bring this matter to you because i am pretty sure they are harassing all the pmegp
                          Customers who wants to make a positive change with your programme in their and
                          Others life too.
                          Please have a look into this matter as earliest.

                            Account blocked and cheque return due to non compliance of kyc.

                            Account operated since last 10 years and not a single cheque had been dishonored. Without well in advance either by mail or phone call, account blocked and issued customer cheque returned without intimation.

                            Must be informed well in advance to regular company and account...

                            When i using my debit card to nearest hdfc atm than all the process complete afterthat didn't get the money. But balance deduct in my bank a/c.
                            Atm id should have s1awlk01 and that is three times deduction totally 1500 rs deduct in my a/c. But i didnt get money.

                              A refund has been made by amazon on 18th of sept regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                                My Account No Is [protected] Branch Main Town Hall Udaipur Rajasthan.

                                I applied for Debit card/ATM card and requested for Net Banking. I visited branch three - four times. As procedure be in que for long on my turn i explained my problem to the person on the desk. But nothing was done. In the second week of the month September 2018 I again visited Branch and the officer incharge gave me a customer care Nos.[protected] to contect. I was told by the customer care desk that your debit card dispatched on 23.08.2018. But till date i.e. 30.09.2018 not received. Nor the net banking ID and pass word sent.
                                Kindly advise how long I should wait for Bedit card /ATM to receive and other requested service.
                                I was surprised that services of this reputed bank has gone so poor. I ave been banking with others banks never found such services I also used services abroad found no problem.

                                Kindly register my request and take up on the priority.

                                  I haven't received the refund into my account. The refund was initiated by Amazon on 21st September and the refund was expected to reflect into my account within 3-5 business days. But even after waiting for more than 5 days I haven't received any refund yet into my account.
                                  The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected]. Please help me regarding this issue.

                                    Sir i did a transaction of 2000 rupees in phone pe with my bank of baroda account which is linked to phone pe as i did a self transaction there from bank of baroda to another bank, it showed the transaction has failed no money had deducted with utr number[protected]. But after few minutes then with same utr number amount has deducted from my account but it not transferred to my respective phone pe account. As i raised a ticket in phone pe they said that bank confirmed that no money has deducted but when i took my bank mini statement it is showing money has deducted. I have a clear proofs with me as i attached below.

                                      I am big fan of ishqbaaz and i don't miss any episode of this show so please repeat this show or change the time of this show. Chandra nandni aane ke baad iska time change kar diya gaya aur ab to pratigya ke wajah se ise repeat bhi nahi kiya ja raha h is wajah se mai nahi dekh pa rahi hu. Mere sath meri sister bhi is show ko dekhti h. So please take a action for this show i am waiting for your action
