I am working with a government university in jodhpur as a personal assistant, having more than 27 years of permanent service, and are drawing handsome salary. My wife, mrs. Jaya joseph also working with a reputed private school in jodhpur having more than 25 years of permanent service and also drawing handsome salary. Moreover, we don’t having any kind of loans and other financial liabilities.

With this strong financial background, for constructing a home in pallippuram, my hometown at ernakulam district kerala, i have applied for a home loan for rs. 25, 00, 000/- through bank of baroda, north parur branch (Kerala) during the month of may, 2018 with all the documents as per their norms and requirements. After submitting the first application i have visited kerala in two times for the purpose to complete the formalities as per their requirements in time to time. For these visits i have spent handsome amount for my air-travel tickets, stay, etc.

Later-on again i have submitted more documents on demand and as per the email from the bank, dated 4th september, 2018. Our employers also have received the letter along with our salary certificates for its verification, and have verified by our authorities during first week of october 2018.

After all these happenings, unfortunately after elapsing more than 6 months, now as per the directions of the concerned officers of the specialized mortgage store, ernakulam (Kerala) the branch officials are demanding some more certificate/ document of the land for sanctioning this loan. This is purely disreputable and unprofessional approach from bank of baroda the “india’s international bank”.

It seems that the so-called competent authority handling the specialized mortgage store of bank of baroda, ernakulam are not at all competent as they have no in-depth knowledge that basically what kind of documents are required for a home loan. If they are professionally conversant, any shortages in documents/ certificates submitted by me, they should have point out the same within 10-15 days time, after submitting my documents initially.in my case every time they were demanding more new documents/ certificates through their branch officials and has wasted my six months precious time which is unacceptable.

As far as my knowledge from reliable sources that the legal experts of the bank also cleared/ satisfied with the documents submitted by me, but the officials at your specialized mortgage store, ernakulam (Kerala) are not even accepting their legal opinion/ clearance.

It is therefore, earnestly requested to higher authorities of bank of baroda, to direct the officials of specialized mortgage store, ernakulam, either sanction the home loan immediately on the basis of the documents submitted by my me till date, else please give me the reply denying my loan application with sufficient reasons, so that i may approach any other bank authorities for this purpose well in time, as the construction work of my home may continue without any hindrance with sufficient fund, as now it is going on in full swing.

Also in our case could the higher authorities of bank of baroda give a satisfactory reply that why their specialized mortgage store, ernakulam have kept our application for more than six months time, if it is not fulfill their requirements. Also who will be responsible for the financial loss for us (Air-ticket, stay, etc.) for visiting kerala two time for this particular purpose.

    Dear sir,
    I am holding my saving account number [protected] at raipur khurd chandigarh branch. I transferred rs. 2000 on dated[protected] at 11:23:31 am through imps ref no[protected]to other bank account no-[protected] ifsc code-punb0045400 which is not transferred and there is remark of failure against my transaction from bank of baroda. My account is debited with rs.2000
    I also sent an email to imps. [protected]@bankofbaroda.com regarding transaction failure but not got any response. So please kindly do the needful and reverse my transaction amount to my account at the earliest.

      My name is mohanram and my issue is i want to know about my money status.

      This money is initiated from amazon on 1/11/2018. They ask me this money is credit your account since 12/11/2018 but still i am waiting the money regarding this issue. I have already contact to your costomer services and home branch. They ask me wait 24-48 hrs but their is no response from your side.
      After that i will contact to amazon customer services. They provide me return refund number an as me contact to bank. But bank refused me

        My brother has opened an account in bank of baroda at ahmedabad girdharnagar branch in april 2018 but till date (22/11/2018) bank didn't provide an atm service, he is working private job and many times he keep holiday to inquiry about atm but bank staff and bank manager ajoy kumar didn't respond well. He was facing lots of problem right transit from his account. So kindly help me to solve this issue.

            I had given money to bank of baroda for transfer of money in my bank account at icici bank (Lajpat naagr - new delhi). But bank of india has stolen my money. I know that bank of baroda has cheated with me on the direction of bank of india (Mumbai).

            I have handed over same amount usd 68393 again to bank of baroda for transfer in icici bank account[protected] at india but bank of baroda (Fiji) and bank of india (Mumbai) has stolen my money again.
            Kindly help me to get my money.

              I have made Transaction Of Amount Rs.250 five time on 19 November 2018 using UPI address on Paytm App but All the five transaction got failed and money has been deducted from my account. An amount of Rs.1250 (250*5) has been deducted . So please kindly look into the matter and please check the transaction and please refund my amount. Details of some transaction generated on Paytm App are attached here.Also I have attached Account statement for 19 and 20 November because I have made many transaction on that date so I am not sure about the failed Transaction Details.

                I have purchased prestige juicer from amazon and make payment on 19 Oct 2018 via debit card on my account [protected].product was brokage so I returned it. On 20 October amount reversal initiate taken by amazon ref no[protected] as per telephonic talk with Amazon customer care but amount is not credited in my account .my mob nmbr is [protected].when I contact to base branch Orai they check my account and replies amount is not credited in account and they have no system for trace this reference nmbr Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                  I have an account in Bank of Baroda. Recently I have faced a problem of cash withdrawal (which I have not withdrawn) from my account from the ATM. Rs. 8000 have been withdrawn and I don't know how it happened as I have not withdrawn them. The bank executives are not answering my problems properly. I came to know about this problem when I got my passbook printed. I have withdrawn money on 9th November 2018 and that is Rs. 8000. Then directly I withdrew Rs. 2000 on 11th November 2018. But Rs. 8000 which are being shown as "withdrawn" on 10th November 2018, have not been withdrawn by me. Actually I have not done any transaction on 10th November 2018. I talked about this problem at my account branch of Bank of Baroda that is Raiya Road branch, but I did not get any proper reply or solution from the bank executives.I hope that you will do the needful as soon as possible in this matter as it is very crucial for me.

                    Refund of rs. 2700/- has been transferred by amazon to bank on 03, nov 2018 regarding a product order no. #[protected].
                    The refer number of refund transaction from amazon is.."refund reference number: 74332748308830760129905" but after 17 day till not received payment from bank... Further i called bank and getting answer was "no one amount has been received from amazon. And amazon customer care talk refund is transferred to bank... I need to file a"charge dispute" on them to get all detailed.
                    I need to bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise some legal process should be convey.

                          As amazon refunded my 2700rs amount on 3 nov and they provided me with reference number=7433274830883076129905 but till now i haven't received my refund yet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. And even i want to file "charge dispute" against 'refund not processed'. But my branch is denied to file charge dispute. If my issue won't resolve then i'll take social media help and consumer court too.

                          I orderd a lenovo fitness band on 25th nov 2018 and returned it.order cost was 1499.my refund was issued on 10 oct 2018 but it not reflect in my account till now.My refund was issued by Amazon but bank is saying they didn't get it...so i am filing this form so please resolve this problem ...
                          I have withdrawan 10000 rupees from ATM but though I did not get 10000 rupees from ATM machine, I received msg of debit - 10000/- rs. So I need 10000 rs which I have not received from ATM.

                          Do the needful for it.

                            Amazon customer care says that you can't pay my payment to my account other wise you have give refferences number.. I have already more time wast in this refund.                               I had returned a product from amazon and my refund was issued on 10 nov 2018. I haven't received my refund yet.                                   I have already complaints against bank & complaint update no is 2147871 still my 1749 rs. Amount is not credit on my account from their side. I do not get any call from their side. No amount is credit. No action taken. Kindly take strict action against bank. I called in customer care & told them to charge dispute file against bank & no one help from bank side. I got mail from your side but no response from bank representative neither they call me & not credit the amount in the bank 1749. Every time we face the difficulty from bank representative side regarding the refund credit in account. Bank employees also jot helpingvib this issue.

                                    It is to brought to your notice that an amount of rs. 1772.80 initiated by amazon on dt. 07.11.2018 at 9:39 a. M. Having authorization code (Reference number) - 555439 has not been transferred to my saving account no. [protected] till date whereas the mail i received from amazon clearly mentioned that i will receive the amount by 14.11.2018. A screenshot of the same has also been attached with this mail. I contacted amazon regarding this matter and they sent me a mail clearly mentioning to file a 'file transaction dispute as 'return never processed'. I am attaching a screenshot of the same also for your reference. So, kindly do the needful at the earliest so that the amount will be transferred in my account at the earliest without any further inconvenience to me.

                                      My sb account. No. [protected] with bank of baroda borivali east branch. I had got refund from amazon bearing refund reference number[protected] amounting to rs. 924/- and reference number[protected] amounting to rs. 949/- on 10/10/2018. The said message is received by me on 12/10/2018. The said reference numbers are provided to amazon by bank. But the said amounts are not reflecting in my bank account. I called up call center of bob several times where in me. Ramesh k who was available twice on 17/11/2018 did not guide me and infact was not ready to note down the reference number. Instead he was only asking for bank details. If this is the way in which the bank call center performs then it is better to opt for other bank. I have received this amount one month before and the call center guy is telling that 14 more days will be required and so the amount is not reflected. Sorry to say if this is the way bank performs then i will be forced to take legal action. Advocate. Shilpa chandrashekhar naik

                                        I have got a refund of rs. 924/- and rs. 949/- dated 12/10/2018 from amazon. The amazon has provided me reference number[protected] and[protected]. I was told to call customer service and provide the refund reference number. The call center executive of bob mr. Ramesh k. Dated 17/11/2018 at 23.39 and 23.22 approx but he flatly refused to help. He even told he to file an appropriate complaint. He was absolutely rude.
                                        Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
