I had returned a product from amazon and my refund was issued on 10 nov 2018. I haven't received my refund yet. I kept visiting the bank but they are not cooperating to tell me the details. I gave them the reference no. Given by the amazon but tge bank is not accepting it. I want file a charge dispute to know where's my refund. I want my refund as soon as possible....

I have already complaints against bank & complaint update no is 2147871 still my 1749 rs. Amount is not credit on my account from their side. I do not get any call from their side. No amount is credit. No action taken. Kindly take strict action against bank. I called in customer care & told them to charge dispute file against bank & no one help from bank side. I got mail from your side but no response from bank representative...

I ordered a one plus 6t on 4/11/2018 in exchange of a redmi note 4 for 34, 063. It wasn't delivered as the redmi phone had some scratches on it. So i was asked to order it again and my refund was promised in 2 days. Later, as i have a government bank account it was promised on 17th of november. Today (17/11/2018) i went to deposit the fund (₹200/) in the bank (Jogeshvari east branch).

Amazon have already processed the refund of amount 1749rs on 12 november 2018 but till now it is not credit in to my account. I called the customer care executive for charge dispute file against bank but they are not helping in this issue. Kindly take action against bank. I applied for internet banking password on 1st nov-2018, that suppose to deliver in 7 working days and it dsnt delivered,

Such disgusting and poor services are not acceptable. They don't pick calls. All the time their system isn't working and they say the staff is not there, we are busy with the other...

I m very fedup because online complaint management system sending the mail like that : dear customer we are unable to refund deposit amount due to customer had access cash and took all notes_ban-regards bank of baroda.
This type of reply given to the customer by management system...

In case no resolution is obtain with in a fortnight i shall be complaint to take up the matter...

Refund of rs 1299 has been issued by amazon on 24 october 2018 regarding a product whose order number is #[protected].
Reference number is[protected].
But the refund amount has not been reflected in my account. They are saying that they have issued the amount.
Now please resolve my problem regarding my bank account.
