I have attended to the a. T. M., kamakhya apt. S. B. Gorai road, asansol, barddhaman on 09.08.2017 at.11.45.51 hrs. For withdrawn of rs. 8000/-. After complete processing no cash delivered by the said a. T. M. Machine. Then i asked the attendant to see the matter. After that he said that some times it happens due to the internet failure. After that i cancelled the process. But, rs. 8000/- deducted from the said a/c of your bank.
Then i lodged a complain at asansol branch, west bengal. The said complain no.[protected] on 10.08.2017. Again, i complained on 06.09.2017 at toll free no. And the said complain no. 247760. At toll free telephone attendant assured me that within 48 hrs. The said amount (Rs. 8000/-) will be credited to my account. But, no response has been received by me as well as no credit has been done by the authority of baroda bank.
Kindly look into the matter and credit the said amount to my said account and oblige.
