Yesterday in pune at bharati vidyapeeth atm i tried to withdraw 5000rs from atm machine, something went wrong with machine and i didn't get any cash from machine and it displayed my balance with 5000rs deduction and later i printed a mini statement, it said no balance deducted but on my registered mobile number i received message that 5000rs are deducted i again tried to withdraw 3000rs after some time from the same machine and it gave me cash now the total balance in my account is showing with the deduction of 8000rs so basically atm ate my 5000rs and i have 3000rs in hand. Please solve this asap. It is ridiculous.

    My account is in bank of baroda at akota branch. My account still not linked with my pan card. I went to branch for many times to update my pan card details in my account but they always tell system is not working or slow. And they don't do machine entry in my ppf passbook.

    Please solve my problem as per your rules.

      I tried to transfer money from my account (Account number :[protected]
      Manu michael) with 4000 rs using via m connect. After processing i received a debited notification message from bank. But the transaction was failed while completion. The amount is not credited in my account till now. So please check my last transaction and take necessary actions to refund the amount immediately please.

        renewal of fdr

        I, s n sikka, ex staff member, having fdr a/c [protected] due for renewal since 05/08/2017 and the same was handed over to the bank for further renewal. On enquiring the staff dealing with fdr told that the system does not allow to give staff rate of intt. & senior citizen benefit. After one month has passed but the problem still continue. The reason stated to me that the software of finacle 10 is not clear to them. Kindly arrange to educate...

        Sir,
        My name is dhanjeet kamalakant singh and am the customer of bank of baroda. My account number - [protected] and debit card number - [protected].
        This complaint regarding that i had got fraud transaction on the dated of 4/8/2017 and 18000 rs. Withdrawn without my knowledge.

        I also made fir and given written complaint to branch manager mr. C k naskar but still not received any solution from the investigation team.

        Mr. Naskar was assure me that will get the resolution within 20 days that we have to find out the cctv footage also.
        Mr. Naskar said that now the case investigating by mr. Sameer but i am not getting any resolution from the team.

        Kindly resolve this matter as earlier as you can

          I orderd two mobiles on amazon on 14 augest 2017 and i cancelled the orders on 14 augest. They refund it back from their side but i did not receive any oayment in my bank account.. No customer services are helping me... My refrence ftom amazon are[protected]and[protected].. Please refund my balance as soon as poosible. Below are the screen shot from amazon of refund of money

                My men working with me in mumbai name tilak dhari. Has sent money by mobile.
                Had sent money to his wife account number [protected].in name of vidya devi.
                Transaction number[protected]. Dt 12 september 2017. Time 11.03 am.
                But by mistake he made mistake in putting account number.
                Money went in account number [protected]. Of devicharan kaunavjiya.
                So i request yr goodself to transfer that amount into vidya devi account number [protected].
                Can also verify in whose account that money has come.

                  I am having nri account with specialised branch of ahmedabad. I am not getting otp on my registered international mobile. Technical wing says it is being delivered and i have to check with my operator. My operator says you are getting all sms then how we can block sms from one of the banks.

                  For last one month i am struggling. No body takes pain to resolve the matter. The manger of branch is requesting to keep patience for the last one month.

                    Bank of baroda branch vasundhra enclave delhi 110096, employees and manager bad behaviour with customers and delay banking work. Manager vipul kumar mittal does not work in his branch and his behaviour and work is so rude and he does give threat to customers for complaint. He says that you can go from here and complaint to any where. So please resolve my this problem other wise i will have to close my account as soon as.

                      I have attended to the a. T. M., kamakhya apt. S. B. Gorai road, asansol, barddhaman on 09.08.2017 at.11.45.51 hrs. For withdrawn of rs. 8000/-. After complete processing no cash delivered by the said a. T. M. Machine. Then i asked the attendant to see the matter. After that he said that some times it happens due to the internet failure. After that i cancelled the process. But, rs. 8000/- deducted from the said a/c of your bank.
                      Then i lodged a complain at asansol branch, west bengal. The said complain no.[protected] on 10.08.2017. Again, i complained on 06.09.2017 at toll free no. And the said complain no. 247760. At toll free telephone attendant assured me that within 48 hrs. The said amount (Rs. 8000/-) will be credited to my account. But, no response has been received by me as well as no credit has been done by the authority of baroda bank.
                      Kindly look into the matter and credit the said amount to my said account and oblige.

                        My account no is [protected] bankofbaroda chittorgarh transfered to the mobilewallet pvt ltd. Today 12.43.07 rs.5000 was debited in my current amount. Was debited in 12.43.07. For unauthorised person stolen the amount. Iam not using atm card for that time. I always tried to inform you. But our customer care is not available. So i kindly request you to take necessary action for that problem. And also recover my amount. I was found the transaction details: (Via net banking) transaction description:pgdr/the mobile wallet pvt ltd in above transaction is made by my account, but i dont understand the above transaction details. So i kindly request you to resolve the problem and recover my saving amount. Kindly take effectively action.

                          I have apply IPO for APEX Frozen through ASBA (Net Banking) but not allotted but still it showing lien Balance of Rs. 28000/-

I live in the muscat, oman and when i log in my account it ask me to provide my mobile number to receive otp enable me to carry transaction over the net. However despite providing all the necessary details i am still not able to access my account via the internet as i do not receive my otp code.

                            I have been emailed sevedral times to the barodaconnect and my branch without any success and also talked twice to call center while was in india but nothing has been helped. It's very very poor approach by the bank to held up client and put client on worst condition and lose their money and their efforts. Even they introduced new otp with mobile app but for that also need to receive otp to go to net banking service menu.

                            I would appreciate any support that you can provide so that i am able to access my account.

                            I tried withdrawing RS. 2000 from Bank of Baroda onsite ATM situated at Village Mehtan, Phagwara Punjab. I don't get payment after entering ATM pin and amount but message popped up as time out and Amount of RS. 2000 was deducted from my Account. [protected]. Please credit RS. 2000 back to my Savings account.

                              I ve recharged an amount 399 my mobile through internet banking on 26 /27 july through free rechage.com. My money has been deducted twice from my two account but was not refunded. I ve already contact the free recharge team, according to them they have not recieved the money.                                 Few days ago i given documents for internet banking and for aadhar link after 15 days again i visited BOB because both work not done yet .your staff not able found my document only after 15 days .They lost my all documents and told me to submit new one this is totally careless staff take strict action agains them.totally unexpected from such a reputed bank.

                                  I have nro a/c with bob, manjalpur branch baroda. I had applied for net banking services. Also requested for the transaction password which was not getting accepted by their system. I asked to change the same and issue a new one. Its been 3 months since i requested them. But no positive response from the bank. I am facing lot of problems sitting abroad, not possible to issue chequesfor every transaction i do.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and try and solve the problem at the earliest.

                                  What kind of services does the national banks provide to their customers??

Two not allotted. 14000 deducted.but still showing lien of 42000.kindly release lien so I can further apply IPO.after allot.still lien not clear after a week of time.it is first time in Bob invester paresshan hai.lien release ke liye Kya kare.

                                      Umreth bank manager not give good responce and respect. I say too many please print my passbook. They are told system not upadated. After i say please give anthor passbook but they say not coming. Too many pepole have other passbook and those are printed and online kiosk print counter. I need other passbook beacuse this passbook anywhere i can use. Please sir kindly do this much for action and give back good reply. Thank sir

                                      Paytm has refunded amount to bank, it has given order id, paytm transaction id and bank transaction id which indicated that paytm has transfered money to bank. But, bank wont credit same to my account
