    I m complaining about my refund of rs 6098/-. My bank does not help me to refund my amount.. The entire team of bank of baroda does not help me to get my money back... They think that i m begging amount from their account... Very dissapointment from bank of baroda team.

    I order an item from amazon. But due to some reasons i have to cancel that amount.. Amazon claim that they initiate the refund on same day. My reference number is 7433274223722231330465. Please help me to get my money back..

    Amazon initiate my refund as on 10/08/2017. Bank of Baroda customer service employee thinks that the customer is mad.. So they change their tounge at every moment... First of all they told me to wait for 14 days. After 14 days when i call them then they ask me to complaint in home branch. When I go to branch they ask me to call the customer service.. Each and every time they taught me a new law... Really irresponsible behaviour from Bank of Baroda team...
    So please help me to get my money back as soon as possible and their is no need of customer service if they are of no use...Shut it down...
    Refund status required against Ref No.74332747224722361289886 of Amazon.I have purchased a Dress on Dt. and i have cancelled this order. But Till time have note received refund of order amount. Please Update me about refund.

      Still money is not refunded.
      Many times i was contacted the bob customer care but they didn't help me out from this problem.

      Could you please once look into this problem
      And solve my problem asap.

          This is to inform you that we made a complaint against mrs. Thakur on datd 12 aug 2017 by online complaint at bank of baroda site and thru email on email ids of head office and dgm customer care but no one take our complaint seriously. Mrs. Thakur mis behave with us and after complaint she freezed our account. Sir plz let me know what type ofservices you are giving to your customer. Kindly take this matter seriously.

            Refund of rs. 436.67 /- has been made by amazon on 15th of august 2017 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
            "the reference number of the refund is ref - 74332747228722790954031.
            But, the refund has not been received yet.
            Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
            I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                    I have to mail because i deposited 3000 to my account from deposit machine. But due to network error or any other issue the amount was not deposited in my account. Can you please check the issue?

                    Sir, i have not received my refund amount from flipkart on 4/8/17, is still pending since a month, today is 4/09/2017, the flipkart fellow gave me some reference status number, but the bank officials says we cant do any thing with that number.

                        Sir i have order a laptop from amazon of rs. 23090 but there was some issue in that so i have return this and they intitate a refund of rs 23090 on 12th august 2017 and provide a confirmation mail that i will get money withinn 3-5 business days but when one week passed and i did not get my money than i contacted amazon and they provide a refrence no. And told me that i have to contact cusotmer care of my bank or visit my branch but i have contacted and than bank told me to wait 14 business days.. But now its been 25 days and i did not get my money.. I am visiting bank again and again and they are not responding and when i claim to file a charge dispute form than they clearly say they dont know what is it and how it filled exactly i am really stuck in this situation please resolve this asap.

                            Dear sir,
                            My name is arti having account in bank of baroda, civil lines, main branch, rohtak.
                            On 4.8.2017 amount of rs. 1590 was deduct from my saving account and i register acomplaint about this as on 5.8.2017 and they were saying that payment was gone to bjaj finance. And i have no loans anywhere in india in the name of mine. Everytime they were saying we are sending mail to tech process and as on 4.9.2017 another amount of rs. 1590 is deducted from my saving account. I did not get this point that without my permission and signatures or cheques how they deduct amount from my account.
                            Branch manager was also not give good response this matter.
                            If it is done in bank then what place in which my money is save.
                            Please refund both amount and in future they can not that type mistake from any person

                              Hlo sr, i have many times comes in mother diary bank of baroda branch, bt still many times passbook machine not working. Today around 11.30 am. 65+ two lady come to passbook entry in your branch (Mother diary patparganj) and as usual passbook machine not working... Can you imaging this age, she is coming for our passbook entry.
                              If passbook machine not working, why are you doing passbook entry in bank... It's your job & responsibility...

                              Kindly review & advice how to process our passbook entry...

                                A refund has been made by amazon on 12th of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.                                 My name is sabalu kumar sha and my issue is i want to know about my money status

                                This money is initiated from amazon on 14/8/2017 monday they ask me this money is credit in your account in 3-4 working days but still i am waiting the money regarding this issue i have already contact to your customer services they ask me wait 24 48 hours but their is no response from your side

                                  It's really bad experience while standing line for deposit my ppf account it take to much time. When ever i go get same experience in navayard branch near chhanni jakatnaka. When ever i go there money deposit business not working properly and same as atm some time it works at that time there was no money
                                  In working hours one of the staff gone outside for his personal work when i ask the reason one of the man he will come at 12:00 clock waiting for your reply

                                    This is with reference to the transaction upi ref no.[protected] dtd. 08.08.2017 regarding the amount of rs.2000 being transferred from my bank of baroda account no. [protected] to icici account no.[protected], ifsc code icic0001025 wrongly.in this regard i had made several calls to the bank of baroda employees but they didn't assist me with this problem. Therefore it is requested to kindly look into the matter and return my transfer of rs.2000.

                                    I will be really thankful to you, if your team can assist me.
                                    In bank nobody can help and not interest to talk.

                                        I am khushal prajapati from bhayander east branch i did not get my payment from amazon that is given on 12 august 2017, of rupees 599, amazon give me a reference number :[protected], i would like to suggest you to clear my payment of rupees 599 and it will long time that my payment i have not receive its about 22 days that i did not get my payment
