The branch manager of the said bank (S. P. Colony branch, ahmedabad) are trying to disturb through calling up for sale of loans. Post the call, the said branch manager is discussing the same issues with my current employer. It was an unsolicited sales call and hence completely illegal to harass anyone in such matters.

It has terrified me.

I want the branch manager to be removed from his position for the same.

P pin -275204 deposited all document and cash for opening a bank account but after aprox 1months my bank account is still not activated and the branch manager said that we have done all the formalities now all the work is done from lucknow. Sir i ask you that how many days does bob took to open a bank account? 1 year. Is this the facility bob is providing that i am wasting my time to from one month to just open a bank account?

      I jayanta kumar bhattacharyya want to inform you that the amount of rs. 2700/- debited from my sb a/c no.- [protected] on 12/08/2017 when i tried to withdrawal this from the atm o[censored]co bank, serampore but i have not received the amount then i went to the atm of idbi bank, serampore and then i notice that the same amount (Rs. 2700/-x2) debited twice from my a/c. After that i complain to my branch vide claim id[protected] but still not the amount credited in my a/c.
      Also the minimum amount fall in my a/c for that reason.
      This is my humble request for look into the matter and resolve the issue.

          I visited bank of baroda kalyan (E) branch on 21st september 2017 (Thursdsy). I had came with a provident fund form in which i required a signature of bank. They had told me to get to get a letter head. I had done all the formalities they required and even after making me wait for 2 hours my work was not done. They later on told me leave.

          I had good relationship with your co from last three years but this was not expected.

          Not able to log using desk top icon. Since one week. tried many times but no effect.
          Not able to log by the help of desk icon.
          Amazon initiated a refund of Rs.225 was initiated on[protected] and should be reflect in my bank account by 22/09/2017. But haven't recieved that amount yet. The transaction reference number for the same is 7.26007E+11.

            I'm pay online shopping amazon inr 235.00 to your bank of baroda debit card payment. I cancel the order in same time. Refund processed sccefully in 20 sep 2017. Amazon gave me 3-4 working days to reflect in the account. But payment not recevied. After that rbi ad amazon gave the

Now please check and tell me my refund status please I want my money back.

Manager & one onether senior all are tell that we cant accept coins because rbi has sercullered that we have not accept coins from customers. Than i asked to give me that rbi letter but they cant accept & manager talk with rudely. So pls i want to know why they cant accept coins.

                  Sir i have applied for mobile banking in my a, c no 184901/5651 on 14/09/2017 the branch bhotia parao haldwani did the needful on the same day and i got a message over my two mobiles that updation will be done within two days again on 15/9, 2017 two sms received that the updation will be done within two days again the same message was repeated on 19/09/2017 that updation will be done within two days. But till date no updation has been done. I want to know that till 14/09/2017 how many two days will be required for updation. I am a ex staff of your bank and applied for mobile banking on my aforesaid bank account sole id (5825) i had approached to operations. Cbs on mail and also mailed the matter to dgm digital banking but till date no action has been taken the branch has cooperated but it has to be done by the data center. May i request you to please expedite the matter at the earliest. And i should be at least informed that in how many days my problem will be resolved

                    Bobcards staf in jaipur office are misbehaviour. They are talking out of buisenes crytariya. Transaction of dated 09.09.17 amount is 33660/- is not credit in our bank account. Whichis pos machine are avail by bank of baroda, hindaun city branch and they are fulfill the application of pos. The branch officer is also communicate the details of transaction, and verified. But, mr. Rajesh in bob card jaipir is not cooperate us. My amount is hold on 09.09.2017
                    I am suffering with this problem. Plz solve it. And hold amount is should be credit in my account. If any problem and issue between bank and bobcards then why i am suffering in this matter.

                      Hi my name is swaraj deep and i got my account opened through financial inclusion. I received message regarding my atm card that i should go and collect it from my bank office. When i went there they told me that contact them from whom you have opened your account​. I went there but they told me it is not here the bank didn't gave it to me. Both are blaming each other. Now it's approximately three months and i am empty handed. Please help resolve this issue.

I am trying to send money from my bob account to another branch but i am not able to do so since last few days and every time i call the customer care they give me all sorts of stupid answers..                                 The transaction was declined but money got debited from my account.

                                  My name is amardeep kaur. I'm a resident of lucknow. I'm a teacher in a school. My salary has been credited into my new account. We opened a joint account my husband and i. Due to some misspelling of my husband they are not activating my new account. We have taken loans from banks and done all complicated procedures with this name, only your bank is creating this problem since a month even though my salary has been credited to my new account.

                                      With respect to subject matter, due to some urgent/emergency matter i would like to withdrawn my online-rd.

                                      As directed by your customer care representative, yesterday morning dated[protected] i was gave a application on a/c statement/summery for premature closing of my below mentioned online-rd-

                                      Only a/c no. [protected] was closed by yesterday evening only, but a/c no. [protected] is still pending with you.

                                      So, yesterday evening on dated[protected] i called on telephone to mr. Khapekar of bank of baroda, mahal branch, nagpur, he told me that there is some technical problem regarding premature closing of a/c no. [protected]. Last debit of rs. 3000.00 on dated[protected] was not shown by their system; however the same debit was shown in my internet banking and also in my pass book, which was printed yesterday morning on dated[protected] from the same branch. So, i am asked him, how it is possible? But he was not satisfied me and told me that to resolve this problem takes next 3-4 days or more (God knows) and put down the telephone.

                                      Firstly i was called your customer care no.[protected] and talking with your representative miss indu priyanka, but she unable to solve my problem. She instructed me to contact respective branch for giving application along with a/c statement which was already submitted and contacting the branch. Hence requested her to transfer my call to her superior, then she connect with her supervisor mr. Akram basha. After that mr. Akram basha without knowing the matter, also said that he was unable to solve my problem and talking roughly, so again i am requested him to transfer my call to his manger. While talking with their manger miss swagtika i feel that she was ignored me and not answered properly, talking roughly and said that they are unable to solve my problem from their end.

                                      So, i called on telephone to mr. Borkar-manager of bank of baroda, mahal branch, nagpur and told him the above mentioned details but he was also replied the same that there is some technical problem regarding premature closing of a/c no. [protected] and told me that to do whatever you want to do with bank of baroda by complaint. Hence this is my complaint regarding the same.

                                      So i asked him now what to do? Due to some urgent/emergency matter i would like to withdrawn my online-rd. But he was not given me proper suggestion and laughing without knowing seriousness of my matter.

                                      Therefore i am requesting to you, please resolve my problem as early as possible and take necessary action against above mentioned personnel who was not supporting your me (A/c opening date[protected] and simultaneously other valuable customers which is very shameful.

                                        My grand mom f d is in city but we are live in ahmedabad. Still i have aregent required no loan and lion certificate of fd. For my visa purpes. So i want in bhuyangdev branch for this. But their is a person denied me and asked "tame amara pr upkar nathi karta fd muki ne and also told bank give you interest for that' and we can not give ciertyficate. Even they told me that you go to your city for this, i said it is small work but they denied me. And behave rudly
