My account no. [protected] opened on 06.02.2017. I had received ATM PIN, but not ATM card. I had received ATM pin password and Checkbook in my postbox which has no lock and key, and the postman did not even inform me.

I received ATM card more than two weeks later in the post box without any notification from postman. The condition of the package was not good, almost torn.

Ideally these documents should be handed directly to the person concerned, else should be send to the branch.

There was no tracking details on any of the couriers(like which courier, courier contact number, etc).

Please do send the documents through a more trusted source next time.

I want to inform you that I linked my aadhar with our a/c for subsidi but I don't get subsidiaries amount in my açcount and I inform my branch but they don't give positive response that's why I need to online complaint.     Dear ravigond,

    For that u have to submit your Bank account and Aadhar details to your Gas distributor. Thay have to update ur Bank details & Aadhar details in their data base. The same process have to done at bank too. While submitting documents to bank u have to submit the Your Gas customer book details for update. All the process have to done within 2 days to update. This will help u as u expected.

      Earlier atm card services were going well, but since last 3 days i have been suffering a lot.I went to an atm to withdraw cash, but atm machine was not accepting my card.I tried 3 times, and my atm got blocled for 1 day.After a day, i tried again; but this time, machine was telling incorrect pin.Though my pin was correct.I m calling to customer care number everytime, but their number is always congested.Please tell me..whats wrong with ur atm services.

        Sir,

        I am having account no. [protected] with punjab and sind bank. Yesterday at about 7.30 pm, y i went to withdraw rs 7500/- from atm using my debit card. Transaction was going ahead smoothly, i got message collect your cash. Suddenl machine was hanged. I called guard and we waited for about 5 minutes, the screen went blank. Thereafterhe swithched on macing again and started booting again and thereafter it went off lin. I did not receive money as money did not come out, though my account has been debited.

        So i thought transaction will be cancelled and amount will be credited back.

        At 8.40 pm awithdrew rs.2500/- and got the cash

        Till this time the amount has not been credited back in my account. Please get the amount credited back in my account.

          I paid at Amazon Rs 1021 by my bob debit card ([protected]). At 04/02/2017 and on the date of 18/02/2017 Amazon return my money (1021) to in my card's linked account and Amazon also gave me the Reference no. (#74332747050704930482555) and transaction ID ( 094629). but the payment of Rs 1021 not credited in my Account ([protected]) till now. so i want to know the status of my Payment and I request to credit my payment as soon as possible

                  While making payment on line for booking gas Rs 625 was debited wide Transaction ID S32336799 dated 23.01.17 and Rs 112 was debited while playing the electrical bill on line on 31.01.2017 wide transaction ID S46615872.                       Sir/madam,
                      I booked ticket on irctc through my debit card issued from bank of baroda (Clock tower, ghaziabad) and then due to some problems i cancelled it.

                      Money was debited from my account on 3rd oct and total amount of money was around
                      Rs.3026 (Including irctc charges)

                      I have already registered my complaint for it on 15 nov and my complaint id is

                      I have met respective branch manager personally several times and all he does is just sends a mail to debit card department.
                      I am not getting any response from any of he department.
                      I haven't received my refund and it has already been more than 3 months.
                      On talking with customer care, the only advice i get is to talk to branch manager but even branch manager is not doing anything.
                      I have mailed to my respective bank branch and even to debit card department several times but even then my problem stays as it is and no refund has been done.
                      So i kindly request you to look into the matter and refund my money into my account as soon as possible.

                        My Bank of Baroda ATM CARD is blocked for online transactions, due to wrong entry of password for more than three times on Freecharge during recharging my mobile.
                        I already visited Nearby Branch although they mailed the authority but Card is still blocked for online transaction.

                              Dear sir, I have submitted a complaint as on 13/2/2017 at your wimco nagar branch regarding a transaction failed . I try to transfer 900rs from bank savings account number [protected] to my Paytm account but I didn't receive the money on my Paytm even thought my bank debited my balance so I contact my Paytm they report transaction failed then I contact the bank they ask to write a complaint which I submitted ten days before until today no response so please do the needful thank you.

                                I srikanta das loan a/c no- [protected] has aalready pay my due amount which overdue for the month of january. but my home branch said my a/c already npa. due to system problem my principal amount did not deduct as per schedule. interest amount highly charged. i did not understand why is my due amount approx 8000 rather than 5000. please help me.

                                  I had tried 3to4 times to activate my two a/c no's but i did not
                                  Ucceed in last five years for net banking which is very hard some to ordinary customers like us. I tried lot to get it resolved but was of no use. First, they had replied that my mobile no. Has not registered with the bank, whereas i was receiving all alerts on the same no. From the bank as well as from atms. After that they replied that my bank record ha not been furnished. Please do needful. Thank you.

                                      I am having account in ur reputed bank since 2016 . Branch : Safdurjung hospitle, New delhi . Since m suffring from d lack of chequesks as my Cheque book is finishd. Neither the manager nor the othr staff responded properly for my request . N i can not transfer money by NEFT/RTGS to my family monthly. I work as a Doctor over here in safdurjung hospitle.Still i requst u to undertake my issue and plz allow me for the loose cheques i needed for my further procedure.
