I have an account with Gulzarbagh Patna branch. The automatic passbook updating machine is not working and the staff in the branch refuse to update the passbook. My money is stuck with an online shopping site they want a copy of my passbook. They are even not ready to give the account statement. And there is so much of intolerant behavior. My account number is [protected]. If this is what the bank will behave then I am afraid I will have to close the account including mine and all the family members.

Sir, I m holding a current account and apply for a pos machine in december and till now it is not available.branch is not giving me proper answer and ignoring the issue.I m suffering a big loss with my competitor in absence of pos machine.plz help me out.

        I am the owner of Chakraborty Dreamz, my firm is at Shillongpatty, Silchar.
        I am having my a.c with your Silchar branch from the past 4yrs, and our another branch namely Chakraborty Enterprise for the past 20yrs, have applied for the swap machine for out firm, on November 2016, till today I didn't received it, when ever I ask them they just say 1 more week, and so on.
        We are facing many problems with our transactions and we have to miss many customers in this regard, it's very much hurting our brand name.
        So, kindly make it possible as soon as possible.

          बैंक आेफ बङौदा शाखा - शिव में आज मै मेरे पंप शक्ति फिलिंग स्टेशन मुगेरिया की रकम खाते में जमा करने गया तो बैंक के मैनेजर श्री नरेन्द्र कुमार ने मेरे साथ बिना कारण बदसलूक व्यवहार किया तथा मुझे धमकियां दी इस वजह से मैं मेरे पंप का खाता बंद करना चाहता हूँ! तथा मेरे साथ किये दुर्व्यवहार का कारण जानना चाहता हूँ!

            My Savings Bank Account No. is [protected] in Bank of Baroda, Wadala Branch, Mumbai. I have written letter dtd 6/12/2016 & emails dtd 5/1/2017, 11/1/2017, 9/3/2017 & 14/3/2017 to Bank & personal follow-ups seeking clarification of cheques issued by me in 2012 and 2013, but the Bank is unable to find the files containing my records.

            I also find more than 7 entries in my passbook showing “MICR INWD CLG (OTH BANK)” which gives no indication of which transactions Bank is referring to. Worst is bank officials are unable to give exact details of said entries & other entries (of queries raised by me) including the place where cheques were deposited.

            Sir, its more than 3 mnths & my grievance is not yet solved even after me informing that these details needs to be shown in Police Station & later for filing a case in Court. Hence, my humble request to your goodself is that as already lot of time has been wasted & on seeing the urgency, Sir I request you to please immediately instruct the concerned to expedite & successfully search for my records on priority basis.

                I have the same complaint as above. I had made an online payment on 17.02.2017 to an e-commerce site purplle.com. They have refunded a part of my amount for the non-availability of some product with them. When I contacted the merchandise they said- They already processed the refund on 24.02.2017 and it will take around 7-10 days for your bank to process it and to show it in your account. Since then I am waiting but I have got nothing. When I contacted my merchant side again they forwarded a slip of refund to my Bank account and asked me to contact my bank.

                BOB Customer service is not giving satisfying answers nor they are capable to handle my this query. Please help me with the needful.

                The money finally processed & refunded by bank. Though BOB is very slow in processing refund requests via e-commerce, yet I am happy to have resolved my complaint via this platform Consumer Complaints. Thanks a ton. To the ones who are worrying about their strucked money(shopping online or swapping card), I can assure you to be calm & relaxed about your deductions/money. BOB service are quite slow & takes time to be processed.

                  Below is the email which is sent to BANK OF BARODA so read accordingly

                  I have been your customer since 3 years

                  Recently I have got worst experience from your side for which there is no redressal mechanism available online(My call didnt go through any of the available customer number for at least 7 days) or offline. Your staff have been worst in response.

                  My complaints are

                  1) I want to transfer my account from BHADRA BRANCH AHMEDABAD to SARGASAN Branch GANDHINAGAR( I appied for the same on FEB 7 around. Since then I have been visiting the bank but attitude of your staff(especially the branch manager) have been feudalistic.

                  2)I carried one online transaction on 1/02/2017 for RS 307(using BOB rewards app- worst app I have seen in my life) which got debited and transaction failed and money did not return. For the same I have visited the bank but as usual (You very well know your people).

                  3) Yearly charges of RS 115 for ATM have debited twice from my account on 29/01/2017

                  4)NPCI data(UPI) shows the account is in VASTRAPUR branch.

                  5) You people dont have a working online customer support. There are five numbers to display but none works

                  6) Your website doesnt have a email for head office in the year 2017

                      I have received R.P.A.D. Ref:/BOB/RN/RR/ DEC-16/7 DATED 15.12.2016. But Letter received by dated 23rd Feb.2017 Surprised that from Hyderabad to Ujjain letter travel time is about two months. I don’t know Why??????

                      You have financed one housing loan Of Rs. 40.00 lacs. To Your Customers Mrs. Telakapalli Shantha W/o T.santosh Kumar is full of Knowledge of Court case of Plot no.147.And she also know that Court is given stay order on this Plot and His advocate is Mr.D.K.JAIN. .                             . I rachna rani have compliant on 17.02.2017 regarding debit of rs 20706
                            From mysb a/c no xxx[protected] on 6.02.2017 (Transaction unsuccessful). I inquired from the beneficiary, they have refunded the amount on
                            23.02.2017, but same has not credited to my a/c till date. I am following wid the bank but no one is responding properly and guiding in what and where to complaint.. There customers care numbers are also not responding after waiting for 1 hr but no one picked the call.

                              My mother smt. Laxmi singha w/o sri ramdas singha vill +p. O. Ranidanga, dist. Darjeeling, west bengal wants to open an account in bank of baroda (Jan-dhan se jan suraksha) in sushruta nagar, siliguri branch, darjeeling but after 1 month of harassment the branch finally has given the a/c no.3791 but the account book will be given 1.5 months later. The behavior and talking of the branch staff is just 3rd class. Kindly take helpful and necessary action for collecting the account book as soon as possible.

                                Respected sir,
                                I have tried to use the Atm on 08.01. 2017 to get money Rs. 4000/- from Bank of India Atm Ponmeni branch Madurai. I did not receive the amount but it was debited from my account. I have filed a complaint on 09.01.2017 to the particular branch .
                                After two months on 01.03.2017 I received the message from the branch that the amount was successfully transacted.
                                With out receiving money how it will be possible sir.
                                I have approached my branch and enquired about this many times in these two months.But I am not satisfied with their response and more over they did not take any further action to find the solution. It is my hard earned money sir.

                                I request you kindly to take further necessary action to regenerate the amount to my account.

                                    My account got debited with 144 rs as charges of Cheque returned.which was issued by Govt of Gujarat.The same cheque has been reposited by bank and same has been cleared.
                                    There is no issue with cheque.also no issue with balance.There was issue with Bank of Baroda.all Cheques got returned which was issued by BOB.
                                    I just want refund of my money back.

                                      I am a customer of Bank of Baroda having Current Account No. [protected], Branch Kunhari, Kota, Named Vaibhav Department Store.
                                      I did not received card payments done in Nov, 16 through POS machine (MID : [protected]) at my store. I did complaints so many times to every level in bobcard and sent mail with proof. Bobcards also agreed that they did not remit the payment till date.
                                      But still they are not responding and linger on the matter.
                                      My payment has sucked with bank since last three and half months.
