I made a purchase from amazon.in on 10 feb 2017 of ₹4730.I was supposed to get a refund of ₹4730 from amazon.in on 15 feb 2017 but not received. I contacted amazon and they said refund is processed from their side and ask me to file a charge dispute. I want to file a charge dispute so that bank can credit my amount in my account. my name is prajnya p shetty and my bank account number is [protected] . i had made the payment of rs 2433 against mahanagar gas on 16th feb 2017 from my debit card. amount of rs 2433 debited from my account but the transaction failed.
it has been more than 7 working days and still i have not got my refund
please look into the case and give credit of rs 2433 for the failed online transaction to my account...

On 02/09/2014 (15:33:55) my account was debited by Rs.6284.09/-. I have not done that transaction nor I have shared my personal details with anyone.
