      I just debited 16900 amount on 22th feb. 2017 through my debit card to amazon for online shopping.
      nd than i just return that product so that is why it is refunded the same amount on my account on 24th feb. 2017 and it will be reflected in my account on 2 march 2017 but still it is not credit in my account. This is the bank refund refrence number[protected]. plzz check why it is not credit in my account.

              This is to inform you that i have NEFT 2000 rupees from HDFC A/c on 3rd FEB 2017.. I got the message transaction successfully but bank of baroda A/c [protected]. Received 1800 Rupees the blance has been deducted from my account. i visited to the branch BOB branch Shikohabad and told them the problem.but they did not respond. Very very Bad service. SKB Banch It's not eligible to give 1 star also.

                As per your statement the issue has been not yet settle down even after 2 months. As per RBI Rules if your complaints (Submitted Complaint would be in written format) were not cleared after 1 months means you may go and raise complaint in Banking Ombudsman who are available in RBI to clear the uncleared complaint from customer towards bank (Complaint which is not yet resolved for a period of 30 days).                 I dont get refund. amazon was sent my money to the bank but in bank no transaction show.

                            While making payment through Rupay debit card issued by Bank of Baroda - transaction failure massage received for Rs.270 on 05.12.2016 and Rs.750 on 25.12.2016 respectively, but amount debited in bank account no. [protected]and till date i have not received credit for the same. the same has been communicated to bank but till date there is positive reply. Kindly arrange to credit for the same from Bank of Baroda - reference complain id[protected] of rs. 750/- and[protected] of rs. 270/- (from BOB Branch ) in case they require any further details, the same shall be provided immediately.

                                i have transaction of 3041 rs for go indigo flight . the transaction was failed but my money cut from my account . i talk to go indigo customer care they say it will returns in 3 to 5 working days . today its been more than 1 week i talk to them again and they said they refund the money but bank decline the refund . i want the money bank . i talk to the bank but no proper solution is given to me . they said the request has been sent to upper level . but i dont get any email . so kindly do something abouth it .

                                      I made a purchase from amazon.in on 10 feb 2017 of ₹4730.I was supposed to get a refund of ₹4730 from amazon.in on 15 feb 2017 but not received. I contacted amazon and they said refund is processed from their side and ask me to file a charge dispute. I want to file a charge dispute so that bank can credit my amount in my account.                                         I have two Bank Account with Bank of Baroda 1) Goutam Mukherjee Account Number:-[protected] and 2) Gopa Mukherjee Account Number:-[protected]. I am operating Online Net Banking recently . I am receiving OTP SMS on my register mobile number for login to my account, But when I trying fund transfer to other account the Tracker Id SMS not received to my registered mobile number. I am told this problem to my Bank Branch and Customer Care Executive and email to [protected]@bankofbaroda.com ;dyzm.[protected]@bankofbaroda.com But they are not solve this problem.
                                        So, please inform me how to solve this problem.
