My accaccount no. Is [protected]. have made payment on petrol pump at panvel, navi mumbai on 8/1/2017 by card swipe Of Rs.2150. First time it show transaction failed then again card is swiped the transaction is completed but my account is debited two times for Rs.2150. Even after making complaint in bank nothing is happening. Please help.

    I have swiped POS by Bank of Baroda Debit card No.[protected] on 09/01/2017 from M/s RELIANCE GEMS AND JEWELS, KOTA OF Rs.50, 000/- for purchase of gold jewelery, the amount debited from by Bank of Baroda saving Account No. [protected] but not credited to M/s RELIANCE JEWELS. On informing to bank, the Bank Manager verbally assured that the amount will be credit back within 7 days.But the amount not received till date, we have launched complaint in writing to branch & bank Head office, the reply received that problem will be sort out in 30 days from the date of transaction as per VISA/Mastercard Policy. My marriage is in line and Gold rate is increasing day by day. I am in total loss and getting into depression as this is huge amount for me. I am attaching the document in which my complaint to BOB and their reply is mentioned. Please Help.

      And I'm complaining about irregularities about Bob
      Our respective pm talking about cashless
      India
      And what's wrong with you guys my ATM card and net banking and my registered phone no.is blocked since 15 days and I never told my bank to decline my ATM card
      How would it possible
      They decline my ATM without asking me and I didn't received any single msg about it
      And the biggest problem is that I called my branch but they didn't gave me any satisfaction answer
      And told me to call their complaint no..
      I had try this many times but no one received my call what happen with customer care no.
      I tried continuous 2 hours but no one received my call
      Excuse me guys
      My time is important how many times I call you
      I'm completely tired about your process and the way you treat your customers
      And I saw satisfaction review rate is 3%
      I mean really its our one of the most famous bank of our country and still the service is very low.
      Do something ..

          Sir I hAve gotten my ATM card before 2 months ago from bank of Baroda Baghpat Uttar Pradesh 250609 and it is not activated till now.

          N here in Baghpat your branch is just too lazy. It is providing the vast facilities to their customers . I want to you to please take some strict action against them n try to understand them that they are from their customers only not we are from them.

          I want you to please rply to this problem as early as you can

            I had went for submit my cheque for clearing on 17 jan 2017 but bank has refused to stamp on cheque receipt and forced me to drop in drop box

            now two days passed still my cheque not clear

            when i asked to branch manager that under which guidlines of RBI you forced me to drop my cheque in drop box then she is refused to gave me answer and said if you want to submit cheque then drop in drop box otherwise you may go

              This bank is the worst bank I have ever come across in my entire life, having bank accounts in multiple banks and never experienced such lazyness in bank service. The employees at the Hennur branch in Bangalore are incompetent as they will not help you in regards to what your seeking help with, instead they will be chit chatting to one another, tell you to come back later that they will call you but won't lift a finger, I had a very bad experience with this bank today. With money being withheld for no reason whatsoever. The customer care is a joke the number will be busy all day yet when it goes through they tell you to hold as the operators are busy, I have been waiting for an operator for 1h46 minutes staying online and still no help.

                    Yesterday(17/1/2017) i tried to withdraw cash from BOB, jayanagar, Ashokapiller ATM .after entering withdrawel money and press OK button it was showing TIME OUT..like that..then i asked with that security who was in ATM.He told some problem is there in machine like that..So i left from there..After half and hour i got message from my home bank like your cash debited like that..Plese help me to rectify the issue.At that time onward i am trying to the customer care..but they are not picking

                      Mera account bank of baroda ki shakha suar main hai. Mera account no. hai [protected] maine 30/10/2016 ko moradabad main atm se paise nikal raha tha tabhi atm machine band ho gayi. Mere account se balance kat gaya. Jiski complaint customer care par bhi ki gayi thi. Aaj lagbhag 2.5 mahine ho chuke hain valance mere account main balance nahin aaya hai. Bank main jaane bank ke karmchari badtameezi karte hain. kripya karke meri samasya ka nistaran kare.

                          On 3 January 2017 at about 10:20 o'clock I was trying to add money in my Freecharge wallet but meanwhile payment failed and 400 rs was deducted from my account. And I could not get any refund regarding this deduction till today. I tried to contact customer care but after a no of trails I failed to contact them.                             For net Banking I had received Used ID and sign on and Transaction password however since getting this User ID it shows invalid user ID " HITENDP". When I search for user ID through system procedure, I always get ID ''' HITENDP" although I can not open my account.I tried to solve this problem through branch, always I grant user ID" HITENDP" through net banking system.
                            Sir pl grand me new user ID and sign on and Transaction password, so I can use net banking in recent trends !

                              I am continuously touch in with National Consumer Complaint Forum last couple of days but till date I am not received any positive feedback for below problem.                                   I am trying to call customer care from last 13-14 days.. and all the time message comes that. this is wrong number or number is busy, call some other time. and if by mistake call gets connected then after waiting for 15-20 minutes also no one answers the call. all the time its the same.. no answer...we are your customers. and we should not be treated like this.

                                  i have international debit card. but i cant use it outside the country,
                                  if its an international debit card then why i need to ask the bank before using out of india..

                                      We are having current a/c [protected] @ with your railway road sonipat branch and only ATM payments are credited in this ac and we had issued a cheque in favor of LIC Housing finance Ltd.. for Rs..4, 69.598/- on dated 3/1/2017 but today 12/1/2017 we came to know from your branch that cheque had been dishonored as ac had been blocked by data center with any information to us.                                         Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                        Having joint Saving account with BOB patan main branch wide Account no [protected] since last 13 years.main Holder is My mother (Jamu ben) and second holder is me (Hemendra ). I diposited my Krishi loan installament along with interest before 3 months. however i deposited in same account through BOB Ankleshwar GIDC branch.

                                        Due to demonitization i was unable to withdraw it from last two months. Today when i went BOB, Ankleshwar GIDC branch (centre Pont) they did not accept my cheque because they can't give money to other branch account holder. After that i rush to Anklesh GIDC main Branch. i got same answer.

                                        I argue them if bank is nationalized and my cheque is payable to all branch then why you are not giving money to me.I request to senior person in absent of Branch manager. they under stand my situation and passed one cheque for special case Rs.10000 only.

                                        My question is if BOB is nationalized bank and all the facility available at all station.then what is meaning of our customer (local customer). Other privet nationilize bank (ICICI, HDFC, Axis) never asked and work as like this. they treat customer without partiality.

                                        i stayed in Ankleshwar, how can i go day by day for such a cash withdrawal. This is type of rule i never seen before that. it also not in RBI guideline.

                                        it seems it is better to switch over other privet bank or Local co operative bank. they could understand customer feelings better.

                                        Customer care number not in working condition since last2 month. i have tried 4-5 different number which is available online.

                                        earlier i complaint about transaction charges before 3 months ago but did not find any solution.

                                        Could you please convey me on said issue with bank. could you please help me out in such financial situation.
