In Between I can’t Use My Account because we have not balance, Now I Use my Account but I Show you Deduct many Time minimum Balance Charges, I think it not possible for our “ 0 ” balance Account.
If your want Convert Account in Another Scheme Please Convert it in Saving bank Scheme ( Account Type) NAGRIK BACHAT KHATA (Account Category Scheme Code) with has no minimum charges Applicable, if not possible we will close our Accounts.
And I request to you Please refund my wrongly Deducted Charges.

On 13th January 2017, at YES BANK ATM near around 6:20 PM.
Did transaction of Rs. 4500/- on YES BANK ATM but ATM refused
due to some technical difficulty. After 30 minutes I have received
message from BOB that amount of 4500/- has beed debitted.
